This hotel had excellent, friendly service the second I walked in. Add to that it's proximity to businesses in the area, touring and wine country and you have a place I would not only recommend, I would also stay there again in a heartbeat.

We would highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, the staff is very friendly, the food is excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. We could not say enough about how nice our stay was. We would highly recommend this hotel to any one going to this area.

The hotel served a great breakfast, freshly made in the kitchen and the price was included. It had a nice eating area and in the evening a bar and light dinners. We enjoyed the homey atmosphere.The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

My stay was on the poolside this past weekend...winds were 30 miles + room windows apparently are not double pained or not at all sealed. Heard the howling wind, whistling all night long...did not get some needed sleep! KO

The bed was awfully hard, but the room was very nice.

From what I saw, I think the maids are seriously overworked and underpaid. I hope someone can look into the pay scale and working conditions.. The television had limited channels and the remote was very slow to change channels. Three computers for customer use in hotel lobby--excellent! No place to put one's suitcase -- they need to have a low table […] or something like that. Raced at the infeneon raceway recently. Booked two rooms for two nights. Nicely appointed, restaurants nearby, I would definitely stay here again. Raceway is 15 minutes away by car.

We enjoyed our over night stay - the room, mattress and bedding was quite comfortable. It was a quiet area. The shopping center nearby had a couple of very good restaurants..

I stayed there the night before the Marin Century ride. I picked it based upon price and location and expectations were not high. I was very pleasantly surprised. The lobby area was lovely, customer service at check in was fantastic, and the room was very adequate. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is very clean and fresh looking. The new remodel they did in there lobby and lounge area is very nice. The only gripe I have is the view from the rooms is either the roof of the safeway next door or looking out at the freeway. So, location wise you are not paying for a good view. Other then that it was a great place to lay my head.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding because it was considerably cheaper than the other options. We therefore expected it would *feel* considerably cheaper but were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, modern public spaces and comfortable room. The walls are a little thin, so there was some noise, and there is no room service. There is a snack […] bar available, but your better option is heading over to a restaurant called Toast, just behind Safeway, well worth the wait and walk. All in all, we felt like the hotel was a steal, and we were glad we didn't throw good money away. 더 보기

We visied the Novato Courtyards by Marriott over a 3 day holiday weekend. The hotel was convenient to freeway access and adjacent to a retail complex that included a large Safeway grocery and several excellent restaurants and a bakery, all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and newly remodeled. The employees were friendly and very helpful. […] The room rate was very competitive for this conveniently located hotel. Courtyard by Mariott is a comfortable place close to wine country. Good restaurants, grocery store and gas right there. Target and shopping very nearby. Nice modern decor as well as quiet and roomy accomodations.

Great hotel and I would certinally stay again.

The hotel walls are to thin. I could not sleep because I could hear the neighbor talking and watching tv. That is why I will never stay there or recommend this hotel to anyone. The entire point is to sleep!

The Courtyard by Marriott Novato is in an ideal location for a trip that is split between wine country and San Francisco. Right off the 101 highway, you can get to the first vineyard in Somona in less than 20 minutes. Going south, you can hit Sausulito and the Golden Gate bridge in less time than that. booked this hotel for a last minute trip to napa - everything in napa was either booked up or required a multi-night stay, not to mention everything was at least double the standard rate. checked in here and found that this hotel had more then the 'courtyard by marriott' implies. guess they're competing with modern boutique hotels now, as the foyer […] was bright, colorful and smile inspiring. the same could be said for the rooms, aside from the location there's no reason why i would hesitate to book this hotel again. 더 보기

a bit over priced, room was quite small for a Marriott. the mini fridge in the room did not work. elevators were small, 1 person in a wheel chair and 2 other passengers were the max. I didn't even receive a receipt when i checked out until i asked for one.

Location excellent! Hotel excellent! Room excellent, clean, fresh, modern and so new-looking (probably is!) Access to malls, gas, eateries within walking distance just around the bend of the hotel! Easy access to and from highway and very close to SF. Recommended!!

Only poor thing was the lack of movie titles on pay-per-view compared to other major chains. We like to kick back and watch movies while relaxing at times.

All was wonderful, but if you desire to sleep after 7 AM don't stay in room 125, next to kitchen. Woke us up!
