"Be careful of your belongings"
My boyfriend and I went to visit family in the area. We stayed two nights on the second day (Saturday morning) my boyfriend left his Samsung device in his bag he only had it for a month. When we return late in the afternoon he pulled it out to play a game and we both notice this huge crack in the device I was really upset and we both walked to the front […] desk. The lady at the counter was not helpful she said that the person who cleaned the does not mess with others belongings and said the crack had to be there before. Thinking to myself she basically said we are lairs, I told her we would like to talk to the manager she said she would contact him. We did not hear from the manager until Monday two whole days after the incident. He did not resolve our issue and basically called us lairs as well. 1) Had to wait over an hour after 3pm check in to get our room hotel was not full. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel can do with a few upgrades. If you plan to stay for more than one or two nights. The pool wasn't open leaving the only way you can cool off is by staying in your room or in the lobby.
