Only stayed one night but the hotel was comfortable.

The Hotel is central to food shops and resturants so you don't have to eat in house.Better opptions outside the hotel. The Health club is perfect with great customer service, would stay agin. Hotel.com is a great tool.

starting with first impressions! the check in was a problem because the front of house had only one member of staff on duty which made check in a task instead of a pleasure! the same problem occured during check out! the location of the hotel makes it a bit isolated but dead opp is its only saving grace a wheatherspoons on the opp side of the canal […] and a much more reasonably priced resturant/pub! on the whole our stay was a pleasant one but taking into consideration that when we checked in we were the only people checking in at the time 15 mins is a bit of an embaressing amount of time to wait but with only one front of house someone has to anwser the phone and you can"t do that and check in at the same time! 더 보기

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Excellent pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Room itself a bit out dated and very limited TV channels. Room has windows that open, beautiful canal views and tea and coffee facilities. Would definitely stay again for a short break due to proximity to shopiing centre and eateries.

Nice hotel located next to Dudley Waterfront. Larger than average rooms . A very comfortable stay.

Overnight stay only so didn't use many of the hotel's facilities. Room fine and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.

great hotel very clean and posh, only thing as with most hotels is the location of the tv in the rooms, never mounted higher so you can watch it while in bed,

We couldnt fault the location of our hotel, only minutes walk from Merryhill Shopping Centre and retail park. Hotel was good and room clean and comfortable. Only complaint, a wedding taking place on Saturday night when the DJ played music til 12:45am. But overall a lovely time had by both me and my husband

Hotel was everything you could want as a base in the area.

a real bargain via Hotels.com as normal prices would have been out of my budget felt quite pampered and enjoyed an evening meal there, but felt was £14.95 each was a bit pricey for breakfast there were two weddings on at the time, but we were not disturbed by any noise at all bit disappointed with the local area, was good for the Merry Hill Shopping […] Centre, but had expected numerous bars and restaurants along the Waterfront which are all (except a couple!) boarded up we were recommended a local Indian restaurant, but all the Indian restaurants within walking distance are take your own alcohol as none have drinks licences 더 보기

My stay was not terrible but not brilliant. The hotel should not be a four star. Decoration and furniture is old and worn. Shower had lime scale and switched from too hot and too cold whilst showering The Walls were so thin I can hear everything in the hallways and next door No air con. A lamp shade didn't work. Neither did the hair dryer. Although […] the hotel staff did replace it. The remote sometimes didn't work. Most channels had no reception and most of the basic freeview channels were missing The toiletries were not filled up on the first day or replaced On the plus point staff were extremely polite and helpful. The swimming pool, jaccuzi and steam room were great. Sauna wasn't working For the hotel.com price the stay wasn't too bad. I'd have complained more if I paid full price. 더 보기

Love this hotel and always stay when on business in the West Midlands. Seems a pity that I cannot book with the hotel and get a decent rate but have to watch on the internet for good deals. Had a problem this weekend with noise from the smokers outside but phoned down at 12.40 am, spoke to a very polite young man who said he would deal with it and the […] noise stopped immediately. All good, except they didn't know we had Breakfast and Evening meal - take your booking confirmation. Great if you're visiting the shopping centre, few minutes walk.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights while up in the midlands for a long weekend. As state by others, the rooms are a little worn in places however the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately we stayed what has turned out to be one of the hottest weekends of this year and as we were on the third floor and there was no air conditioning the […] rooms did get quite warm at night we would have slept with the window open but our room was right above the hotels conference/events centre which hosted a vaiety of parties while were were there which went on quite late into the night and the noise from these could easily be heard with the window open, however with it shut we had no problems. There aren't very many places to eat within the imediate vacinity however we found some nice pubs and restuarants within a couple of miles drive from the hotel. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't really comment on the food, however we did stop off at the hotel bar on a number of ocassions for a drink or two and service here was very good and the tv's dotted around useful for catching up on news/watching sport. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would be glad to stay at this hotel again if in the area. 더 보기

I have already written a long review on Tripadvisor, but will highlight the points here. 1. check-in was not satisfactory due to having to tell the woman that we had booked a club room, despite it being in the reservation in front of her. 2. Room had no air conditioning and we did not sleep well at all in the heat. 3. The hotel is situated perfectly, i loved walking to the canal behind, and the local nightclub was fun. I liked the fact its near everything, shoopping outlets across the road. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the staff are very helpful. The only problem i had was with the card key to open the door, the staff would change it , but it can be […] a pain going back downstairs to get a new one. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be using this hotel again in the nar future. 더 보기

This hotel will not dissapoint you. Without being perfect it is a really good place to spand your night in this area of UK.
