Though my overall stay was fine at the Red Rood Inn and I would stay again, I didn't appreciate the fact that they come around an hour before check out time and knock on the doors and even open them if you don't move fast enough to tell them not to enter. If I don't request a reminder an hour before check out time then don't disturb occupants. We know […] when we are supposed to exit the room as to not get charged an extra day. The rooms have obviously been redone sometime in the not so distant past and even though it wasn't a huge room, it was nice. The beds, however, were WAY too firm. I didn't get much sleep and my back was screaming at me in the morning. I don't know why hotels can't get "medium" mattresses to compromise between firm and soft...I don't think many people […] actually need an extra firm mattress. the microwave was dirty when we got there, and the bathtub wasn't that great. but all in all for the money you pay i guess its alright. we would go again. beds were really comfortable slept really well.. Curtis was great, really nice guy. MapQuest directions were wrong. We ended up calling and getting directions.

Nice room..only 15 minutes from inner harbor, Camden Yards and about 25 minutes from College Park Metro to DC and close to BWI...very nice room..no breakfast or amenities near by at all.

We were in town for Orioles vs Yankees game and wanted to stay just outside the city. Red Roof in Hanover, MD was the perfect location; it was close to Arundel Mills mall and only a 15-20min drive to Camden Yards. Front desk computer didn't work properly. Desk clerk was trying her hardest to book me in on 2 computers. Not her fault. The stairs leading up to the room had some very loose steps.I had a 1pm check-in time ,but , when i arrived after 2pm the housekeeper said "the room isn't ready. Give me 10-15 minutes." The room wasn't ready till 2:30pm. AC\Heat unit […] smelled of mildew when on. There was hair on the bathroom floor. 더 보기

My check in process was extremely long. I did my reservation prior to arrival via Hotels.com, but yet still had to wait about 30 minutes to get checked in. The guy was not very friendly. Upon checking in, there was a blood stain on the sheets in one of the beds. I dare not go back total he office to get my room switched, that may have taken another […] hour or so. Luckily, after inspecting the other bed and disinfecting it just to be sure, I just kept the room. The next morning someone attempted the room on three different occasions, even though I had a late check out. I am not sure if the office doesn't communicate this with the staff or what happened, but really don't appreciate being awaken on three different occasions. The staff overall was not friendly. The rooms were nice due to a recent upgrade, but they may want to consider upgrading their customer service as well. This was my first and probably last visit to this location. This one is a little more convenient to BWI, but the Laurel and Lithicum locations know how to treat their guests. 더 보기

Excellent. Well done renovation of an older hotel. My only problem was the small size of the room. Worth the stay.

Recently renovated, but the nicest hotel I've stayed in. Just far enough away from the airport as to not hear alot of the noise associated with air traffic. Will stay at this hotel again!

Good place to stay if you don't need frills. Good clean room to stay in. Rooms have hardwood floors. Nice staff and great location near highway. Stay here if you are on a budget and need a decent place to stay.

We reserved 4 rooms with 2 double beds in support of our business meeting in the area. The rooms are newly remodeled. The hotel is very clean, convenient to the area, and the price was super.

I stay in hotels every week for work. This was the worst check in experience EVER. I would never stay here again. GPS sent us the wrong way and when I called the hotel, the guy knew exactly where we ended up so obviously there have been many others with the same issue. Aweful

I work strange hours, and wanted to check in early (10:30am); and they allowed that...but while I was at work (overnight) and came back to my room around 11:00am they had already started cleaning the room and I couldn't get back in (even though check out time ISN'T until noon)! The "management" claimed that since there was "no apparent belongings in […] the room," even though the television and the lights were on, they ASSUMED I had left and started to turn the room around for that night! If "check out time" isn't until NOON, they shouldn't TAKE the room until NOON! WATCH IT - they charge for the "safe rental" too! That's just plain NUTS! 더 보기

I really enjoyed my stay there and look forward of visiting there more.

This hotel is cheap, comfortable. I been staying there for a couple of weeks and it has everything that you need in a small hotel : iron, coffee in each room, microwave, plasma tv, refrigerator. Smell good and it is very clean. People is very very nice.

counter personal was very helpful on how to get to dc without driving there.different places to see and where not to go. crab cake is good but pricey.

Considering it was a motel I wasn't sure what to expect. However the room was a great size, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this stay to someone.

I found this Red Roof Inn to be of much higher quality than others I've stayed in. They just did a whole renovation and the rooms are really clean and chic for what you think you should be paying for at a very low rate. Clean linens, comfortable bed, little office area to set up your laptop, big old flat screen TV, fridge, convenient parking. The best […] part about this place is it's right next to Gunning's Seafood which has one of the best crabcakes in Maryland. I had three during my four night stay and was contemplating how to possibly refridgerate a few more to bring home on the flight with me. YUM. Booked this based on the current reviews. The room was all brand new and very stylish. The only disappointment was not having a coffee maker in the room. Would stay again if need to be in this area in the future.

Stayed at this hotel during my visit to Bethesda Naval Hospital. Staff very friendly. Excellent customer service. A little bit far from DC and Baltmore and some 30 minutes (with out delays) to Walter Reed. Rooms were nice. Probably the cheapest in the area. I will be staying here again.

Compared to the hotels around, this one gives you a nice plain jane room, at a price that will not break the bank. They are redoing the rooms, and it shows. Beats the Ramada Inn just around the corner, I am staying there 2 more times with in the next two months.

We stayed one night at this hotel and it had been totally renovated. Everything was new. It was a very clean room and they even had room service! The area was quite. Hotel was overall good. Staff was very nice and they help me find a cab. Room was very clean and newly remodel. Location was not that hard to find just nothing around it but one resturant. No fridge in room which did not help us since we brought back food. Overall I would stay there again.

The hotel was recently remodeled but it was so thoroughly done that I doubt you could tell it from new construction. Everything was immaculate. Also, most hotels that you arrive at late at night will take some time for heat to come up. Not here. Heat was set at 70 when we walked in. The hot water too was surprising- full temp in 3 seconds. My stay at the Red Roof in was very relaxing and comfortable. The room was clean and the service was good. The clerk made me feel welcomed and assurd me that all my needs would be met. It was very nice to be able to stay in a smoke free environment. I would definitely recommend staying at the newly remodeled Red Roof Inn in Hanover Md. gg

In town on business had a hard day. booked hotel on break. (was the least expensive so was not expecting much) service quick friendly, room very clean.

The remodel was finished on Friday, I checked in on Saturday. There were some issues to be corrected and I hope they fix them. The crew was returning on Mnday to finish. If they work well this place will be very convenient.
