When we arrived at the hotel it appeared to be very nice inside and out, until we made it to our room.The room was dirty and smelly.The sound in the T.V. was very low making it very hard for us to hear it.The room was dirty the bathroom was really dirty and it only had two towels in it .So we called the front Desk for room serves to ask for more towels […] the young lady at the front desk stated that room serves most have ran out of towels.But she had some at the front desk,so I was waiting on her to tell me that she would bring the towels to my room.That never happen it was if she thought that I should come and get them myself....Not....Finally the gentleman by the name of Andrew replied and said I will bring them.He was outstanding he even found us a clean room the next day. And it smelled great. So this is why I gave the Hotel a 5 for quality of hotel service. But nothing else. Andrew saved the day.You should have more people working for you like him. 더 보기

The room is small with a full size bed that is uncomfortable. It's hard and not soft. The furniture is dirty has some stains which it needs to be changed. The hotel is close to eldorado and sam's town casino. But overall I probably won't stay here again.

My carpart was nasty you could see the stains on , it smelled like mildew, and the room was not clean , there were coke cans laying on the floor. My sheets were stained luckily I had a double bed room and the other one was clean. I don't know were to start, we wanted a non smoking room, and that room smelled as if someone were still smoking in it. It was so small the pictures on the website are nothing compared to what that room was. I requested the room for 2 days it was so bad that we checked out the next day. I would not recommend to no one.

The reviews I read before going to the hotel are true. The sink does't turn off--it drips and makes me sleepy. It is very very small room only good for a one night stay. The bed was very hard and generic. The bath was brand new and worked well. I could here noises upstairs as the rooms are so close together. I checked in after midnight. The office was closed but there were instructions to follow to reach night clerk. I was let in and the clerk was very personable and check-in was smooth. All employees I interacted with were very pleasant. Traveling on my own, I booked this hotel knowing it wouldn't be the Ritz. I just needed a place to sleep a couple of […] nights. It was shown as a 2 star but I'm not sure why it was not a 1 star. Room was small and lacked any charm. The bathroom sink leaked, flowing, not dripping. No shampoo provided, just bar soap. I didn't use the kitchenette, except to put a drink in the fridge, where I saw the freezer has been needing defrosting for months, I am sure. If one is looking for an inexpensive place to sleep, then leave, this will do the trick. I would go stir crazy having to spend more than an hour awake in the room. Neighborhood seems safe enough and it is very close to the interstate, but not so close to hear it. When I am back in Bossier City, I will kick in a few more bucks and upgrade to something a bit better. 더 보기

The room was good for the lower price compared to other hotels in the area. Was clean and fairly well maintained. Beds were like sleeping on slightly cushioned floor. Tv had limited amount of stations. Had to pay extra $5 for internet access. Was ok for a one night stay like we did.

Not the greatest hotel ever, but for the price range you're looking for, it works. Can't speak on all the rooms but ours had no roaches, or weird stains, or anything like that.

well as far as the location goes , they found a body that had been in the field next to the hotel that had been there for about a year, my friend says she is never coming back. the first room i went to had pubic hair on the toilet, scrambled egg residue on the wall and stove, and love stains on the bed. i asked for another room and was very pleased […] with the second room i got. the clerk said they were shortstaffed. 더 보기

room not clean, dead insects on floor, 1 live, but not for long, roach in room. Give this place a miss.

Last minute, what I paid doesn't get you much... the room was so humid I hardly got any sleep at all. Did not enjoy at all.

reserved a room for 2 adults and got a double bed, the rooms are out dated, the outside looks nice but the inside reminds me of a room you would see in the movies that junkies live in.

Good room for the money, no coke machines so bring you a cooler

I requested a fringe and a microwave and there were no towels had to go down to office to get towles and the microwave didn't work and the fringe was leaking water and I was not happy and I will never stay at another one.Service was not good and no manager on hand to talk with .

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but small. The sink in the restroom was very hard to get to shut off completely. The light in the bathroom should have a separate switch for the fan, as we use the bathroom light as a night light. The elevator is extremely slow but works. Two ash trays would have been helpful. You get what you pay for... For the price, it was convenient to casinos.

Ok for price. The beds were the hardest we have ever slept on and had a very small tv.

The room had a sink, stove, cabinets and cook ware and plates. All that you would need to prepare a meal. A microwave and refrigerator. The bed is a double, but clean and compfortable.

We got there at around 11:30 p.m. and the front parking area was difficult to drive through because of the small area with many cars. The rear parking area had plenty of parking and was much larger. Checking in was a little confusing since the front door was lock and a sign said to use the phone and pointed to the right. I found the phone in a box […] around the corner to the right. After checking in we found that the room had not been properly cleaned. We found pubic hair on the toilet. There was also a light in the room that acted more as a strobe light. The rest of the room seemed pretty clean. To be fair we have stayed in much worse hotels in the past. Very clean, efficient, neat, quiet. Nothing fancy. Bed is a basic DOUBLE, not a queen so it looks small. 2 people fit ok. Nice litte kitchenette (though we didn't use it) that was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc for 2 people. Not the Hyatt but I would stay there again. I spent a night at Crossland before a triathlon in Shreveport. The room was very adequate and tidy. However, the room had a very strong "fragrance" smell that was a bit overpowering. The staff checking in and checking out was very courteous. I asked for, and was granted, a late check out. I wish they had a bottle of shampoo. I hate "soap only" set-ups. […] The room had a small kitchen-ette, so I was able to do some pre-race set-up with ease. If the room didn't have such a strong odor, I would stay here again. The Crossland has more long term residents than overnight visitors, and they seem a little grim, so I was expecting something adequate but not pleasant. Was I surprised! I believe that this hotel has the potential to be a good place to stay. Seem to work for construction workers who are on location in the area. However, as guess passing through heading to family funeral this was not a good visit. Could be cleaner and better coordination amoung staff.

The room was well kept, clean and stocked well. My only complaint was that the bed was entirely too small! It's almost impossible for two people two sleep in the bed that was provided. Had to request a hair dryer and coffee pot.

HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH THE KEYS. HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE TWICE TO GET SOMETHING DONE TO THE KEYS SO THEY WOULD WORK. BUT OTHER THAN THAT WAS A GREAT ROOM FOR THE PRICE.

This hotel was not a good hotel to stay in and will not recommend this hotel anybody. Needs alot of work.

This is a basic hotel - no frills, but is good value for the money. The bedroom area was a bit worn and shabby but it had a new bathroom and kitchen area. The kitchen area was a plus. There was a microwave and two burners, plus fridge and coffee maker.

This is primarily an extended-stay motel that is relatively new. Because of this, do not expect daily maid service, but for me, that was perfectly alright on my two-night stay. The place is very quiet even on weekends. The room is somewhat small, but does have a large walk-in shower and a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, pans, and dishes.
