The hotel wasn't well maintained. The carpets were dirty in the lobby and on our floor. We had to change rooms because the sheets in the first room were dirty. I would not stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone else.

We came as a group and were treated with the upmost in professionalism. Everything was waiting for us when we arrived and our 2 day stay was very pleasurable. Two in our group left some personal items behind by accident and the staff at this hotel was very helpful in seeing that it would be returned to us. Thank You!!!

The room was fair but the bathroom was dirty. The shower had dried soap in the floor of the shower and a dirty washcloth was still hanging in the shower...will not stay again.

We were attending a Fall Harvest Festival at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mt. Georgia. This Holiday Inn was just a short distance away and conveniently located to many restaurants.

Room was musty and smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The breakfast was disappointing. The TV was not a flat screen and offered less than 30 channels, couldn't even get ESPN. The bathroom had mildew on the shower curtain and caulking and was not maintained well. I went to the front desk one night to inform them that the back door […] would not open with my room key as it was supposed to. He was rude and said they do the best they can, it has not been working for a year, and that they are one of three too many hotels in the area. The room was ok, except the clock did not work, there was mold on the shower curtain, one lamp had a bad bulb and it was never changed it. I admit I didnot unscrew it and put it on the nite stand. The coffee maker was in a postion that it was hard to make a pot of coffee. It was too difficult to pour the water in the receptor.The was adaquite event […] thought it was an "older tube type". But it was quite on the third floor with only 2 other rooms occupied. The pool was in "ok" condition. But I think when we go back we will try and stay at the Belmont next door. The front desk attendant seemed bothered to check us in because she was watching tv in the lobby. The sheets had to be changed twice because they were covered in stains. The bathroom ceiling had several spots of mold. The air conditioner was not working correctly and made a terrible sound all through the night.
