This place was a dump. The room was not properly cleaned and I even wondered if the sheets has been changed. The lobby was very drab and there is no front desk. You have to stand in line until they call you into an office to issue you a room. This place does not deserve the rating it has. Mold in the bathrooms. Cigarette burns on the furniture in a non-smoking room. Pool was yucky green. Stains on carpet. What else could be ruined??

WE HAD A NICE TIME.THE GENTALMAN AT FRONT DESH WAS VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL.

The check in/out staff was very friendly. The hotel needs to be updated..bathroom basins have been painted over instead of replaced. The couch had a funky smell and the bed had previous guest hair in the sheets. Location is awesome for sports games, six flags, and restruants. Beds need to be changed. Sleeping on a bed that squeaks constantly, hard as the floor and pillows that are as flat as a pancake are not to comfortable and the smell of the rooms and halls is not so comforting.

Elevator was broken, bugs in rooms, not enough towels and pillows. Bugs in kitchen cabinets. Foldaway bed was broke and the clerk did not even care and "would not swap us out. Worst stay EVER.

It's nice because you get a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave) but the place really needs renovating. The carpets are worn pretty thin and grungy and my bed had cigarette burn holes all over it. I enjoyed being able to work out on their two treadmills, a bike, and some other misc pieces of equipment (no weights or machines). Hotel was ideally located. We could see Six Flags from our window. Easy to find.

the hallways smelled like urine, the elevators had an horrible smell also. Other than a few minor complaints, it was worth the price.

It was spacious enough for my whole family.. I liked that it was close to everything we wanted to do. the only thing I didn't like is that there was no continental breakfast.. overall, it was just ok..

Rooms need to be updated. The room had a really foul smell, almost like paint but could tell it wasn't new paint. Apparently hotel was overbooked when we got there. The man at the front didn't really seem to offer any apologies either. Another worker came over and offered us a different room after he could obviously see how upset I was. it was a nice stay for the one night we were going to be there. check-in was quick - the front clerk was very polite & friendly. there is only one complaint i have is that our fold out bed was broken - so the mattress kept falling at the foot of the bed. But overall it was a nice stay. Very close to freeway & to relatives.

The one person checking people in looked like she couldn't read, It took so long to do everything. I booked all my information online and still had to fill out all the liitle crap when I got there. Like, home address and email. Information I knew they already had somewhere. Once I got past that part, the hotel was clean, convenient and comfortable. […] And very inexpensive compared to surrounding hotels. Really liked! 더 보기

Outstanding location as far as cowboys stadium goes. Rooms arent bad, for the price it is perfect. Right across the street from restaurants and only 2.7 miles from the stadium.. No complaints!

The hotel hospitality was the worse. The was a water leak in the middle of night. Water was coming through out roof into our room. When we went to go look for help in lobby, there was no one to be found. The desk clerk was later found outside of the motel. He took a ling time just to transport us rooms. No apologies given to us for the inconvenience. […] The next day I tried explaining to the other desk clerk the incident but he was too busy to talk to me because he was on his cell phone (blue tooth) to talk to me. 더 보기

Went on Christmas Eve for Cowboys game and was very happy with this hotel and would stay there again when I go to Six Flags or any Cowboys games.

I stayed for a Cowboy game and they could not have made it easier! Sguttle service to and from the game and it was quick, easy and the driver knew every way in and out. Can't beat it! The surounding area right by the hotel is nothing to speak of, but it is 5 minutes formthe stadium area which is PACKED with bars and restaurants.

We had requested a non smoking room and that was fine but there were smoking rooms down the hall so it stunk like smoke everywhere in hall except our room. Need to have the smoking rooms on another floor! Also only one small trashcan in the entire room and towels smelled unclean. Other than that we enjoyed our one night stay and the price was great! […] A huge suite with kitchenette was great except fridge ran all night with noises :( 더 보기

This was my worst experinece for me and my family, the room was so dirty, the bathrom so dirty, the walls and whole room was very dirty, the bed has hair any were, we rent two rooms and as I said was our worst night at this hotel. I dont recomend to anybody.

From the outside the property appears nice and clean, and even the public areas and halls appear clean, just don't go to the room. The room was dirty from a variety of substances unknown, to the point I was afraid to take my shoes off and walk on the carpet. The bathroom possibly had been swept before my arrival but the place was just dirty. The towels […] were tinged brown and almost threadbare, not white as one would expect. This hotel is across I-30 from Six Flags.... I have never stayed in one of these places and I will never stay in one again. One learns through experience, like I did! I was very unhappy with the rooms also. The hall and rooms stunk of rotten food and also cigarette smoke. I was suppose to have a non-smoking room but didn't get.....The Fire Alarm also […] went off and we were asleep so we woke up and went downstairs. Staff not professional. Workers had friends hanging out in the lobby visiting and watching TV. Trash in trash rooms had not been taken out and left a terrible smell on the whole floor. Won't be staying here again.

we choose this hotel for the proximity to six flags and the price. just a couple of things would have been better- we had to use an odor neutralizer to decrease the smell in the room. the pool got cloudy at the end of the day.

We noticed the bed sheets were not clean and tried to get someone to bring us clean sheets. He refused and said he couldn't bring them. We brought the dirty sheets down stairs and he told us he didn't have any sheets to give. He finally gave us a pile of sheets wrapped in plastic but was not very helpful and did not show interested in what we were asking. I just recently stayed at this hotel and was very very disappointed in the manner of the staff, the condition, and how it was being operated. Upon checking in the attendant was very unfriendly, there were people hanging around her office with their feet on the desk. I was to stay in a non smoking room, upon entering my area everything smelt like smoke. […] The room felf very nasty and unclean. The mattress was very stained and smelt horrible. We they say recently remodeled they must have not meant the one in Arlington. This was a terrible hotel, the overall hotel was terrible.

This was suppose to be an amazing weekend...Rangers game one night and sixflags the next day for Father's Day. When we arrived it smelled like a club and looked just as bad. When I went to check in the "front desk" lady stopped checking me in to see if one of the guests had mail and continued to have a conversation with him. When I finally got my room […] the smell was worse...smelled like smoke and wet dog even tho it was a non-smoking room and we were missing pillows and the beds were not made. We went down to complain and she appologized and put us in another room. The second room was the same with the exception that the beds were made and had pillows. The rooms were so nasty that we wore our flip flops the whole time we were there. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone...if you don't mind staying in this type of hotel then you should just stay at a cheap Motel because that's what this pretty much was. It is nothing like the nice pictures...they took the pictures at a new location or when they first opened 20 years ago. Don't waste your time or money...I would have rather paid the extra cash to stay at the Hilton across the street. The ONLY thing good about this hotel is the location. 더 보기

Location, and staff were excellent. But the one thing that I did not like at all was the fact that I had specifically had asked for a non-smoking room and ended getting a room that smelled like your local bar. Im not sure if the previous guest smoked in there right before check out ,but it smelled pretty bad. Although I didnt check in untill 6 p.m. […] that night, the smelll was very strong. Yes, i could have brought it to the attention of the manager on site, but I was extremely tired from traveling from 3 different states in a 4 day span. 더 보기

We only stayed one night, but I cannot stand staying in stinky visibly ran down hotels and this is what this one was in my opinion. The only good thing was that it was close to everything that we were there to do. I would not stay here again though!!

they gave us someone else' room and we walked in on them, not knowing. There was also ants all over the room. gross.

Great location, Sux Flags across the way, Restaurants that make you wanna eat all day......Comfortable, Clean and would definitely stay again......Staff very friendly...

I paid very little and I got even less. The hotel reception staff was not friendly. This is an extended stay hotel and as such you are expected to provide your own services. I was only there for two nights. I was shocked when I returned to my room after the first night and it was not cleaned. I was informed that they only offer maid service after 7 […] dyas. for the amount i spent on the room it was beyond my expectations. the room was big and comfortable. the locations was great diffently stay there again
