Only two issues that would make me reconsider staying here. 1) Pool was extremely-extremely over treated. Nasty! 2) I used the little courtesy bottle to wash the pool chemicals out of my hair. The shampoo smells like pine! What a disgusting smell for shampoo! Smelled like I'd washed my hair in PineSol! 3) Less urgent but worth mentioninng, need to put […] a new handle on the golf club for the putting green. Nice and clean

I was not impressed at all. In any other city, this hotel would have been subpar. The restaurant was horrible, yet over-priced. The decor has remants of the 70s and 80s everywhere. Bring earplugs because the aging air-conditioning system will keep you up all night. The recent renovations from Holiday Inn makes it tolerable. we arrived very late to the hotel, but there was no problem and we quickly checked in and fell asleep. In the morning the free hot continental breakfast had more than enough choices. Everything was hot or cold as it should be and the staff was ever helpful.

For the price, the room was not very clean. We received a 15% discount coupon for the main dining room but then the dining room was not even open. A lot of good that coupon did!! For the price, I was not impressed. Next time I am in Sheridan I will definatley stay some where else.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was good, Jacuzzi was very heavy on chlorine and stung our eyes after a few moments. Housekeeping were knocking on doors at 8am, check out is 12pm. We took our bags to the car then went for breakfast, returned at 9:30am to find the door was open. I went in my room to use the bathroom and housekeeping walks in again. […] I tell her to leave and when I left the room I received a glare from the girl I told to leave. We felt as though they wanted everyone out so they could clean the rooms and go home. Not impressed with having housekeeping waking guests up at 8am. had a reservation for a room with 1 queen bed and pull out couch for 4 people, we received the key for a room with 1 double bed. Went to desk and was reassigned a new room with what I had reservations for. Granddaughters went to pool, they came right back and said the water tasted funny and felt funny. The rest of the hotel was okay.

Not close to Main Street shops/restaurants and not worth the price. Stay at the Best Western to be close to Main or I am told Hampton is great and has a great view. Holiday Inn did have a nice indoor pool and indoor activity area but the room (#442) was in the corner, smelled bad(old air freshener and smoke) and was not comfortable to be in. What I loved best was that they take dogs and there is no extra charge, because of this I was totally surprised in how very clean the whole hotel was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

A pleasant Hotel very much spoit by the noise ice machines and more the coaches tha star about 6.30 am ready for the next day laeving the coach running while they load up reverse for the next one no chance off slepping . dont pick a hotel where coach loads stay iff you want a good night sleep if travelling

This hotel needs some serious updating. No complimentary breakfast and the restaurant had a brunch for $8.95 that wasn't worth $1. Stay elsewhere.

The check in was all right, and the room was super, but, the check out was L O N G! Try and avoid this place. The resturant had only one waitress, and and she told us the wait for breakfast could be over an hour, and there was only 19 poeple there. I waited 15 minutes to check out as the desk had only 1 person to check in people and answer the phone. […] If you have a lot of time to kill, then this is the place for you. The hotel was very nice. The bed was comfortable and you even had an option of soft or firm pillows. This was a welcome change after camping in 35 degree weather! The only downside is that for the price - a bit high, but not too unreasonable for the quality, there was no breakfast included. Otherwise, it was very nice.

great hotel and close to adult watering holes within walking distance of hotel (besides the lounge in hotel).

Outstanding Hotel

We booked this hotel on our way back from Montana to Arkansas. Because of a drive through Yellowstone and over Granite Pass, we arrived at the hotel late. Therefore, we were not able to use the pool, so I have no idea what it is like. I was, however, impressed by the hotel lobby. Even though it could use a little updating, the waterfall and pool give […] the lobby a feeling of elegance. Our room was clean and comfortable, the hotel staff was very friendly as well. The breakfast buffet is the best we experienced on our entire trip and was completely free for 2 adults and 2 kids. We will stay in this hotel again when driving through Sheridan. It was much nicer than the Quality Inn where we stayed on the way up. 더 보기

The only possible thing that would make this a better experience is if they had a continental breakfast.

The hotel is very nice with a large waterfall in the lobby/restraunt area. The beds were a little uncomfortable and seemed outdated but the linens were new. The free breakfast was OK - there was a buffet or you could order off the menu. Service there was slow and rude but housekeeping and the front desk were great. There is a small espresso bar in the […] lobby, a putting green, game room, business center, pool and hot-tub which made it nice for family travel. Wal-Mart is across the parking lot which is convienent. Overall it was nice...needs a little updating but still a good value. 더 보기

Walking into this hotel, I thought it was very nice. However, I had a few issues. For one thing, our bathroom door was extremely difficult to close . (We have 2 small children-I like to take a shower with the door closed.) They also did not have a pack and play or crib available.(They were all being used.)
