Nice hotel, with a very nice and friendly staff that goes out of their way to help you. The location was good, but it's a little noisy. I would stay here again.

This was a "layover" hotel for us because our flight arrived at 11PM the night before and our connecting flight was departing Quito at 7AM the next day. Facilities are pretty typical for what you pay. Nothing stellar, the sheets are clean, rooms are a bit dated and same with furniture. But the service was phenomenal. Front desk went out of the way […] to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible - including providing an electrical converter. They arranged for airport pick up and got us a cab at 4AM to drop us off early at the airport. Would definitely recommend people spend the $70 to stay here for the layover if you are connecting through Quito. Quito airport is shady and this place is great to grab a quick shower and catch a few ZZZ's before heading out for your next flight. 더 보기

When we found ourselves stranded in Quito, Hotel la Carolina came to the rescue. The staff were patient and helpful in every way, especially when my husband got sick. Our room was clean and comfortable and the food was surprisingly great - awesome breakfast buffet. We loved being across the street from Parque Carolina and pretty much a direct shot to […] the airport. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean and adequate for a good night's rest. Shuttle service frpm airport made transfer simple. I will definitely stay again!

This is our first time at The Howard Johnson La Carolina hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with the very friendly and efficient manner the hotel staff treated us. During our stay I came down with a very bad cold and felt very sick. I contacted the front desk and within a few minutes they had a doctor in my room. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious. No air-conditioning in the rooms though, and they can get a bit warm. Make arrangements with the hotel for pick-up at least 48 hours prior to your arrival or you will be charged for it.

The overall experience was good with the following exceptions. 1. The Breakfast buffet was very limited in choices. They only served scrambled eggs...no omelets. Also very few choices of fresh fruit. 2. The airport shuttle only operated from 6:30 am to 12:00pm. When your flight leaves at 6:45 am, you need to get a taxi to the airport... A really nice hotel with outstanding service. Every staff member was extremely courteous and pleasant. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed on a Friday night and returned for the following Monday night and were able to store several bags at the hotel- they even marked the bags as fragile and took great care of them. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. They provided free pitchers of the best juice I have ever tasted in the lobby along with free cookies. It is right around the corner from the "Jardin" mall. So you can eat at the food court. The hotel also has a nice restaurant. You can also walk to the Carolina park. Staff was very friendly and the Front desk Staff […] spoke very good English. Aunque nuestra estadía fue breve, sólo una noche entre vuelos, nuestra familia fue gratamente sorprendida por la amabilidad, el servicio eficiente y profesional del personal y las instalaciones. Un hotel bien mantenido, con instalaciones acogedoras y personal amable, sonriente y profesional.

El Hotel es muy comodo para una viaje de negocios especialmente. Las instalaciones son muy limpias y cómodas y el servicio es excelente!! La comida del restaurante es muy rica, sobre todo el desayuno.

Excelente trato y servicio. He estado ya varias veces y hay que reconocer que la relacion calidad precio es excelente.

EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL FUE MUY AMIGABLE. EL HOTEL ESTUVO LIMPIO Y COMODO. MUY BIEN UBICADO, CON PARQUEO INCLUIDO. EL DESAYUNO BUFFET UN POCO COSTOSO. SIN LUGAR A DUDAS VOLVERIA A LLEGAR A ESTE HOTEL EN MI PROXIMO VIAJE A QUITO.
