older motel; but well maintained, clean and comfortable. breakfast provided was better than many hotels in same area.

The people at this hotel were all very friendly and polite. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The only improvement I see they could make is with the lighting in the room. Overall though it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

The hotel itself wasn't bad. And rooms looked very clean. But bugs were found in the beds. Looked in 4 different rooms and three of them had bugs. Canceled reservation. Hotels.com was wonderful in assisting us at 12:30 am.

I had a major concern when I drove up an realized that this hotel did not have main lobby for getting to my room. The front desk person was very pleasant. I wasn't expecting much for such a low price but the room was clean and comfortable and I got 4 good nights of sleep. The people at the desk were helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. If you need a room to sleep in a safe, friendly and convenient location, then this hotel is a great value.

Iwas skeptical about booking this hotel since we had previously stayed at a Days Inn at he same location and it was not good to say the least. BUT, this hotel was a Red Roof Inn and it was wonderful!!!!!! Clean, large and a great price!!!

The hotel room was very nice. -- clean -- no bugs!! it was convent to the Pro Tennis matches that we were attending. Breakfast was OK. My biggest complaint!!! Apparently, they had just switched from being a Red Roof Inn. So, they had taken down that sign -- but didn't have their sign up yet so the hotel was VERY hard to find at night!!! The room we stayed in had a smell of mildew when we walked in. There were cobb webs and spiders around windows and in all corners of the room. Bathroom was very poorly lite and there was no blow dryer. I would spend a little more to get a bette rhotel. This hotel has just been renovated. The room was big and the staff was very polite and professional. The best thing about this hotel is it is very close to Kings Island park and the price was reasonable. My kids also enjoyed the outdoor pool.

This hotel is older but, it was clean and we felt safe. I felt it was a very good value for the money.

It was close to Kings Island. It was decorated nicely, with newer fixtures. It was clean for the most part, the bathroom could have used a scrub brush on the wall near the floor. Other than that, i thought it was a good value.

We stayed at the Red Roof, Mason OH on a recent trip to Kings Island. It was, for the money, a clean comfortable place to sleep. We had no issues with the staff or cleanliness of the room. Not the fanciest of motels but certainly met our needs.

Location was a blessing , an the room was very clean without any hassle even when we had a late check in. Everything went smooth.

My avg cost after all taxes and charges per night was best price around, but might as well go camping. Toilet leaked, the tried to caulk it next day to no availe. Sink got plugged and they tried to fix it witha plunger! Ha, they needed somebody with tools. Did not replace toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or towels properly. Made me get the plunger at the […] front desk with people standing in line when the toilet clogged. They did not even compensate me anything when I sent email complaint to general manager. Oh wait, I did get a sorry! Still the cheap per night rate for near Kings Island was great price but I wish I either got a free night, or a better room. The room was dirty (cigarette butt on floor of non-smoking room, stains on carpet, moldy shower, dog food on vanity from previous guests), had broken towel bar, missing pillow case, and the toilet hardly flushed. The fridge was hardly cold and the control knobs were removed. There seemed to be extended stay guests standing around outside, smoke butts […] covered the outside property.
