A very clean and comfortable room with all the necessary items and even a few extras. Everything worked and was cozy. I love the fact that I could walk to pretty much every thing I wanted to do. Would definitely go back again. The staff were helpful and polite.

The front desk people are very friendly but the room are a mess. No water or ice avialable in the second floor. We found two glasses in the room we were to use for water from he tap and they were caked with mildew. The sheets were dirt and the room was soo hot. My wife and I recently enjoyed a night in the Peterborough Inn and Suites Hotel. The location and facilities were great and the opportunity to walk to good restaurants made for a great stay.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located close to all amenities especially the bus depot. Rooms were fantastic, gas fire and jacuzzi were especially welcome after a day sightseeing. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a little bit of comfort at a very reasonable price. 10 out of 10.

Outdated. two star at best.

The hotel was in a great location for walking downtown. The room was nice but a little musty and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The ladies at the front desk were very nice!

the ac was too noisy had an awful sleep because of it. Also the parking was very incovient because we had to park down the street then walk to the hotel which was not fun because we had to walk in the middle of a street party that was going on and the crowd was very noisy. the staff at teh front desk were not very helpful when we checked in.

This is a hotel in steep decline. We have stayed here several times over the past 4 years and have seen the reception staff become more impertinent and unwelcoming over this time. Contrast this with Best Western where you receive consummate service and the greeting from apersonable, knowledgeable, and professional host. The check in was very quick and everyone was friendly. Room was great and so was the location. You can walk to everything. Breakfast was included and was ok. I'd stay there again for sure.

My wife and I are from Peterborough and just wanted a night to ourselves (read: grandma is watching the kids). The room was exactly as described on the website and had everything we required...fridge, fireplace, and jet tub...what else could you ask? As a hotel, a little above average. The fireplace in the room was very nice. The location cannot be beat as it is right down town and close to many of the really good restaurants in Peterborough. The inclusion of a 15% coupon for a variety of restaurants was a nice surprise upon check-in. This will definitely be our first choice when we come back to […] the city. 더 보기

The Room was extremely HOT. Couldn't open a window becasue we were right beside the air and heating units. Plus I requested a DVD player three days before my arrival and I went to the front desk three times and still no DVD player was provided. RM 304

The Peterborough Inn & Suites was clean and service was excellent. It was ideally located downtown near many restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to dinner, a couple pubs and the music venue within minutes. Our room was adequate and the free breakfast had many options. The front desk was helpful in getting us a roll-away bed, as we were told […] when we reserved on-line that our room would have a queen bed and a hide-a-bed, but only had the queen bed. The location of the hotel is right on the heart of the bar scene in Peterbrough. The actual hotel is nice looking. The room had a wierd layout and the windows had a great view of nothing but the side of the other buildings. Staff was fine, a little moody since the poor manager had to work a double shift. The Inn and Suites was a great choice - a nice little boutique hotel, close to the many great restaurants in downtown Peterborough. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was with the bed and the pillows, which were subpar. The bed was very hard, and the pillows were so flat as to give no support. My wife and I were heading to Peterborough overnight for the Head of the Trent, which was happening up at the university. We looked at a few different hotels, and this one came up as the cheapest. As it was only one night and we wouldn't be spending that much time there, we thought we would give it a try. We were not dissapointed. The only slight issue […] was at the check-in process. Check-in was fine, other than the fact that we were advised that we had to give them our credit card so that the hotel could 'hold' $100. The reason given for this was it was because we booked through hotels.ca and not directly with the hotel. I was a bit surprised by this, and would have liked to have been advised about it before arriving. The room was clean and rather large, and was right in the heart of downtown, which was where we wanted to be. It would have been nice to have breakfast included, but that wasn't really a big problem. Would definately stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Peterborough! 더 보기

I've always wanted to stay here, just looks posh in a way that makes you want to be inside. I wasn't disappointed. Even the little details in the lobby were adorable. Like i mentioned check in was a little screwy but fixed so quickly i have no issues. The room was very nice, own mini fridge, coffee/tea maker. T.v, fireplace, nice jacuzzi tub! pull out […] couch... nice size room, very cozy! We stayed there for a wedding. We didn't hear any noise at all in the hotel. I can understand that one set back would be it's right in the heart of the bar scene, and Peterbrough being Peterbrough, can be a sight for sore eyes. I assure you i didn't hear any noise from outside either. The free breakfast was amazing, great variety! waffles, bagles, crossants, cereal.. fantastic!! All in all a very positive stay. 더 보기
