I am a priority club member and I have stayed at several IHG hotels. We stayed here during Summerville Flowertown Festival. It was closest avail hotel at a good price. The reception was great upon entering the hotel, but when I went up to the guest room area, I smelled heavy smoke throughout. What can I say. This Hotel was Perfect! Great value, location was off the main drag but very close to everything. The pool was in the back so it was quiet and relaxing. The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfy. I didnt want to leave. Will be back.

We booked two non-smoking ajioning rooms and arrived to be placed in seperate building with one room a smoking room. The non-smoking room was handicap accessable and we had to remove a seat and stuff to take a shower. Hotel was not bad, but the only hotel available in charleston area

The hotel accomodations were good and customer service for Internet connection was excellent. I was a single , female traveling alone to a new destination. When I called to make the reservation, I asked if the hotel had interior entrances and I was told "yes"" and not given any additional information about the hotel layout. I got to the hotel and found […] that the location has two buildings, only one of which has a staffed lobby. My room was in a remote building behind the main one. My room had an interior entrance, but in order to access the building I had to get into the building through a side door, accessed by your room key, and then go up a stairwell to my floor. There were outside lights on the building, but there were also bushes beside the main exterior door. I think that when someone makes a reservation they should be told if they are going to be put in the remote building. 더 보기

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and clean, The price of the room was fair for the amenities provided. The facilities were well maintained although the door lock and handle were worn and hard to operate. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was provided with a good selection.

clean,curteous, comfortable. like the security doors to the hotel. only concern. IF someone was wheelchair bound, doors to the annex are not convenient for them. the rooms are wonderfully accessible , however. great breakfast selections. good experience.
