Extremely satisfied!!!! The staff was very helpful with suggestions to local dining with a child somewhat after hours and in close proximity.

Stayed here to celebrate an anniversary. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the food at the in-house restaurant,10 West, was very good and the wait staff terrific. The room was clean and well-appointed. The only negative (a small one) was that my King room had only a tiny lounge chair, not a love-seat (which I like so two people can relax without […] having to sit on the bed). The only thing I didn't like was the fact you had to pay for parking. Staff was very cordial and helpful.

The Marriott Cincinnati RiverCenter is 1. beautiful and 2. in a convenient location. Right on the river next to the highway for easy access to both Cincinnati and Covington/Newport KY. Only 7 blocks from the Madison Event Center, comfortable walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

concierge level room was very nice with a partial view of the river and baseball stadium. very clean, very comfortable. food and service in concierge lounge was outstanding. fitness room was nicely equipped and locker rooms were very spacious and clean. The pool was small (lap pool and only 31/2 ft deep) and there is no bathroom/locker room there. […] Bring sandals as once you change in the fitness locker room, you have to take an elevator down to the pool. We started our overnight adventure by checking into the hotel. They offered us an upgrade to the 15th floor with Marriott Perks which I thought would be wonderful. We went to the room , it was beautiful with a view of the river and Paul Brown Stadium. That evening before bed, we discovered that all of the pillows and comforters were feathers, no wonder […] why I got stuffy when we were in the room. After 3 calls to Housekeeping and front desk to change the bedding, I decided that it was midnight and had to get to sleep before the gymnastics meet that next morning. I stripped the feather bedding and kicked up the heat to sleep with only a sheet. The next day, it took 4 calls to the front desk and 45 minutes to get help with our luggage. As we walked to the elevator, I notice dishes in the hallways that had been there the day before. So it appears that the 15th floor was the forgotten floor. When I checked out and they asked me how my stay was I told them. They apologized. That's it, nothing more. We have a Business convention in Cincinnati this spring and about 150 people will be attending. You can bet I will not be booking the that hotel for our group. To BAD, it was a pretty Hotel but no one cared that we had issues. 더 보기

Our stay was short but sweet. We only stayed one night on our journey south .We arrived late an the lady at the desk was very accommodating. We stayed on the Concierge level and everything was very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

I live in cincinnati about 15 minutes from the hotel, so I was familiar with the surrounding area ( very safe ). We pulled to the front door and was greeted by friendly valet although we just had one bag therefore decided to park in the lot under the hotel, I believe it was 10 dollars for overnight, this was a Christmas party for my staff, we occupied […] 5 rooms on the 7 th floor overlooking the cincinnati skyline very nice at night. We arrived early so hit the pool, the pool was not easily accessible but was heated and a large hot tub that would hold 10 folks. After dinner we hopped the trollie for a dollar and it took us through covington, to downtown cincinnati fountain square Wow. Then to newport kentucky and back. The route was full of night live all had a great time, the price if the hotel was worth the stay I would di it again hope this helped your decision 더 보기

night just driving through or a family vacation or romantic getaway. The view of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati is breathtaking. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and museums. The service from the staff is second to none--we always feel very welcome and special and as a cherished guest.

The hotel and view, service and amenities were very good. The lobby was beautiful as well as the views. The only downside was it was pretty loud until 1 or 2 in the morning because of the bar downstairs.

We booked this hotel through Hotels.com and requested 2 rooms that are connected internally. Hotels.com contacted the Marriott and they assured us we would have 2 interconnected rooms. When we got to the hotel, however, they did not have 2 interconnected rooms available and offered 2 rooms on different floors. My wife said we need the rooms to be on […] the same floor and side by side which they found after 20 minutes of looking. Not a huge deal but dont promise something you dont have available. 더 보기

This was easily the best place I've ever stayed ay everything was perfect. I will be back again one day.

The hotel staff were very fvriendly, professional, and accomidating. The room was like new and the view was fantastic. We will definately stay here again!

The hotel was awesome. Less than 2 miles from all the attractions we visited. Taxis were always available. Staff was friendly.

Great modern and clean rooms. The front desk was helpful with with directions to place around town and into Cincinnati. Also, we were given an upgrade on the room. Awesome

We had a waterfront room with a fantastic view of the Cincinnati sky line at night. The city shuttle got us to the Underground Railroad Museum (a must see!) and other sights without having to move our car. The room was lovely and all the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. We would definately stay here again.

Very friendly staff..very clean updated bathroom(always a must) fun location. Elevators are bit of bummer like everyone else writes about..all n all though will come again :)

Stayed here for a Reds game over the holiday weekend. It's a great location because you can walk across the bridge or the bus comes by every 15 minutes and only costs $1 to go to Great American. The room itself is clean but boring. The curtains won't keep out the light and the bathroom doesn't have a fan so that was a bummer. The room service really […] screwed up my breakfast but they comped it and my girlfriends meal. The staff that great you are awesome but the bartender was awful. I don't know that I'll stay there again because you really don't get much bang for your buck. 더 보기

the marriott in covington was a great hotel. i was given 4 tix to the yankees series. only one room was available in the area with two double beds and rates were more than double the price due to the bronx bombers being in town. three of my friends and i were going up for the first of three games. when we arrived to our room we only had 1 king bed for […] 4 men all which are at least 6'4'' and over 225lbs. even though we reserved a room with two beds we were forced to keep our room with the kinger. two of us had to sleep on the floor because no roll-away beds were available. 더 보기

We had a hard time deciding between this hotel and the place next door, but we're glad we chose this one! All of the staff was incredibly friendly toward our 1-year-old daughter, never looked at her as a nuisance (although she is quite loud). We only had a couple of (very minor) complaints. The restaurant was understaffed and the service was very slow, […] but the server was quite attentive when she showed up. The pool was so cold we could only stay in for about 10 minutes before our lips were blue. We have decided that whenever we come to Cincinnati, this is going to be our go-to hotel! 더 보기

A few notes from a one night stay so its only worth about two cents. Cons: -parking can be a little tricky unless you feel like paying for the (less than cheap) valet -two separate elevators are required to get to ones room from the street level (ground floor if you will) -very open floor to roof lobby causes loud echoing so those who need ZERO sound […] to fall asleep might be awaken by pin drops or a loud voice in the lobby (didn't bother me personally...) -no fans in the bathroom (typical for most hotels, not sure why..) which makes for a foggy mirror after a nice hot shower. Pros: -both the interior and exterior of the hotel are beautiful and well taken care of -staff was friendly and helpful -views are wonderful if you are on the river side, and not half bad on the street side either.. -room was very clean and comfortable (outlets were tricky to find but made the room look classier I suppose...) -a short drive, walk or cab fare from anything in Covington, Newport or even downtown Cincinnati for that matter. 더 보기

We went on a weekend get away to Cincinnati. The hotel was nice but a maze to get any were within the hotel it self. Took three elevators to get to the pool. The service in restaurant was very poor the food was under cooked and took forever to come. Any concerns we had were immediately taken care of. Excellent service. Good food. Great view. Convenient location, within walking distance of ball parks & arena. Sound from the lobby can carry. Not cheap, but worth the price. Pay for what you get.

Great location just a short walk to anywhere downtown. There's also a shuttle that runs on a downtown loop and picks up/drop off right in front of the hotel. The only downside was the noise from the bar can be heard in the room, didn't keep me up but it's just how the hotel is designed.

Location not that great. Parking too expensive. Does not offer anything extra. No cocktails or breakfast like our friend had at the Embassy Suites. The hotel is beautiful primarily set up for business people who are in and out.

Nice hotel! Had bites & drinks at the bar. Very friendly service. Then walked next door to the Biehle St Cafe where they had entertainment.

Great night's sleep & beautiful view. Breakfast Buffet was awsome.

The room was perfect, the view of the river was just what I'd hoped, and the service was great. What a wonderful hotel. The only thing I would change is to sound proof the bar area. It got a little loud, but you could tune that out. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a Waterview room very beautiful to see the city at night lights up and it was just gorgeaous, It was the Wow!!! Factor very nice the food in the Hotel was very much sooooooo good. The staff was very friendly at all times.

This is a lovely hotel, although the layout is a little confusing, with only an elevator entrance to the lobby area. There was no identified concierge and no one to easily ask, as to how to get around the city. Found a cab in front of an adjacent hotel. The man did not activate the meter and the ride over the bridge to the riverfront area near the baseball […] park turned out to be $8, which was rather pricey. Realized later that it is a very quick walk over the bridge to the stadium. Lesson learned. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it was not well-marked and with no menu outside to look over for pricing purposes. We were on the fourth floor and could hear a lot of noise from the atrium below. With all of that said, we were very comfortable, the beds were exquisite, TV picture was sharp, room was clean and there turned out to be no charge for garage parking for the weekend we were there. 더 보기
