it was great the price was right

The hotel itself is in need of repair and updating but the staff was exceptionally helpful and accomodating... TV was broken but they gave us another room. The pool is in great condition - seemed newly resurfaced. The carpeting and furniture were a little worn looking and the bathroom fixtures looked old/ rusty but it was a comfortable and clean room. […] No bad smells, air worked great and the beds were in good shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was adequate in cleanliness and comfort. I felt I got a good value for the price I paid on such short notice.

We arrived in Naples a day before our long term condo rental was available and needed a convenient place to stay for the night. I chose the Bonita Springs Lodge because it was one of the more affordable lodging choices for my purposes. The hotel lobby looked a little tired but was ultra modern when compared to the room. The rooms were very spartan...a […] single small table with 2 side chairs, 2 beds a small dresser, an old tube TV and a night stand. The beds were past their prime, the carpet was worn and stained. The chain on the flap in the toilet was broken so I had to take the top off of the toilet and manually open the flapper to flush. I don't know what other properties in the area at similar prices were like, but I know that if I had spent just a bit more I could have stayed at a much nicer property in a better area. 더 보기

When I called reservations I specifically asked how close the hotel was to the beach as that is what we were going for. He told me a mile away. When I checked in I asked at the front desk and was informed it was 4 miles away. Big difference when you planned on walking to the beach each day. We drove and paid for parking each day. It really bothers me that deceit is used in creating websites. Show you rproperty as it is and let the customers decide from that information. Like us, we booked, saw the real hotel and then were disappointed because it was misrepresented. Very bad maintenance and moldy rooms. We found bugs laying in the carpet the next morning we arrived. I always trusted Hotels.com but this booking made me think if is a trusted web site to book a hotel. Very upset and disappointed.

We were looking for a place to stay just north of Naples and settled on this hotel. We booked the rooms based on the price and other reviews thinking it was a decent middle of the road choice, but we were very wrong. The property is in desperate need of updating. I got asked to take this hotel instead of what I originally booked, and it was in the same neighborhood as the event I needed to attend.Everything was very clean and comfortable; a nice breakfast bar w/ coffee was available at 6am; If I come again I'll use the exercise room.

Check-in was a breeze. The room was ready, but the room was dirty. The carpet had stains and the window curtain did not pull closed the whole way. In addition, the ammenities in the room were awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I certainly will not stay there again.

The halls smelled of smoke, the carpet,blanket, and spread are dirty and cigarette burns. Aminities don't excist.

I was on a budget and I was impressed I had stayed in Miami and this was way better than most cheaper hotels there,great free breakfast

This hotel is dated and worn but staff is acomadating and friendly, the hotel is quiet and in a good location and the price is the best in the area.

Great location, convenient, quiet, and even somewhat scenic with a pond and lovely evening sunset behind the building. Staff is first rate--one of the most pleasant I've met in extensive travel through Florida. Rooms are spacious, and the fridge and microwave are always a welcome plus. HOWEVER, it is an older building; carpet is seedy in spots, shower […] curtain hangs so close that you can't help but bump into it while showering. Pillows are NOT soft. The convenience, ultra-nice staff, and good breakfast make this an OK overnight stop for the price. But there are cleaner, more comfortable stops for the same price or just a few dollars more. If a clean, fresh, comfortable room is your top priority, I'd keep looking before I book here. 더 보기

I stayed here because it was the closest hotel to my grandfather's house. However, I would absolutely drive much farther to avoid the incredibly depressing atmosphere in this hotel; it permeates every nook and cranny of the place, from the empty reception area, through the common area, into each and every room.

Nice and clean. Breakfast is ok. Nothing to write home about, but they have coffee, juice and things to get you started. Rooms a bit dated, but who stays in the room when your in Naples!

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Great pool and nice area to walk our dog. We would definitely stay there again.

A good place to visit, close to the beaches. The service was great especially when it came to the breakfast. the people at the front desk were really kind and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is going to stay in Bonita Springs.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. Nice breakfest, great pool (all to our selfs), back side has a nice view of a river/pond. The hotel is a little outdated as others have said, however very clean, and the staff was very nice and friendly. The only problem we had was with housekeeping when they broke my curling iron and did not bring to anyone attention […] leaving me to burn my fingers to get ready for dinner that night and make a late night trip to Walmart. The accomodations were excellent and the management most friendly. While the first access was not the most clear (location just off Rt 41) the location was close to Bonita Beach and not that far from all quality dining and amusement locations. Would highly recommend a stay at the Bonita Lodge. spb

My crew and I stayed here last week. We arrived at 1:30 AM-to my surprise the front desk clerk was awake and waiting for us. Staff was very nice and helpful. Got us our room quickly so we could get some rest. Next morning breakfast they offered was just great. We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is very conveniently located. The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to accomodate in any way. The continental breakfast is perfect - more choices than other hotels we've stayed at. I arrived late and left early so did not eat the breakfast. The hotel was dated, but clean. The room was large and bed was comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location. Right on a major street and close to lots of different restaurants. However, it's off the street a bit, so you still feel safe and it is quiet. There is even a lovely view out one side of the building. This hotel is not about frills, but for the price, it was ideal for our Valentine's day weekend. This hotel is in a convenient location that is quiet and offers a nice walking path, and diner style resturant close by. The staff was pleasant and the rooms are adequate but the hotel does need updating and attention. The breakfast buffet did run out of coffee on one morning. Overall still a pleasant experience after all it is SW Florida....

Everything was fine except their continental breakfast. All carbohydrates and no protein. When you are diabetic you need protein, not alot of sugar items.

Stayed here overnight to avoid driving home LATE after attending a concert at the Germain Arena. Loved the location and the neighborhood. Room was clean and comfortable for a short stay; even had a mini-fridge and micro-wave. The negatives: Breakfast was less than expected: picked-over, no hot items other than coffee. I went with my family for a Getaway Weekend, Location is Super!! In general the Hotel was OK!!, The Staff was super friendly. We were looking to stay at the pool and relax but it was " Dirty " ( yellowish in the bottom and kind of dark water ).
