We could not get the fan nor air conditioner to work, so it was warm and muggy in our room. Everything else was nice.

I used this hotel when I was in town for a weekend event that was downtown. The hotel was great for this and I will probably stay here again if I return to Indianapolis for anything in the future. It's very conveniently located for easy driving into downtown and anywhere else nearby. The neighborhood is nice with three restaurants within walking distance […] and several a short drive away (you could walk, but we drove since we'd have to cross major streets). This is not your hotel if you are planning on spending lots of time relaxing in the hotel as the room is very simple, but if you are using it as a place to sleep, shower, and relax for a little bit it is more than adequate. 더 보기

Only real problem with room, was that every evening when I would return, I had to stop at the front desk for a new key. Old key never would work after my return. Other than that minor inconvenience, no complaints.

This has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.... there was BM on the bathroom wall, a very very rude desk clerk.... terrible..... the air conditioner sounded like it was going to take off and fly away.... Save your self money and do not stay here....

Hotel was o.k. Getting directions over the phone talking to someone was very bad experience. Clerk had no idea of where i was in relation to the inn. I did give explicit location such as an interstate exit and number and a main cross street. We walked into the first room and had a smell, no big deal. We got some airflow and it was better but the wifi […] they advertise did not work well in that room so we were changed. No problem. No laundry facilities (we had a baby with us), no local map and forgot to clean room 1 day out of 4.

The air conditioner was broken to the point that the screen was ripped off and the air conditioner did not blow cool air. The room felt dirty, due to stained carpet, chairs and linens. Smelled funny as well. Would not recommend.

The shower was very difficult to get the right temperature. If you turn on, water was cold. If you let water run, then would get very hot and couldn't adjust the temperature at all.

This hotel was unbelievably nasty. There was urine all down the toilet bowl in the bathroom, the carpet was wet, the staff was rude. I will never in my life stay at this property or a Red Roof hotel.

I would have no problems staying at this location again if needed. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. I liked that check out wasn't until noon. There were plenty of gas stations and restaurants close by and Wal-Mart was only a couple of miles away. It was just a short drive to downtown Indy.

Comfey... clean never had to ask front desk for anything ...maid stocked everyday

This hotels was not bad at all. In a nice location. A lot of restaurants in the area and also a Walmart. It was nice and quiet and we had no problems at all. The only thing I would suggest is maybe putting another garbage can in the room.

Although we were only for a very short overnight stay I will never ever be back. Not only was there no room to put my 8 month old daughters crib but the room was so incredibly filthy I would not even touch it barefoot! & shall i dare mention the other guests, I didnt know we were staying at an hourly motel! Don't waste your money or time!!

Comfortable and affordable! I would stay there again!

We spent one night at this property. The staff were very polite and friendly. However, the room was ice cold with a thermostat that did not work correctly on the heater. There was a hair dryer, but you had to go to the front desk to get it, which we were told was a Red Roof Inn policy nationwide. There was no coffee pot in the room. The bedding was […] summer weight. When we asked both the night clerk and next day the manager, we were told that Red Roof Inn only has one type of bedding irregardless of the external temperature. This motel is a clean & inexpensive place to stay. Just off highway, in a business district surrounded by restaurants, shopping & gas.

We called ahead of time fir an earlier check-in time. When we got there, the attendant didn't know about our request, but gave us a room early relunctantly. Later that day, someone was trying to get into our room with a key! When we checked out, the new attendant said the earlier one did not change our room number on the computer, so that was the c […] onfusion. 더 보기

1) The hotel room was NOT cleaned properly! For example: under the beds had dirt and debris under it. 2) The carpeting was frayed and worn (It needs replaced). 3) The bath tub had mold and mildew in the grout, a child could have cleaned it better!. 4) The WI-Fi stopped working and I had to call the hotels Wi-Fi service to find out that the equipment […] at that hotel was not working properly and the staff had to way of getting to the Wi-Fi equipment. This place was very nice, but could probably use some renovating. It was in a good location with easy access to many stores. The staff was nice and helpful. And the room was nice and clean. It just needed a few upgrades. But would I stay there again? Yes.

The stay was good. When I arrived at hotel my reservation was already paid for but the desk clerk scanned my card again and took an aditional $43 put of my account.I told manager about situation but I still have not received my money back into my account as of yet

I'm a business owner that travel all over the us. We send different staff to location for work and this hotel is a mess. My staff arrive last night approx. 3am and hotel staff person was unable to check them in because he didn't know how to process a online hotel purchase (hotels.com). Because it was so late my staff decide just to pay for the room […] and work it out in the morning but unfortunate the hotel staff didn't know how to process a credit card payment either. I find out about this around 7am when I called them to see what time they arrive and find out they were sleeping in the truck. I called Red Roof Inn to what happen and the young lady working the morning shift was able to take care of everything. When they finally check into their room they find the room dirty and smell horrible. I arrive at the hotel around 11am to speak with the hotel manager which I was inform that she wasn't coming in until Friday (it's Wednesday morning). I will say the young lady working the morning shift try so hard to make things right and she would make a great addition to any company in the area looking to great personal. 더 보기

The room was very comfortable with a nice air conditioner/heater unit, and the bed was very soft. However, the carpets could have been a little bit cleaner. I am still pleased with the way your staff catered to my hospitality, and it was within walking distance of most restaurants. This is my default hotel when I stay in Indy. The location for me is perfect so I guess I'm a little biased; however, the hotel is always quiet and clean which counts for a lot. They also have free wi-fi which works great and they are usually more affordable than the hotel across the street. I also like that there are fast food and sit down restaurants […] and a convenience store within walking distance. It's really close to the 465 also if you need to get anywhere else in Indy. Overall I think it's a great value and I'll continue to stay here on my future Indy visits. I would recommend. 더 보기

Close to highway and lots of local activities. Large selection of eateries nearby. Reasonably quiet for such a busy area. We really appreciated the night light in the bathroom

Comfortable and clean for a great price and great location... just be sure to bring your own hair dryer. And don't bother asking for extra towels... you won't get them.

Inexpensive and staff are nice. The neighborhood is good. Next to a good family restaurant and several Burger and steak houses... 5-minute walk to Walmart and bus to downtown. Very quiet in the evening. But if you don't have a car you will have a problem. Bus' last trip is 6PM. Also no Bus service on Sundays. If you have a car then stay here. I reserved a room and when we arrived at the hotel they checked us in and gave us the key. we carried the luggage upstairs and found a do not disturb sign on door. we knocked and my key card opened the door as the person inside opened the door. He was upset as was I. I went back to the office and was told that was last non smoking queen room. I picked here because it was about $20/night cheaper than my regular cheap hotels and I just wanted a place to crash for the night, but it was cheap for a reason. Very run down and unorganized staff, luckily no bed bugs and a safe enough neighborhood. Definitly 2 star or less

I'm satisfied with the amount I paid. Nice neighborhood and most front desk agents are always smiling and all are helpful. Very near bus route.. but no bvus after 6PM.. also no bus service during Sundays. Surrounded by restaurants. I travel a lot in different USA states on budget and I recommend this.. surely I will come back.

We arrived and even though te room was supposed to be non smoking it reeked of stale smoke. Bathroom was iffy and the rest of the room appeared to be clean. But I did rip the sheets off the beds and inspect the sheets and the pillows. We were travelling through the area and we were too tired to fight it and find another room/hotel. The room was tolerable. […] I did unpack the car of all of our camping gear to ensure nothing was stolen though. In the end the everything was ok. Its not by any means a fancy 4-star hotel... but the room was clean and comfortable, had a mini fridge & complimentary coffee, a safe if you need it. It wasn't in a scary neighborhood (many businesses and restaurants around). All for a very great price! Just bring your own hair dryer... there wasn't one in the room.

A regular by the highway motel, surrounded by fast food restaurants. Not a lot of charm but clean and without surprise.
