My daughter and I stayed at this hotel and thought the price was right! Several of us will be staying here again for my son's wedding in April.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Security of the establishment is wonderful, it is in a great spot, you can actually have peace and quite and relax comfortably. The bed was a little soft for my taste but it could definitely be worse. The room had a little wear and tear but I'm a firm believer in being realistic in repair scheduling... I usually don't write reviews about my stays, but this stay was abysmal. First of all, I checked in at the front desk. The front desk attendent just handed me my key and told me the room number. She didn't offer to tell me how to get to it, which since it was on the third floor, I needed to know how to get to the elevator, so I had to ask. I finally […] get all of my luggage loaded onto the luggage cart and proceed to my room, only to find out the room key she gave me didn't work. The keys are the antiquated plastic type that look like swiss cheese. So, I go back down to the lobby and told her the key didn't work, and she assumes I didn't try to turn the handle and open the door...which I did. So, I go back upstairs with her and she has a master key to let me in the room and says she will get me another key. Meanwhile, I unload all of my luggage in the room and take the luggage cart back down to the lobby, where I retrieve the new key she gives me. Guess what? I get back upstairs and that key doesn't work either. So, my luggage is locked in the room and I can't get to it. I go back down to the lobby, and tell her I still can't get into my room. So, she comes upstairs again to try and reset the lock, which doesn't work. At this time, she decides to give me another room. So, I have to make a few trips down the hall to get my luggage into the new room, which the key does work. However, while I was collecting my luggage, I see a rather large cockroach on the kitchen floor. After I get settled, I go back down to the lobby to see if they have wifi available, and there is....but with a charge. However, it was only $5, so it was reasonable even though most wifi is free these days. She gives me the passcode once I pay for the service, only to find out when I put the passcode in, it doesn't work. So, once again I'm contacting the front desk to tell them the passcode doesn't work. She calls me back 5-10 minutes later with the correct pass code. Although from the picture, it looks 더 보기

I stayed at a Extended stay in Tulsa for the first time and I thought the room as more than just a bed to lay your head down on was great. That is what made me think of an Extended Stay for my vacatiuon in Dallas. The room was like a mini apartment. The only thing that I didn't like about the room is the size and comfort of the hide-a-bed. But it is […] a hide-a-bed. I wish it would of been an couch hide-a-bed instead of a love seat. The staff (every single employee) avoided smiling at every opportunity. Never once was I thanked for my business. The level of unprofessional conduct was shocking at best. I was instantly greeted with a ROCK HARD bed, dirty floors, NONE of the kitchen amenities they promised, a toilet paper roll with less than 1/4 of the roll remaining, window shades […] that let the very bright parking lot lights shine through all night, and the WORST hotel TV service ever. I would never stay at this hotel again. It is in serious need of update and repair. The room needs a better television, carpets need replaced, rooms smell like smoke. If this was taken care of then it would have potential. There is a nice laundry room available that most places do not have.

Read some of the reviews and thought WHY did I book this place! Well we think this place is great, very clean, quiet and well located. The kitchenette was perfect, living room was just the right size and the TV swivels to accommodate everywhere you want. Not a bad hotel, easy highway access with acceptable facilities. The staff was very underwhelming!

Good location but the first room given to us the toilet was running. The second room given to us was on the third floor which was not a problem although the elevator was a little scary riding. Rode it once then never again. When you got in between the second and third floor the elevator would drop about 2 inches then regain itself and continue on. This room was a good deal for the price. My only complaints were lack of coffee and supplies and pillows were very small.
