At first when I arrived there was a small issue with the booking and payment. The gentleman who original booked room for me in the first place put incorrect information in, although he was nice he was not accurate. Stayed at this hotel after being a busch gardens all day, i wanted to be able to get sleep before going to water park next day and driving home to past Orlando. hotel pool was nice, they have an indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub that was great on my sore back, room was clean, neighborhood is not the best but close to highway 275. Breakfast was fruit, […] waffles, toast, coffee, juice, tea. The lady who was bringing out food was staring at everyone and was VERY RUDE. When my husband and I checked in we were surprised that our room was not available. We had to wait for one to become available. When we reached the room we realized it was a smoking room. At this point we just wanted to sit down and relax. The surrounding neighbors were noisy and inconsiderate. The inside of the hotel was nice and our view of the indoor […] pool/jacuzzi was nice, but the pool and jacuzzi were cloudy and dirty. Needless to say, we skipped that adventure. We left for dinner and when we returned, our keys didn't work. The next morning we went downstairs for breakfast an hour before it ended just to find every platter, every dish, and every pitcher empty. The hotel was what I like to call "ghetto-fabulous" It looks nice, but it's just a cover. The neighborhood it's located in is terrible. We were scared to park our car there at night. When we checked out, I realized my fear was legitimate. It seems someone had hit my car with theirs, leaving scratches and a dent and no note. Wonderful. 더 보기

Got to the Hotel, the room was ok, but the TV remote was not functioning so I called right away to report a malfunction remote, they told me they will send maintenance over. Never showed up. This business of charging a deposit $20.00 and when you checked out find out they charged the $20.00 and didn't give you a receipt! she gave us the worst hotel room, when there was plenty of other hotel rooms available. I asked for a non smoking room and the room was filled with smoke and I could barely breath in there. The toliet got clogged as soon as I used it. The shower was rusty and falling apart.

I have been traveling on and off for over 15 years and by far this hotel was one of the worst ever!!! I highly recommend that hotels.com removes this location from its website. The hotel was not easy to locate. The entrance was so tricky you had to pass the hotel just to see where it was at. Then, the room I got smelled soo bad, I couldnt sleep. There […] were bugs on the walls. I went to get ice from the ice machine and it wasnt even there. It had been removed. The walls were very dirty and the people staying next to us had a family of 10, each talking loud and taking up the parking lot. I had a hard time leaving the parking lot because there was 2 trucks parked behind me, not even parked.. Please, DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION, EVER.. 더 보기

Upon arrival the interior portion of the hotel looks very good but upon checking in you can see immediately that the rooms and the hotel need serious renovation. Staff would provide you with 1 wash cloth ONLY and on Sunday did not put any and did not respond to repeated calls for clean wash cloths and towels. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. I would most definetly stay here again. The price was great and I really didn't expect so much. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was an extra charge for a non smoking room. That seems a little backwards in my opinion. Smokers should have to pay the extra price for a smoking room!

During check intold no Suite upgrades were available. "Willing to pay for upgrade" Parking lot was empty all day and night. The suite next door was vascant the whole trip. Lazy gentelman at the front desk could not supply matches and kept givng out wrong info. I took my Daughter to Busch Gardens and foung the Comfort in was less than 3 miles away. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was a plus as the rain came down every afternoon and the indoor pool kept us busy. Staff was very accomodating and extremely friendly. I will definitley stay here next trip to Tampa.

Rummet rent men luktade rök trots att det var rökfritt. Ett extra plus då det fanns en inomhuspool och ett SPA.
