Staff very nice

Stay was good. Only problem was with TV. Could not get closed captioned off the screen.

Our overall stay wasn't too bad. One of the main things we were looking forward to using the jacuzzi. The water wasn't hot at all felt just like the pool water and the jets didn't work either. The location was a good one though. We found a lounge that was right next door so we didn't have to drive

Due to the fact that I was recovering a little bit from a health condition the room comfort was extremely well but my hus band experienced a few problems at breakfast with some Manager who felt a bit too challenged to inform guests about eating utensils that had not been available. There was also some screaming among personnel about a shortage in funds […] that had been discovered at the end of the shift. Not so pleasant --- also believe that I left a bag with shoes at the hotel and it was never found again. Nevertheless the hotel was great !! 더 보기

Hotel rugs smelled like humidity,has to change to another room but it still smelled like humidity. Very disappointed.

Room was moldy but requested a room change.

The room was clean, had a little problem with the a/c making a lot of noise the first night, better the 2nd. We did have a problem with outside noise, maybe from the pool? Then people came in next door and unfortunately because we had an adjoining room, the sound carried. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a couple nights and besides […] the noise issue we were happy. In the future we will make sure we are not in an adjoining room and probably further away from the pool. Being from the north, the pools are usually indooors, so we didn't think about the noise from an outdoor pool. 더 보기

Room was absolutely horrible. Very bad smell. Will never stay there again.

From check in with Desk Clerk Dimitri to check out with Desk Clerk Sarah, and housekeeper Alicia - one could not ask for a better facility. Although not the Ritz, it is a well run establishment. Showing sign of wear - Yes. Showing a kind, understanding, eager to please Staff, YES !

Do not even try it. The main issue with this hotel is the smell of molding. You do not see black mold but you can smell it. After going back home, I had to take my son to the pediatrician. Do your self a favor and do not stay in any hotel less than three stars.

Clean room, good location. Exactly what I was hoping for in this price range.

Never ever again!

The room had a lot of things wrong with it. The air conditioner was coming out of the wall. The cover was missing to the unit. Bugs had already came in to the room because you could see the out side from in the room There was mold in the corners of the walls . There was dried up blood on the bathroom floor. an so on!

The directions to this hotel are confusing at best. I drove around for hours looking for Kyngs Heath Rd. when the directions SHOULD have said. Go down 192 a couple of miles past Old Town and the hotel is on the left. I got there so late, all I could do was sleep, so I really didn't see the hotel at all!

I had stayed at this hotel almost 10 years ago and it still is a nice comfortable and close to the attractions hotel. Breakfast included in the price is well worth it....all the goodies you need for a quick pick up. I would recommend the hotel for over night stays and I can see myslef staying here again for the competeive price and no extra hidden charges […] like most of the hotels in this area do.....you pay what you get and no more!!! 더 보기

That is literally what this place is, a cheap place to sleep. It's location is worth it for the price as well, but there are things you will have to deal with. The pool was great, no problem there. For us our room had no working AC, it blew out warm air. Our room was literally hotter than outside. Half the lights in the room didn't work either. For […] two days we complained about the AC and finally they changed our rooms to a suite. Well I'll admit the suite is great (it actually had a fridge and microwave and comfier beds) but the AC in that room didn't work but the one in the adjacent sitting room did (luckily it cooled the room fine, my friends froze me to death). I personally don't mind a warm room but our other room was actually HOT. Overall it was a place to sleep, about it. The continental breakfast was pastries, muffins, toast with jam, cereal (sugar cereal and raisin bran), and coffee. There is a McDonalds and several restaurants nearby. Also if you make a right on the main road by the hotel, then a left when you hit an intersection you can't go forward at you will find lots of lower price shops including souvenir shops. I found one with t-shirts for 3 for $7. We were about 20 minutes from universal and only 15 from Downtown Disney and the Disney parks so the location is great. I would stay there again for the price but being diabetic the breakfast was useless to me so i might consider a place with a fridge and microwave... 더 보기

The 2 star rate is well represented by this hotel. If you need a place to stay that is not expensive and is well located this is where you can go...

This is a older hotel and the surrounding location is not the best but the service was good and it is still close enough to the parks and a great price

when I went on Hotels.com the picture displayed was a new ,modern room that looked so cozy with a large flat screen TV on the Wall. Huge club chair and bright & cheerful looking. my room was very old, the furniture was old and dingy. there was mold on the ceilings, no flat screen tv, or large club chair.

We usually come to Kissimmee and go to Disney the next day. Most of the time we just get a room to sleep the night before and we've been staying at a Motel 6 because it's cheap. But it's been very dirty and loud there so I looked on Hotels.com this time. We found this Red Roof Inn for the same price and it was ten times better! Air condition was broken. Trash from previous guest was still in the room. Used soap from the previous guest was also left in the room. No.

This hotel cost me half of what most of the other families paid while at the state wrestling tournament. The room was just as nice as any of theirs. Only downside was I had to drive 7 miles to tournament. No problem there, I like keeping the extra 40 to 60 bucks in my pocket.

We were a family of 4, three adults one baby (8 months old), we could place the baby's pack and play with no dificulties due to space, the room was decent, overall clean and the staff was friendly. They don't have a microwave in the room but you can use one in the loby and we had or own cooler, it is close to everything, particulary close to the parks. if […] you are looking for a room to sleep like us it is fine for the price. 더 보기

I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT ANOTHER RED ROOF INN AGAIN! This Hotel was BEYOND horrible! The room had a soaking wet floor, and an AWFUL musty smell that we were told was from the previous guest throwing up all over the place by the maintenance man when he came up after we complained, He then told us he would try to get us in another room, but we never […] heard back from anyone at the hotel about it. When we complained the next morning we were told the manager would be contacting us because there were 3 other complaints about the same thing, He never called us back, and when I called them he was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I needed to contact Hotels.com so when I did that, they tried to call the hotel and were hung up on multiple times, and then when I tried a different day they were told that the manager was not in, and then yet a different day we were told to call back at a certain time and he would be in, when I we called back we were told that he was not going to be in that day. I made a complaint with the actual corporate office, and they never replied, I will be making a complaint with BBB and advise anyone looking for a hotel to NEVER EVER stay at any red roof in property. The customer service is beyond awful and they LIE constantly to cover their own selfs. Stay at your own risk! 더 보기

While the front desk staff and maids were friendly and helpful, my room had bed bugs. If it weren't for that I so would have recommended this hotel. It was only a 20 minute bus ride from Epcot and there were lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance.

The reason we chose to stay at this hotel was mainly because of the price. Unfortunately the reality didn't match our expectations. The room bathroom had mold all over it and the ambient air was horrible. Luckily my omplaint got me an accommodation in an upgraded room. So that was fairly because the attendant was understanding.

I have stayed at this hotel several times but this last time the a/c was not working properly. We asked to be moved and they wouldn't. But the staff is pretty friendly. Location is great. Near any restaurant or store you could want and only 5 minutes from Disney! Which is what we were there for. Next time I go I might stay in this hotel. :)

Obviously we're not talking about the Courtyard Marriot here but for the price, it's a great deal. Overall I'd give a 3.5 out of 5. No flat screens or technoloigy but good location and room was in good condition relative to the price.

The red roof inn in Kissimmee is very close to the attractions, interstate, Walmart, restaurants, etc. that's where the benefits end. Our king sized handicap room would never have accommodated a wheel chair. We booked it bc it was the only king left and had to have enough space for our infants pack n play. First, they didn't have our reservation bc […] they said the card used to pay was declined. After confirming that I was infant charged and had a confirmation , they said hotel.com's payment wa declined. Had to call and wait for hotels .com to fax payment information at 8:30 on a Saturday night after a full day at the parks with a 1.5 yr old. So we get in our room which is the size of a matchbox and the smell of urine is overpowering. Whatever we can deal with it for one night and check out early. WRONG. I read the fine print and while there is no fee to cancel there is no early checkout. We would have paid for the additional two nights anyways so we stayed. It was gross but we were at the parks all day so we only came to the hotel to sleep and shower (wish I had brought slippers though). Oh yah- The bathroom leaked through the wall into the bedroom and by the third day the carpet was soaked. Booked this hotel bc it had 3.5 stars from reviews. I would have given it 0.5 stars. 더 보기

Everything was fine except we had asked for the Superior King and they put us in a Standard double and we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night and there was no spare
