We didn't know the hotel was being renovated or we never would have stayed there. The fitness room was closed. The breakfast room was overcrowded. The room itself hadn't been cleaned properly. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The walls were paper thin.

The management was extremely corporative and accommodating for our many wedding guests and parents and family of the bride and groom. The lobby was being remodeled but it really didn't impact us either noise or inconvenience. And it will soon be gorgeous. The hot breakfast and other amenities were generous. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was an excellent selection to choose from. There was something for everyone, even our picky eater :) It's an older hotel so the rooms are dated, and small (I had a room with 2 queen beds and there was not very much room to move around in). Every thing in the room was clean and in order. Plenty of space to stretch out and convenient layout. TV is easily visible from most of the room. Front desk staff were ready to help and provide missing toiletries. Good access to several restaurants by car. Will be staying there again when the time arrives.

Close to the Galleria Mall and the train station that takes you into New York. Very convenient location and also within close proxomity to the Stewart Airport in Newark. Very good for travellers. Clean hotel and breakfast was good. The gym was handy also and taxi service was quick and efficient. Front desk was polite and helpful. This was our first stay in this Hampton Inn, and we were not disappointed. The breakfast buffet was good and we always found somewhere to sit (as opposed to some other hotel chains, where we frequently ate breakfast standing up). The beds were very comfortable, and we parked very close to our room. The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. […] My only complaint was that the area where we walked our dog had a fair amount of...er, remains...from other dogs. We picked up after our pooch, but obviously others didn't. It might be helpful for hotel staff to check that area on a regular basis (or MORE regular, if they already check it). 더 보기

the hotel was wonderful! We used it on a trip to VA and stayed on the way down and the way back. The first night there was a crazy Heat/AC unit, but the 2nd night the unit was great. Stayed in two different rooms. Had great restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel and it's staff were perfect. My friends and I may have been a little loud, (Although no complaints were made) but everyone on staff was super-friendly, and the place was immaculate. Very comfy beds too! Would love to stay there again.

The hotel was generally comfortable and the staff very friendly. The Arts and Crafts Movement decor was great! I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, but wish they hadn't used styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. Maybe the pillows should have new covers every time (under the pillowcase) or be washed once in a while, because one of them smelled […] bad. Very nice accomodations, great breakfast and staff. We attended the Army NorthWestern football game and the hotel gave us a fine rate and was only abt 30 min. to West Point (if you don't get lost like I did). Would definately stay here again.

The hotel was new, clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. There are several restaurants with in walking distance

Friendly staff, clean hotel, well stocked room, and in a great location!

The sink was clogged and the room was tight - had a hard time bringing in the luggage.

Every in the room is cleaning and contible but the people work in the counter is not to friendly with hispanic people ...that is the only reason don't like the hotel ..I don't now why? Because I use the hotel only to sleep ....all the time im out side in the country with my family...but anyway thanks

We love Hampton Inns! Staff always friendly, nice rooms, and great breakfast--can't beat it!

The door to my room was not a new door it look like it had been kick in. But the room was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was not very good but the coffee and drinks were good.

Had a wonderful stay over the weekend. Room was very clean. The linens and bed were super comfortable (we slept like babies...), free breakfast was satisfying, check out was at 11:00 a.m. and they let us stay until 12:30 at no additional charge to my credit card - the extra hour and a half was a fantastic pleasure. Would definitely stay there again. […] And bring our swimsuits - the pool looked really... refreshing! 더 보기

Excellent hotel, accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Propreté impeccable des chambres. Restaurants à côté de l'hotel : très pratique.
