For the most part my stay was comfortable. The biggest drawback to any budget friendly hotel/motel is the overall sleep comfort. In most cases this lacks. The pillows are too hard and flat, the mattress is adequate at best, with minimal luxury comfort. The drapes at least were decent enough to block most light.

Very impressed with the cleanliness in the room. Found the beds comfortable. Great night spent. Were able to park right in front of our room. Both of us had difficulty walking. Thanks so much. An OK motel, kind of a dump but OK. Best thing is it is very near a great park with walking trails, Japanese garden, lake. Also within walking distance of restaurants and bank.

This hotel is a motel with no inside rooms. It is very reasonably priced although you are getting a very outdated and not that clean of a room. There was the distinct aroma of hotel soap which was trying to cover up the lack of cleanliness overall. Bugs in the bathroom, dirty facecloth on the shower rod and the rug needed to be cleaned or ripped out. […] This is a place that appears to house alot of construction, maintenance, welder clientel but is definetly NOT a place for a pleasant get a way. The staff was friendly and it has a small coffee room for coffee, toast and fruit. Would stay there on a motorbike trip to have my bike outfront but maybe pay a little more and get a bit of a nicer room. 더 보기

I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest I could find in Lethbridge and all I wanted was somewhere to sleep. Well, that's all I got. I knew the hotel was old, but I still expected it would be clean (there was a window in the bath/shower area with a tremendous growth of black mold on the sill). I also expected that a Howard Johnson's would be […] well maintained, but the towels had holes in them, the shower curtain was too short for the tub, and the smoke detector was hanging loose from the wall. The problem with the smoke detector may have been because someone may have tried to disable it: the room smelled strongly of smoke, although it was a non-smoking room. And the walls were thin too; I could actually hear the conversation next door clearly enough that I could make out what they were saying. If you absolutely can't afford anything else in Lethbridge then you might want to consider this hotel, but as for me I'm going to shell out another $20 for something better next time. 더 보기

I was very disappointed in the service cleanliness and when I made a complaint to the manager I was shrugge off.

Great value for the money if your not looking for anything fancy but just a place to lay your head. It was clean and comfortable. Only problem was that because its a very convienent location ( right off the main drag) it tended to be a little on the noisy side but otherwise I'd stay there again....short term.

We've stayed at more expensive hotels in Lethbridge, but thought we'd try this. Clean, rooms were very spacious, service good and beds were comfortable. Bath towels were on the thin side, and no coffee was made in the breakfast room - no decaf even offered (except in our room) - but with the money we saved on low room rate, we were happy to drive down […] the street to Starbucks and buy our own. 더 보기

the front desk was fine and the room was fine for the price we paid. However, the pool was dry in july, no sign of it opening soon, and the" expanded delux" continental breakfast was bread to toast with assorted spreads, dry cereal, apples many looked very old and bruised, tiny styrofoam cups for coffee and water. We only had the coffee and that was […] because the coffee maker in our room still had a used coffee packet in the coffee maker and a dirty cup beside! Not impressed! The was great, but there are many other hotels in the immediate area that looked much nicer, and with water in their pools! I think we will try another hotel next time we are there. 더 보기

A great place to stay over nigh to be able to catch the early morning entrance into the yearly Air Show. Rght on the main highway easy to get to. Not far from Walmart to grab those last minute needed items on the way out of town. Close enought to get to the airport easily and quickly.
