Older hotel that has been renovated next to a great mall.

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here. Have not had a similar experience elsewhere in Ann Arbor.I do intend to stay here again in the fall when I bring my son back.

The lobby was pretty and welcoming. The staff was friendly, room was clean, beds and linens good. We could hear a fair amount of sound from other rooms, baby crying, people coming in a little drunk late in the evening. Bring earplugs and you'll be happy.

Very comfortable. Only issue was shower hardware, which made it hard to get full flow in the shower.

Excellent accommodations, clean, beautifully decorated, nice pool area, and comfy bed.

Nice accomodations, pleasant and helpful staff and convenient to U of Michigan. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool and hot tub, but did not eat in the restaurant. The only problem was the temperature of the room; it was too warm. I tried to cool it down, unsuccessfully, and finally just turned the blower off entirely. I also found the pillows a bit lumpy.

If you are young it is nice; no bell boys to help with luggage, my wife with a cane had to walk it seemed like a mile to get to a room, and the old antique toilet was only child size. It is a nice remodeled hotel, and the desk was friendly, but overall, we will look for a better place on our next visit. I would have been glad to tip $5 to have my bags […] transported to my room. 더 보기

We stayed here for the big Michigan vs Ohio State game and this was a great choice! We will stay here again for all home games.

It was warmer than usual for November. The hotel only has the ability to run either the heat or A/C but not both. Our room was way too hot with no window to open. They switched us to an upper level room with a balcony. We left the door open all night, but the trucks from the alley below kept us awake. No A/C....really?

Buses ($1.25) run until about 10 PM or 20 past so I could get downtown to party without drinking & driving; taxi fare of $10--12 only on returning. Lovely supper snacks in executive lounge & free soda: I found it to be worth the extra $13 buxanite!

This is your usual 3.5 star hotel, and it has all the amenities you would expect from such an establishment. It is not downtown, though, so you will be stuck with driving or taking the bus for most of your activities in Ann Arbor, although the mall is within walking distance. This hotel is a great value - the rooms are clean, beds & linens comfortable, and the hotel extras are great (ie, in house restaurant, pool, fitness center). The only thing I would do differently is request a room a little closer to the elevator & ice machines (but this is just a matter of personal preference).

The lobby was beautiful, but everything ended there. The ceilings were low, the carpet was old. The TV was small. My closet door had a broken mirror - thank goodness my 3 year old wasn't traveling with me! The showers had not been updated, and the curtain stuck to my shoulder throughout my shower. Sarah and Yvonne stood out for me during this stay. They were both personable and service-oriented. That is to say that they were willing to tailor their response to my needs. For example. When Ineeded to plug in my electric car Sarah was great. When I plugged in my electric car to an outside outlet, Yvonne approached me nicely and said frankly "We've […] never had this need before, but we want to see how else we can serve your need." That response was refreshing and was just what I needed to hear. Together we found a light pole in the parking lot that worked perfectly during my 10 day stay at the Kensington Court. 더 보기

The staff are friendly. The property is next to I94, and local main arterial roads. My room was clean, and regularly attended to. The interior design of the public areas of the hotel is a bit stidgy, but overall, I recommend Kensington Court without reservation.

Classic English feel to the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms. Best place we have stayed in Ann Arbor.

Stayed two nights. Requested a two queen room. The room for the first night was equipped for wheelchair access, which I had not requested. The thermostat did not work and the temperature stayed around 60 degrees. The next morning, the room had not been cleaned by noon. We travel from Canada to Ann Arbor everey year to catch a Wolverine's game and have stayed in several hotels over the years. This hotel is very well located, close to the stadium and campus and close to major shopping and restaurants. It could use some updating but over all we were satisfied with our stay and would go back.

The room was great very comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and the shuttle to the Michigan Game was great no parking worries.

They're trying, and I suppose it's fair value for the money we paid, but I'd avoid staying here again. Staff and service were fine, very courteous. Cleanliness was adequate. The rooms are a bit down-at-heels: very noisy bathroom fan, inadequate and noisy overall room ventilation, room stayed damp no matter what we did with the ventilation, thin towels, […] third-rate toiletries/amenities. Flat-panel TV was ok, but reception/display was not HD; and there were lots of television channels but no PBS, which is our staple channel. Restaurant buffet was just adequate for breakfast, which was not included in our room rate. First thought as we entered the room was stuffy and damp. We were on the first floor. Could not manage the temp control to get moisture out of room. There was a wedding being performed in the courtyard which was adjacent to our room. Noisy and didn't feel like we had much privacy. There was a spider hiding in the bath towel my husband used. our room was really nice and clean but our phones didnt work due to the current renovations being done to other rooms, over all great experiance,. will stay again!

We were very pleased with this hotel....especially the executive rooms. There is a lounge with continental breakfast and happy hour from 5 - 7 pm for the executive rooms only. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

We found the staff, to be very pleasant and courteous. The location is great for shopping, it is located right beside BriarWood Mall. The rooms are clean, but could use some updating,it's an older hotel, lobby is beautiful, large leather couches, fireplace, chandliers, always fresh floral arrangements. We would stay there again. .

nice stay at kensington court. Staff were helpful. Poor soundproofing in the rooms and the pillows were lumpy. decor looking old, but the room was clean. Good price and great location for downtown ann arbor, short and reasonable cab ride away.

Great location near Interstate & Shopping Center Small quite Bar & Restaurant Very good food Steaks were great. Was a HIlton now privatly owned 3 star quality Friendly staff.

Hilton Garden Inn wannabe. Fitness center is poor.
