홀리데이 인 익스프레스 호텔 앤드 스위트 벌링턴 (Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Burlington) - 벌링턴

주로 별다섯개 호텔을 많이 이용해온터라 좀 수준이 떨어질까봐 걱정햇는데 예상외로 너무 개끗하고 편안해서 앞으로도 자주 이용하려합니다. 아침도 맛잇고 호텔로비의 쿠키도 정말 너무 맜있어요. 아이들하고 이용하기에 너무 좋을듯... 튜울립타운하고도 5분정도 밖에 안걸려서 편해요

Did not expect much from an HIE but was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the rooms, easy access to/from nearby sights (Tulips, Anacortes, Deception Pass, shopping, restaurants, etc), full-spread breakfast, and free parking. Cleaning staff was competent and the front desk (Allison et al) were courteous and helpful. I did NOT get the two bed set […] up I was hoping for since we have kids, but it worked out okay with the King and sofa pull out. Breakfast was busy (don't go at 8:45 AM) but the variety of hot and cold items was impressive - amazing how they are able to serve up so much stuff in such a small amount of space. I guess Holiday Inn has their system down pretty well. Pool area and hot tub were well maintained, again simple yet pleasant. Did not use the workout facilities but they diid look pretty cramped. Only complaint was the King bed - not enough support and sagged quite a bit (probably due to large-sized patrons). Overall, I would recommend this as a great place to stay if you are seeing the tulips or want to explore the sights near the water to the west and appreciate a well-run, clean hotel. This is really what all 2-3 star places should aspire to become - efficiently operated and well maintained. Keep up the good work HIE! 더 보기

We have stayed at this hotel before, and it is a very pleasant place to stay. It is clean, well decorated, has a nice swimming pool, workout room, and a great hot breakfast in the morning. We did have a small issue with overhearing a loud conversation on a speaker phone from the room next to us....must be a soundproofing issue....however, we notified […] the front desk, and the matter was quickly resolved. 더 보기

great for familys, wonderful staff, fabulous breakfast

When I booked the hotel I asked for a room away from main roads etc. We were given that but the room was also very close to the swimming pool on the main floor. You could hear doors slam all morning and early evening. The acoustics are terrible and although we booked a non-smoking room, our room reeked of a tobacco smell. We brought it to the attention […] of the front desk and they said it was probably coming through the vents from people smoking outside the building. Either way it's unacceptible. It's a 2.5 star and by all acounts not bad. Perhaps a little more care or attention to detail re what a customer asks for would make it a lot better. Worse bed I ever slept in time to replace their beds. Otherwise everything else was great.

i had the most amazinfg time at the hotel it was comfortable and accomidating for our family. there was an additional guest and was no a problem to have her stay the staff was warm caring and thoughtful was very much like home. our girls had a blast in the pool and the other guests were friendly and nice atmosphere to play and enjoy the breakfast was […] v ery filling and well prepared i would stay again in my travels south thank you for the memory and the moment for our family 더 보기

We spent 6 nights at Burlington hotel. Everyone who worked at this place was helpful and friendly. Made your feel warm and welcome.

Even though is was weird getting there, you must follow the signs.. The staff was great, breakfast over the top. My only complaint was the temp of the hot tub. 105 is too high and we were unable to use it. We plan on stayng agan in a couple weeks.

Would definately stay here again. Room very clean, comfortable bed. Staff friendly, helpful. Generous with toiletries in bathroom. Very nice arrangement for breakfast. Seems to be a nice chain of hotels!!

Rooms were very clean, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Particularly impressed with strong water pressure in the showers. :)

Nice facility with friendly staff (it wasn't new, but it felt new). The only minor complaint is the mattress was not as comfortable as some we have slept on. This hotel met our expectations on being clean and safe.

I have no complaints. I found a bit awkward to get at first but enjoyed the location with trees and quiet. Let us know if any good deals come our way and we will be back!

Clean but nothing exceptional. A bit hard to find if you are coming on the W20. Overpriced for what you get.

Everything was great! The room was quiet and clean. The bathroom was bright. The breakfast and coffee were excellent. My daughter loved the automatic pancake machine. This was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. The cookies in the lobby were delightful. The computer and internet connection in the business center were speedy. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and Suites with my infant son, my Mother, My Sister and her infant son. We had reserved what was advertised as a king suite which apparently had a seperate bedroom with a King bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room. When we arrived we were told that our reservation was for a suite with a queen bed and a double […] pullout sofa. As this was quite a bit smaller that we expected it made for an uncomfortable night sleep for all involved. I would suggest that the details of the room be changed so not to confuse any future guests. With the exception of the room the hotel was quite comfortable and we would likely stay again with a little more preperation and maybe another room!! 더 보기

We did not have any maid service and had to go and dump our own trash, exchange our towels at the desk and make our own beds. I know that this is a mid rate hotel, but I have never had this lack of service before.

Stay at the one bedroom suite with four adults and one child. Great room and price. No complaints at all. Perfect stay. I travel alot so I know this hotel won't disappoint most people. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here during a weekend trip to the nearby farms. Convenient access to all local attractions. Breakfast was standard HIX fare. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here!

This was the first time at this hotel, we enjoy are stay so much we added an additional night! The hotel is clean, staff where friendly and approachable.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now while visiting family in the area. It's perfect; the staff is perfect, the location is perfect, the complimentary breakfast is delicious, the cookies at nightime are delightful, my room was perfectly clean. Unusually friendly staff. Nice room, clean great place Was going to outlet malls, Tulalip & Western Wa University was a perfect location in between with a decent deal no complaints. The area was not the best but it didnt seem to matter & served our purposes

Nice hotel. Guest Room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff very welcoming. Continental Breakfast had lots to choose from. Only complaint, the hotel was difficult to find on GPS, as it is tucked in the back by a new overpass. Took way to long to find it. I'd stay there again.

After reserving a room with "two beds," we were surprised to find one bed and a pull-out sofabed. This was not what we reserved. However, the clerk at the registration desk refused to switch our rooms. It was very frustrating and inconvenient.

we were down for a shopping trip and this hotel was very well located near all the main shopping areas. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again

Room was great, clean and would stay there again. The only thing I found a bit odd, was the cooling/heating system in the room. It was a heat exchanger and required one of the hotel staff to come in and switch it from heating to cooling with a screw driver. Other than that, it was good.

It was what I expected with Holiday Inn-Express. Front desk very pleasant.

Pros: The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff was friendly and professional. The pool and pool area was spotless. Breakfast was average. Opportunities for Improvement: The fitness center was very small, 11' X 18' and there was very little equipment. The pool area was over 100 degress F. No fan for cooling and they […] would not open a door. This pool is not the best place to observe the family swimming unless you'd like to sweat off your lunch. They could have had a LOT more fresh choices for the breakfast, a couple lame bananas isn't really good enough. Overall, a very pleasant stay and totally worth the drive from Bellingham 더 보기
