We have stayed at this Holiday Inn many times over the past 4 years. With the exception of one major problem two years ago our stays have been problem free. Good central location. Nice staff.

Very pleased with this hotel. Recently renovated, and everything seemed nice and new and clean. Loved the free, hot breakfast buffet. Lots of parking in front (felt safe in parking lot). The location was ideal for flying to/from BWI - right down the road from the airport car rental facility. The location of the hotel is just down the street from the Rental Car facility and within very easy access of the airport, Outlet Shopping Mall, tons of restaurants and other highways. The Complimentary Shuttle was very accommodating and the drivers were very knowledgeable in giving directions and recommendations on local resources. We had two rooms on the second floor. Even though the rooms were listed as non-smoking it was evident the rooms had been smoked in at some point in the past. When we talked to an employee about the smell and were told the second floor at one time was the smoking floor. The smell was evident in both rooms. Great front desk staff BUT one elevator was out (min 10 min wait, yes at least 10 min) and pool closed at 8pm on Friday night. Kids were disappointed as we checked in a 7:58pm. who closes a pool at 8pm on a friday night? breakfast was surprisingly good.

Very easy check-in...delicious breakfast before we needed to go to the airport. Shuttle service was great to and from airport. No long waits to be picked up. Certainly would stay again when flying out of BWI.

So there is nothing wrong with this hotel. It is average and what you would expect of Holiday Inn Express. I am glad that we got the reservations on Hotels.com. The rooms were conveniently priced and I thought the services of the hotel were fine for the price I had paid. However, when we inquired about staying an extra day the room cost twice as much. […] I understand that getting reservations early and using a service like hotels.com is much cheaper but I could not see paying twice as much money for such a mediocre hotel. 더 보기

This hotel was very nice and clean the people were friendly and the area it was in was nice and quiet. I didnt have a car with me so I had to use the hotel shuttle wich ran on demand whenever I was ready to go or to be picked up it was there within 15 20 min. Nice place to spend the night. Very close to car rental.

Called before we arrived to make sure our room would accomodate 5. Moved us to a king suite. When we got there they were all gone. Put us in a double with pillows for the floor for our son. But they ran out of blankets--so sorry! Next night they moved us to a King suite. We got in there late after spending the day in DC. It was an old smoking room. […] As soon as we turned AC on, it wreaked of smoke. We took all blankets and pillows in case the ran out and they moved us to a third room. What a pain. Staff was nice but incompetent! This is why we usually stay with Marriott but they were full that weekend. 더 보기

Great breakfast! Clean, convenient.

Had to stay here because of the rain storms and did not want to be too far from 295 North near Baltimore. Employees were nice, wireless internet easy to access, room, microwave, and frig clean. Enjoyed stay and will come back again.

Love the location of this hotel. Secluded but close enough to entertainment and Arundell Mills Mall. Love the convenience of a Denny's right on the premise. Hotel was very clean and staff was very accommodating and professional.

The Hallways smelled of smoke and I am a non smoker. The room was good, very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was nice, I was not impressed with the attendent answering the phone while I stood and waited for him to complete my transaction; although it was only a few mins I felt since I was checking I should not have been put on hold.

Upon arrivals attendant was very polite and made availability of services known. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. All hotel associates were very professional but genuinely polite not corporately polite. Thank you for making our stay comfortable

The room was very crusty. Carpet was gross and the bathroom was dirty. I have stayed in places twice as nice for half the cost. The only redeeming quality was the friendliness and timeliness of the airport shuttle.

Not more than a 30 minute drive from Fedex Field. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was really good. Close to mall, airport, highways, and good restaurants.

This hotel is close to the Arundell Mall, which is hugh. You will find everything, including good restaurants there. The neighborhood feels safe, with lots of trees. We needed to do our laundry that night, and the laundry room, as well as the whole hotel, was clean. The breakfast the next morning was good and bountiful. We stayed here upon our visit to Baltimore for a baseball game. We took the FREE shuttle from the hotel to BWI where we jumped on the light rail train that took us right to Camden Yards @ Oriole park. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, pool was nice, front desk staff was nice and helpful (Stacey). Everyone at the hotel was professional & pleasant. Everyone I saw greeted me with good morning, hello, etc. I was originally booked for 2 nights while my husband had surgery at Balt Wash Med Ctr. I ended up staying with my husband the 2nd night. I needed to stay a 3rd night & was not crazy about paying the quoted price on the internet. The lady at the […] desk knew my situation & gave me a much better rate for that night. She made a stressful situation a little easier to handle. I would definitely stay here again. For our trip to Baltimore, this was the best value for our dollar. Everything was excellent from the customer service to the creature comforts provided. Free and parking, clean rooms, free in-room wi-fi, free breakfast (try their cinnamon rolls)... what more could you need?

Great accomodations. Very helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again.

I stayed here on two different nights this week (and two different rooms). Night1: TV would not work. Apparently they had just installed new flat screen TVs that day. I couldn't get it to turn on. I tried to call the front desk, phone was dead. I put clothes on, headed down to the lobby to learn that I needed to use the new "green" remote to turn on […] the TV. So, back to the room only to learn there was no green remote. Back down stairs to lobby, get a maint guy to bring a remote to my room - while he was there he confirmed that the phones were indeed dead - duh, that's what no dial tone means. Guess what, the remote did work !- but there was a whopping 9 channels. Apparently, they didn't plan well enough to upgrade the signal boxes. That night we enjoyed the cntinuos on- then off-then back on howl of the in wall AC unit and horrendously worn out matteresses with ZERO back support. I don;t think I slept much at all that night. 3 nights later that week (yes, I am back at the same hotel), different room. TV works, phone works but incredibly still only 9 channels of TV! In three days they could get the TV to provide more than 9 channels. And, sure enough the matteress was same worn-out, way too soft with low spot in middle - again almost no sleep and wake up with a really sore back.
