First hotel I've ever been in with hard wood floors!

The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff very nice. No frills but we rested well and the noise wasn't bad until the high school girl's soccer team arrived and their coach felt it necessary to knock on their door repeatedly instead of calling them on the phone. We acutally never heard them unless they were on the balcony.

Better than expected. Not fancy but clean and convenient.

This Hotel has been nicely updated and renovated. It offers a great value in price without all the perks of a continental breakfast, yet is within walking distance to the Cracker Barrel restaurant. The staff is very polite and helpful and above all, the rooms are fairly quite for a good nights rest. Things like hair dryers, irons, and coffee makers […] are not in the room but are offered upon request. I see this as another way to make the final price much more reasonable than competitors. I booked at this hotel because it was the cheapest in the area with decent reviews. When we walked in it was a little odd to see laminate flooring, not bad, just odd. The bathroom was tiny but not uncomfortable. The beds were large and super comfortable! The next morning we were woken by people banging on the doors as they left (not the hotels fault) […] and were unable to get back to sleep because of the extremely loud vacuum cleaner. For having such a small amount of carpet under the bed, the vacuuming took forever in the room beside us! Worst part of the stay was not having a hair drier. We made due without but if I had know there wasnt one, I'd have brought my own. All in all it was a good stay. The room was nice and it was conveniently located. Lots of food choices close by and downtown Asheville was a short drive away. 더 보기

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located right off I-40 and about 5-8 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Dunkin Donuts was right outside the door :), can't go wrong there.

Place was very clean and the rooms have definitely been remodeled recently. For the price it was very nice. It's about 10 minutes from downtown and the Biltmore Estate.

We enjoyed the stay and everthing was great except for the drain in the shower backing up a little.

We have two dogs and we don't like having to leave them behind. Since this Red Roof is pet friendly, it really made our trip enjoyable. The grassy area for dog "relief" with on site disposable bags was very convenient. The room was clean and in good order. Maid service was prompt and professional. The fixtures in the room were up to date. The rate was […] reasonable. This was our second time at this location in less than one year, and this time was on par with our first experience. For this to be a budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and updated with a flat screen tv, comfortable bed/linens, countertop. It needs an iron and ironing board in the room. We called and asked for them but were told we had to go get them. It was good for just a night, but I doubt I will stay here again. I knew of the pet policy, […] but thought maybe there would be a designated area for these patrons. I was awakened at 6:30a.m. to barking/howling dogs in the next room. Some guy walks out of his room with 2 large dogs, one left in the room. There isn't much grassy area at this hotel, and his dogs did their business right in the parking lot. I was looking long to see if waste was left. It kind of disgusts me that I might be sleeping in a bed an animal has lay in. The hotel has a convenient location but is rather noisy also. 더 보기

Walk to Duncan Donuts, Cracker Barrel, and Fatz, as well as all the fast-food restaurants! And my pet is welcome too! Perfect!

Given the very reasonable rate and the fact that dogs can stay for free, I was a little nervous about the condition of the hotel. However, I was beyond surprised by the friendly service and clean rooms. I would definitely stay there again!

Only complaint was in four days the maid came in and straightened the room and made the beds but didn't change the sheets at all. Other than that it was fine.

Friendly staff, quiet, clean room - I was impressed for the price. Only 5 min drive to downtown Asheville. Plenty of eateries within walking distance. I would stay again.

Stayed here to unwind after a 2 day fall color hike. I was looking for a budget-friendly but clean hotel, and this fit the bill. You can tell the hotel is older, but the rooms have been modernized nicely. The bed was comfortable enough, the AC wasn't too noisy, and the road noise wasn't too loud. they accept pets. Im not sure if only certain rooms are used for those with pets but ours was very clean. Stay on the office side , opposite the interstate as it is somewhat louder and much brighter. I really enjoyed my stay. It was a little expensive but mostly about the same as other hotels in the area. I don't use any hotel soaps or shampoos so I can't say anything about that. I chose this hotel over a few of the others because of the reviews, wrong decision to make. This hotel is one that I would not stay in again it may be fine for some but it did not have the requirements that I look for in a hotel. The hotel is pretty unprepossessing on the outside, and in a boring commercial area of town. However, the staff are very nice, and the rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable. The beds seemed pretty new, and the bathroom was small but very clean. I would stay here again - unpretentious but comfortable

I travel for work staying in hotels 2-3 nights a week. This is by far the nicest, most well kept one I have stayed in yet. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and staff was super nice. Will stay again!

Overall the hotel was just OK. Pros: Friendly front desk staff. Spacious room Cons: Price, thin sheets, tiny bathroom.

Hotel was great for the price. Staff was friendly and room had everything you would need. Refrigerator, microwave, safe and even a computer desk with free Wifi. A little hard to find if you don't have a GPS or use Mapquest. A little outdated but good and cheap for a night or two.

We found the facility very satisfactory. We had the superior king which is a slightly larger room with a desk, side chair, refrigerator and microwave. Very comfortable and clean.
