This hotel gave us a roof over our head, not much more. The carpets in our room were stained. When we went to heat up the oven the room filled with smoke from a previous occupant's greasy dinner filling the roasting pan in the bottom of the oven. The guests in the room above us were up all night moving around and we ran into rough-looking characters […] in the hall. One out of the three pieces of gym equipment was broken. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is a value, if that is all you are looking for. In hindsight, I'd spend a bit more for a better hotel. 더 보기

We were on our way from Colorado back to Wisconsin. This was the perfect place to stay with our little one. A full sized fridge, sink to wash bottles, comfy bed and close to plenty of places to pick up essentials, dinner and starbucks in the morning. We even got to utilized the fitness center. Safe, comfy and affordable.

the staff was very friendly. The room was supposed to be smoke free and smelled terrible. My clothes smelled like smoke when got home. The pull out couch was broken.

The hotel room and lobby stinked of cigar smoke.Altough we has a non smoking room i guess the surrounding rooms were smoking and the airconditioning must have filled the room with smoke smell..They would need to replace their filters and the elevator reeked of cigar smell

My husband had surgery in a city three hours away. He wasn't quite ready for the long car ride home, so we stopped off in West Des Moines and stayed here for a couple of additional days of recuperation before driving the rest of the way home. The staff were very nice to us, got us the room closest to the door so that he didn't have to walk more than […] what was necessary. The room was clean and maintenance issues (a sink that didn't drain properly) were fixed within hours of being reported. We were less than a mile from grocery stores and retail stores, and that was helpful given our circumstances. We'd stayed here before and that was part of the reason we chose this hotel. This is directed to management: Hotel elevator smells of smoke big time!!! Hotel hall ways are dirty. The least you can do is clean(not just vacuum) them at all times. TV in gym is not good. My room was not well cleaned. Sofa had some kind of animal hair/fur and bath tub was not well scrubbed. Good accommodations.

Completely disgusting, not a non-smoking hotel. Very dated, whole building reeks of smoke. We had to scramble and find a different place to stay late at night.

This is a very basic hotel with no thrills and needs to be updated.

This is a clean motel in a nice neighborhood and is convenient to the interstate. I only stayed one night as I was passing through but it has a kitchen that would be nice if you were staying several days.

Nice, big room with a very nice kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here while in town for a Muay Thai tournament. The double rooms were spacious with two beds, a pull out coach, a dining room table and chairs and a kitchen with a bar and stools. The location was not ideal, but the extra drive was worth it since we could cook instead of having to rely on eating out. This was a cheap room and I guess you get what you pay for. The "Exercise Room" was hot, no towels or water, with broken equipment. The rooms DEFINITELY needed to be updated and was surprised to see no hair dryer as is common in most other hotels. The staff was pleasant and helpful though which helped.

Great stay. Exellent accomidations. Only wish the laundry services didn't cost $2/wash and $2/dry, bit pricey.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious, however, we did not get the handicapped accessible room we were promised. Had to "make it work."

Everyone we came into contact with in the hotel staff was very friendly and polite. Our room on the other hand had animal fur all over the couch and one of the closet mirrors had children handprints and smears all over it. We did get a free upgrade but all the dishes were not clean properly. Overall mixed feelings about the stay.

This hotel was great. My only complaint was the water and ice tasted terrible, but otherwise the staff was very nice and helpful. This will be my 1st choice from now on.

This hotel is located in the suburbs, but is probably a 15 minute (max) drive from city life. It's very inexpensive and well worth your time and money to stay here. Hotel was clean, safe, and a very short drive from downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel for the money was excellent. I went there to stay while my company was completing a project in town for 5 days and it had everything i needed. bed, kitchen, shower. No bugs.The staff was excellent and friendly. Great Place to Stay. Would highly recommend. Rooms are well equipped and spacious

Upon check-in I was informed we only had a queen bed and not a sofa sleeper in the room as was described. The Hotel attendant informed us that the hotel was completely booked and we were demoted because demand was high. I also was told that there was a recliner that my daughter could sleep on because there were no other rooms available. Needless to […] say we had to share the bed. The pool was out of order due to a "bad pump" that they are working on. The pillows were dirty, glad I always bring my own. The bathtub still had hair in it and I cleaned it before using. The shower head sprayed a mist because it was so full of mineral deposits and needed to be cleaned in some CLR. For the price paid, it was still a good deal if all you need is a decent and economical place to stay. Had a complete full kitchen. The place could use a remodel and good cleaning. The molding around the counter in the kitchen was dirty. We were looking forward to being able to go for a swim and with that said will look elsewhere next time. 더 보기

I chose this hotel because I was visiting a friend and just needed a place to stay for a couple nights. I didn't need anything fancy or expensive so I chose this hotel based on price. I came in with low expectations but it was much better than I ever would have believed for the price! It was clean and spacious with a full kitchen, sitting area, table, […] large closet and bedroom area. The only downside was that the bed was very uncomfortable, but most hotel beds are bad regardless of price. 더 보기

Great hotel, great price and if I were only staying one night, I would stay again, However bring air freshners with you. The hotel room is very musty and moldy smelling.

The bed was not the most comfy, but was nice to have own kitchen! Overall cleanliness was good, but room smelled like chicken or Chinese food.
