This was my first stay at garden in which I thought wouldn't be this nice, even my wife that like to give a negative judgement thought it was a good 'hotel' instead of just Inn. Friendly staff. The bed was hip numbingly hard, but the worst part was how noisy the hotel is. We could hear the person in the next room coughing. People were walking and running up and down the hotel until 2 in the morning, slamming doors (because they doors don't have a pump to slow down the door's closing) and we could hear not only the yelling but also the normal […] conversations. The noise started again at 6:45 the next morning. It was the worst hotel experience of my life and that includes travels in central Europe. Over all it wasn't too bad. The clerks @ the front desk always seemed a bit preoccupied before they would realize we were standing in front of them needing assistance. We did appreciate the Pre-printed directions to some of the attractions we had planned to see although I was led to believe by the hotels.com phone assistance that all of our planned […] places were a mere 5min away when in fact it was more like 20-30 mins. One BIG negative was the fact that a middle school team or group booked a block of rooms and we found them to be very obnoxious and loud. @ one point we had to ask them to quiet down as they had woken my 1yr old up for the 3rd time. As we opened the door we found the chaperone sitting on the floor in the mix with all the kids. Every time we got on an elevator the kids pushed ALL the buttons and it made for a long ride. The pool of course got taken over and once they were out it was rather gross with hair floating everywhere. The parking lot was a hike up a steep hill from the enterence. I would stay there again but would find out if any schools/ groups were planning to be there first. 더 보기

Every floor had a drink machine but none of them worked. They were either out of sodas or did not take money. Overall good experience except for the drink machine ....

Close to everything but still quiet enough to get a good nights rest!

Comfortable, courteous staff. We had booked for a King bed because of our 17 month daughter, who co-sleeps, so were upset that we were given a Queen size initially, but the staff changed us 2 days later to a King bed. Also, the swimming pool was being repaired for the first 3 days. Although rooms could be better maintained, the housekeeping and the […] staff were very courteous and responsive. The location is good if you want closeness to the mall and other restaurants. No child-friendly parks too close to the area. Very close to the I-285. 15 min from downtown, and 30 min from airport. Food in the hotel is average to above-average, not the healthy food we were looking for. The breakfasts were great, large variety, and inexpensive. 더 보기

Don't order room service. Attendant brought the wrong soda 4 different times and overcharged. Kitchen manager promised to refund the money charged to my check card. Never happened.

My stay was extremely satisfying, the staff Cedric, jasmine, Truly made my travel outstanding. Really recommend any and everyone to stay there. This is truly a 5star hotel for customer service. Five thumbs up!!!!!

The hotel was clean, except there was a problem with the air conditioning and had to send someone up to fix it. Then when we went down stairs to enjoy the pool and some time together; the whole purpose for this trip... the pool was drained!! This hotel's location proved to be a huge plus. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was excellent. The only drawback was pool maintenance prevented us from using the facilities at the time of our stay. Parking was ample and also free of charge. Definitely would recommend.

Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. The only negative was the distance from the hotel parking lot to the hotel itself. I didn't mind because I needed the exercise.

The location was close to the highway and the mall,

was full of college age people running up and down the second floor till late night, slamming doors and yelling in hallway and rooms. Pool was closed and room and hallway had bad smell, got used to it longer you stayed in room. Front desk staff not very friendly or helpful.

I spent a few days with my 2 sons at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Perimeter and was surprised at how such a beautiful hotel could be so inexpensive. The breakfast buffet was lavish. The rooms were very comfortable and richly decorated. The lawns were luciously green and adorned with spring blooms. The location was best fitted for our interests. It was […] a few blocks to the Mall and a few minutes drive to Six Falgs Over Georgia. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to my friends. I am particularly pleased for the amount I paid. Great service, I had a early check in and there was no problem with anything.

We got to this hotel and the pool was closed which they forgot to convey that information to us before we booked or checked in. Then in the morning after I worked out at their tiny exercise room, I got back to my room only to find that the shower didn't work, so I had to take a bath. All in all, wasn't very satisfied with this hotel.

This is a great hotel. Staff was not real friendly but not exactly rude either. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

This is an excellent value for the money! The nice restaurant and bar were nice surprises! We are planning to stay here every time we come to Atlanta! I especially enjoyed the firmness choice on the bed!

We were coming back to Chicago from Florida and stayed at this hotel. Our experience was really bad and could not sleep all night. People were banging at our door, screaming, running until 3 in the morning. Will not recommend to anyone

Great location to the mall, restaurants and interstate. The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. I definetly would stay again. The only drawback is the location of the guest parking.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for our 3 year old son. I even mentioned that to the front desk and asked for the pool hours. She was extremely rude, but told me the hours. However, she neglected to mention the pool had been drained. Imagine the disappointment of a 3 year old with his swimming trunks and floated on all excited to swim […] only to find it closed. We could have been notified earlier when we asked at the front desk. The staff was so rude we almost left upon arrival. If this is how Hilton runs it's hotels, I will not stay again. We travel about 20 weekends out of a year. 더 보기

Everything was clean and nice..The guests were noisy late at nigt...Be sure to get a room away fro the elevators.

I loved everything about this hotel except for the parking. If I was by myself I would of hated to walk from the parking lot to the hotel.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is in great condition and very well kept.

We had a great experience at this hotel. No complaints at all!

The hotel has recently been renovated. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. We had great bartenders and the food for both dinner and breakfast was delicious. We would definetly stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights and will be back in 2 weeks. The hotel was excellent.. the front desk was helpful and very friendly. They gave us all the information on the town and always smiled! The last night the air went out but the room was still cool. THE SHUTTLE, the mall and eateries in a 5 mi radius is also an addtnl plus! Due to the renovations going on their were a few things that made my stay a bit unpleasant, like the staff not pay attention to smaull details like working room keys, and I got stuck in the elevator twice, but neither than that it was cool.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The amenities were perfect, including an on site restaurant and bar. I loved that it was located no more than 3 mins from the Perimeter Mall, other shops and restaurants, but still secluded enough as to not be surrounded by noise. All staff members were courteous and respectful. I certainly felt like a valued […] patron. The rooms were very nice and well cleaned. The hotel was conveniently located near all the all sites we wanted to visit. The Hilton has a real clean and nice lobby, with bar. The staff is really nice and helpful.
