no hot water for 3 days food very ordinary but expencive,do not order ceaser salad. no table at breakfast no lounge at pool cleaner knocking on door at 9 am for room clean , i am still in bed

The Jayakarta has great swimming pools,close to stunning restaurants, on the beach walking distance to both Kuta and Seminyak. Had a ball!!!

The hotel grounds and gardens were beautiful, Pool area and location of meals area was suppurb. Disapointed in the deluxe room, bathroom was was old and tired looking and appearded dirty. Restaurant was expencive compared with the other hotels and restaurants along the beach front. Staff were always friendly

The Jayakarta is a great hotel for the price. Great location with some great restaurants and shopping surrounding it. Far too many guests for the amount of seats around the pools, so if you don't get there early be prepared to have to go elsewhere. The Jayakarta is as most of the hotels I have stayed at over 25 visits to Bali,old and tired and in need of a facelft.Very good location across from the beach and a very clean hotel.They need to close down 1 section at time and refurbish the rooms but keep the traditional balinese decor on the outside. They must also take a very hard look at the fact […] that every eating establishment on either side of them along the beachfront is packed every night yet they are empty.It's not from the quality of the food but their pricing.The same goes for thier beverage pricing.I could buy a small Bintang around them for 18,000 rph yet their price was close to 45,000. What a pleasant hotel! Quite a large complex and great main pool. Only complaint is the WiFi access or lack there of. Really slow and only on during the day and only by the pool, which is not very convenient as our room was at one end of then complex and pool at the other so had to go back and forth often. i loved the sevice at the hotel and the way bali people at the hotel could speack english or broken english.my stay there was very pleasent and i felt safe as soon as i entered the hotel grounds.the gardens at the hotel were so beautiful and a delight to walk around.the people who ran the resturant were just so loverly.i will be back to stay here in […] the near future.i just loved it thank you for all you did and to your staff 더 보기

Prima resort /hotel met vriendelijke mensen en een goede keuken. Direct aan het strand waar veel vertier wordt aangeboden. Mooie tuin en fijne zwembaden. Het hotel heeft ook een leuk programma een maal per week. Goede taxi voorziening en slechts 20 minuten van het vliegveld.

service super mais restaurant sans aucun charme et donc vide !!
