I had booked the room 4 months ahead of time. After a four hour drive, I arrived at 11:30pm, only to be told that I was spending the night at another hotel because they had booked a large group and bumped me. So I was downgraded from a suite to a regular room,and had to pack and unpack on the first day of a very hectic 4-day conference. The hotel did […] sign me up to comp a future stay at a hotel in their chain. So, on the 2nd day, I moved into my suite. The room's wall unit heater/cooler was very loud. The refrigerator was loud, and the toilet never stopped running. I notified the desk about the toilet on the first day but it was never fixed. This place is adequate, but the room smelled kind of funky and I would not stay here again. 더 보기

Clean, quiet, great kitchen.

We were so very comfortable and relaxed here! This is the only hotel we will be staying at from now on in Indy. We have stayed at the Radisson, and several other nice hotels, but Candlewood had everything we wanted with location, indoor pool/ jaccuzi, kitchenette, laundry, wifi, and no hidden charges. This location was a short drive from downtown and worth saving the extra money. Very clean suites with full size fridge, hardwood floor in the kitchen area, stove top, microwave, nice sized bathroom, free Wifi was very nice. The bed was very comfy and room very clean.

The hotel itself is nice. One of the newer ones near the airport. However, the location is leaves something to be desired. Surrounded by construction on the freeways, not very friendly walking in terms of lack of sidewalks, etc., makes this hard to stay at for an extended period of time. This was about as good as it gets for the money. The room was perfect, the staff was exceptional and we enjoyed our stay. Someone previously mentioned the towel situation and that is the only thing that I could even dream of being improved, but that would be the only change that I would suggest. Thank you and your staff for a terriffic stay.

I know 4 stars seems strange when I listed every thing as 5. Hotal was great,easy to get to but no restaurant in the building, did have kitchen but didn't see a store close by. Denny's was the only restraurant that was close without getting back on the interstate or going into the neighborhoods. I would recommend it

The hotel was 10 minutes from Downtown, easy ride and the room and lobby was clean, offered a pool and hot tub- Worth the money- people working there were very friendly

Although there was nothing wrong with my room (clean and comfortable in all respects), my room was on the 1st floor located next to one of the major side door exits (room 116). The outside door slammed very loudly all night long, literally waking me up every 20 minutes. I ended up leaving at 6:30 am because I was woken up to a shouting match outside […] in the parking lot that lasted for 15 minutes. Also, there are just sheer curtains across the windows, the "black-out" drapery does not cover the window at all, which as a young female staying alone on the 1st floor, made me a little uncomfortable because people could easily see in, especially as I was right next to the outside door. If you were to stay here, I would request a second floor room! 더 보기

Hotel was average. Didn't like that we had to go to the front desk each day; exchange dirty towels for clean-housekeepng cleans one time a week. Did not have a grocery store within walking distance.(Group took coach bus for competition, so vehicle not avail)

Be careful if you google the address for exact locations that you put Bradbury AVE and not DR or else you will find yourself at a residential street! A call to the hotel and they gave us directions right to it =) They also gave us very friendly directions to our destination downtown. Our room was very clean, had a beautiful kitchenette, flatscreen […] LCD TV, extremely comfortable pillows and bed...it was perfect for our one night stay in Indy and only ~4miles from downtown. We have stayed at another Candelwood Suites in Indy that was nice too but this hotel's bed/pillows were much more comfortable. 더 보기

I had never stayed at any Candlewood. Was a bit surprised that housekeeping only cleaned up once a week - but it was nice that they wouldn't be disturbing me during the day with their cleaning routine if I wanted to take a nap. And I didn't have to put everything away- particularly my CPAP which holds water for its humidifier. Or worry they'd move it […] or knock it over. The Cupboard (snackshop) had a nice selection of quick snacks and meals for the microwave. I did see one of the housecleaning staff cleaning another room - she didn't just vacuum - she was scrubbing the wood floor in the kitchen area - almost like my wife does at home. Impressive. Very nice overall - except for the fire alarm on Saturday night. I'd stay again - it was 5miles -mostly Xpressway- and 10-15 minutes from the Convention center. 더 보기

The room was almost like a small studio apartment. Very Clean and very nice.

Relatively new hotel had full size fridge, was quiet, comfortable

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very nice. Bigger bathroom than I have at home. They have nice LCD TVs with dvd players. Their gym facility is nicer than other hotels we've stayed at and they had free use of the washer and dryers for hotel guests. They have carts to lug all of your stuff in and allow pets under 80 lbs. […] Kithcen came fully equipped with everything you would need (except for an oven). Toaster, microwave, stovetop, fridge, dishes, ect. all included. All staff members were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Good free wireless signal in the room, and over 70 channels of cable, including several different HBO channels. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would stay there again! 더 보기

Business travel for the day/night. Was very happy with the room. Very clean, good bed, good pillows, nice desk to work at. Would return.

The Candlewood Suites was very clean and convenient for travels on the I-70 route. Additionally they were very receptive to travelers with pets at a reasonable price.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were angel soft (you could even request feather pillows!!). The room was very clean and amenities were wonderful. My 7 month old loved the pool and husband loved the hot tub. They even had a grill outside that we would have loved to use had we had the time. Wish we had […] gotten to stay more than one night but it was well worth it. Overall, the hotel was superb, the staff was pleasant and extremely helpful, and it was well worth the money (and we were surprised how low the price was for what we got). We will most certainly stay in this specific hotel again and plan to stay in Candlewoods any trip we take that they are available. A+! 더 보기

Convenient location near the airport. Nice, clean, separate rooms perfect for our family. Clean comfortable pool and hot-tub, and free Wi-Fi!
