Just fine. Close to everything I wanted downtown Scottsdale. Clean. Staff was great. Helpful and polite. I would stay here again.

The hotel is ideally placed to spend time in Scottsdale. Hotel is a little older but is comfortable and the staff was very responsive. We had a small group meeting and everyone was pleased with the rooms, the food served and the cooperation of the staff. I had an amazing time with my frienda and family. the hotel staff was very nice and accomidating. Would recommend staying there to anyone who is in town!

I was disappointed with the restaurant service, it was very slow & not much customer service. The front desk needs to give better directions, we went way out of our way do to there dirctions.

I used this hotel for one night in September. The location is ideal for a Scottsdale/Phoenix area visit. It was an easy walk into Old Town Scottsdale, which offers many restaurants and bars. This was a hotel that held up to the usual standards of the Hilton family of hotels. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was right on top of Old Town Scottsdale, which provided an easy access to walking around this beautiful neighborhood. The only negative about the stay was the volume of the room air conditioner unit. This hotel was great and we would definitely go back. The beds were very comfortable which is important to me. There was underground parking which is great in AZ in the summertime. It is within walking distance of many things to see and do in downtown Scottsdale.

Everything was great and the underground parking in the 115 degree heat was fantastic!!! We stayed in the Junior suite and was very comfortable! The free golf cart shuttle in Old Town Scottsdale was much needed as there were many night clubs we went to. Just make sure they get a good tip! Loved every minute of our stay!

I suprisingly found this hotel on hotels.com. I needed a cheap, clean room to visit my Dad who is quite ill for Father's Day. I felt the hotel was fantastic. This hotel is in a great location to walk thru old town Scottsdale where there are a ton of tourist shops and a number of restaurants. The surrounding area and location are the reason we chose this hotel for an overnight get-away. Check in was easy, room and pool were clean and fresh, parking was convenient and secure. With Old Town Scottsdale right across the street, shopping and dinning were fabulous. Apples and cookies at the front desk for snacks were a nice plus. It was definitely the best deal in town.

Staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Love staying at this location.

Worse hotel in a long time. First night so close to the road and we couldnt sleep. Changed rooms the second night and the air conditioning unit was even louder than the road!!! A fire alarm went off early in the morning to top it all off. Will never stay here again!

Great location, everything in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, the fashion district. It's not a 5-star hotel but it's got the basics and the rooms are clean. If you're looking for a luxurious resort this is not your solution, but if you're looking for an affordable place to sleep, use a gym and sit by a pool after a day of exploring scottsdale, […] this is a great choice. This hotel is one of the very best for the money. It is very well located and close to some great shopping and outstanding restaurants. The rooms are very nice, well appointed and quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We would definately stay here again.

this hotel was sooo disappointing. it was run down, smelled musty, and was nothing like the pictures on line.

Our room was clean and nice but there was some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom which was unexpected at a Hilton property. Also, the room was west facing and it was HOT when we checked in, even though the thermostat was kicked way down and the shades were drawn. Once the sun started to go down the room was fine and we checked out before it got too […] uncomfortable. I'll request an east facing room next time. One more thing...I thought there was a poolside bar, but it appeared to be taken down either for the season or for renovations but there was no way to get a drink there regardless. Would have had to walked into the lounge...in a swimsuit...so just held off. Overall though the facilities were nice, clean, and exactly what we had hoped for. the price was very reasonable not only for the room but also in the restaraunt, room service, and the bar. i was pleasantly surprised that the cost was very reasonable i would definitely stay here again and i would recommend the hotel to others.

We started and finished our three week trip in the South West with a stay at Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale Old Town. Everything was great, especially the staff who were helpfull and made us feel welcome. And with the 100+ degrees outside, we appreciated the swimming pool, too!!

The hotel is in a great area, the employees are not very nice and rude.

It was great. The room was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect. Couldn't ask for more.

Hilton Garden Inn is one of my favorite Chains. Very consistent. This location is excellent. Comfortable area in the room to work.

All staff made us very welcome and were very helpful with any of our questions. Our room was very clean and comfortable with good facilities. The selection of food in the buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. It was good to be able to use the swimming pool at the end of a very hot day.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of August, it was great! The beds, pillows, and comforter were amazingly comfy, they had a microwave and fridge, and the bathroom was well stocked. Hotel is in a great location and has an underground parking garage so your car doesn't get too hot. (Although the garage is not air conditioned).
