레드 루프 인 세인트 루이스-포레스트 파크/햄프턴 애비뉴 (Red Roof Inn St Louis - Forest Park/ Hampton Avenue) - 세인트 루이스

전날 예약을 했고, 호텔 로비에 도착한 시간도 오후 4시 30분 밖에 안됬는데 왜 '흡연실 밖에 없다'고 강권하는지 이해가 안 가더군요. 할 수 없이 흡연실에 들어갔는데, 담배 냄새를 지우려는 건지는 몰라도 싸구려 인조향이 진동해서 1시간 정도 문을 열어 놔야 했어요. 밤10시가 넘어가는데도 지나다니는 남녀들의 고성방가로 안락한 잠자리는 아니었습니다. 가족끼리라면, 피하는게 좋겠네요.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were a little concerned about safety. As we were checking in there was someone complaining that their vehicle was broken into. Also, the police were called for a disturbance around 1:00 a.m. Other than that it was a fairly clean place

No one at front desk when I left.

The clirks were nice but for a high price it wasnt worth it because the room wasnt clean their was poop on my tolete and no coffee maker or fridge and my beds made bad noises all night.

I guess I shouldn't be asking too much since this was a decent deal from the rest of the hotel deals that I saw. But overall, I'd still expect everything to work properly. The AC unit made incredibly loud sounds as soon as it was cranked up 6 notches out of 10. The top door hinges on the bathroom door was broken, so the door doesn't not close properly. […] I took the liberty to remove the screws from the hinges so it does not jam and the door would close. This was my first time staying at Red Roof and is likely to steer clear of this hotel in the future, unless I have no other choices. 더 보기

The staff was great, but the room was not very clean. The rates are a bit high for what you get. Expect a no frills stay. I have stayed in worse places. If in town again on business, I would stay again if I could obtain a lower rate.

When we got to our room we noticed the heat didnt work and the television didnt either. Room was filthy. Wont be staying here again.

We were here for a family move. It worked out very good.

The people behind the counter were very nice. The bathroom floor was not clean and the rooms needed up keep. There was no coffee in the rooms and you have to go outside to get to the front desk where the coffee was.

not in a safe place. your room door is outside on a balcony. there were only about 10 cars in the parking lot on a saturday night and we were told when we checked in all they had available was rooms on the third level. dont know if that was because they felt safer putting us in a higher room or if the lower rooms are all damaged or unavailable for some […] weird reason. Also the room was clean but the bedspread was nasty and under the beds as well. We stayed there because of its close location to the Scottrade center and price. If you are single male it would probably be alright, otherwise stay away. 더 보기

Loud arguing and swearing around midnight on Saturday night. Didn't feel totally safe there. Will not spend another night there.

I was only in the hotel for about 14 hours for a last minute business work day. Everyone was so very accommodating and made my stay very pleasurable before I had to get on the road in the morning. Probably the most restful night I have had for a last minute reservation.

The rooms are very old, overwhelming smell of cleaner that made have to leave the door open to air it out some. Security guard was in parking lot over night. When I asked how the neighborhood was I was told it was the Italian side of town. It looked like the getto will not stay here again!

The AC/HEAT system kept awake!!!!!! TOO LOUD!!!! But the price is right for the comfort you get.

Room was clean, but the hotel is OLD, and the mattress should have been replaced many years ago. Overall.......not worth the price.

Great service at the front desk. Clean rooms. Close to Barnes-Jewish Hospital which was great for visiting family who are patients there.

Ever seen gangster movies where shootouts occur at a motel? That's exactly what I felt like walking into this hotel at night. The clerk spoke through a tiny bullet-proof window and the night guard gave me the creeps. The sheets were bright and gaudy. The room was clean and well-maintained though, I must say..

Not the cleanest hotel, nor is the surrounding area especially nice, but it sure is cheap. It's also not far from the park or the Hill neighborhood. I had very low expectations but it wasn't quite as bad as I feared. Good for budget travellers with minimal needs.

When I confronted the front desk about my non-smoking room reeking like cigarette smoke, they said they have no control over what someone does while they are renting the room and they don't know if they smoke in a room or not. Really? It was dirty, stinky and uncomfortable. Also, the ladies at the front desk smoke in the lobby. Never going back.

I will not be returning to this property, the bathroom floor and bathtub were filthy, bedspreads ripped. If I had checked in earlier I would not have stayed. Way overpriced for the accomodations. I did not feel safe in this hotel. Elevator was filthy too.

Great hotel if you need a cheap and pet friendly room, the customer service is great, the ballpark among other attractions are very close, and the neccesities are all in order and are actually pretty good for a hotel.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable room at a reasonable rate that's near major attractions in the City, this is a great place to stay.

We were passing through St. Louis from TX, and this was a very convenient location. Pretty much got what we expected/paid for. Red Roofs are obviously no frills places, but the bed could've been more comfortable. Check-in was very quick/easy.

The room was adequate. We were going to the zoo so it was very convenient.

Very convenient to downtown St. Louis. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC unit seemed to make the air in the room damp which left my clothes feeling and smelling a bit musty. For that reason alone, I would not recommend the hotel. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

I was so pleased to walk into a clean comfortable room. Everything i needed was there; enough chairs, tables, hangers, and space to move around. I didn't feel disappointed that we should have found something nicer. I will highly recommend Red Roof!

Very adequate hotel. Close to everything. Good bar about 4 miles away, St Louis Sports Zone. About 10-15 away from Busch Stadium, about $20 with tip...

The hotel itself was nothing special, the rooms could use some work - I was in a supposedly non smoking room that smelled of smoke. However, it definitely isn't the worst I've ever stayed in and overall was clean. It is in a convenient spot - close to the freeway, zoo, mall, and several restaurants. There […] is a nice neighborhood for dog walking right by the hotel and the fact that the rooms exit directly to the outdoors without going through interior hallways was perfect. I like that there was no limitation on the size of pet and no fees, and there is a nice grassy area right on the property for dogs to "do their business." The staff were very friendly and there is a night security guard in the parking area. I see many of the reviews mentioned safety concerns, but I had no difficulties and felt completely safe in the area. I would stay again if I had my dog along. I booked this room for my parents and my brother so my dad could go to the Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. They were not wanting to pay a whole lot of money for a one night stay so I booked Red Roof Inn. WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN!!!! The reservation was made 2 weeks in advance for 3 people. There were only towels and toiletries for 1 person in […] the room with two double beds. I can understand if the reservation was for one person, but it was NOT. Very friendly Hosts.

I was grateful for the location of the hotel because it was near everything we were attending that weekend. The room smelled weird- at first I thought I had been accidentally placed in a smoking room, but then I saw that "No Smoking" sign sitting on the side table, so I just decided that it just smelled funny. The sink was dripping on to the carpet […] underneath as well. Also, we were woken up by a large group of noisy people right outside our door at 5am. They weren't just noisy, the even knocked on our door loudly before laughing and walking away. Around 8am, we were woken again by the telephone when I had told the front desk that we did NOT want a wake-up call.Then we were woken up a third time by the maid who opened the door when we had already answered that we were in there. It was very easy to get to from the freeway and I thought the employee were very nice and friendly. I would very much like to stay there again
