I had a wonderful saty at this Courtyard hotel, the staff were very good and the room was as described. The only issue is the parking which is $20.00 per day which could add up quickly if you stay more thana couple of days. Other than that my room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is nicely located across the street from Lake Union IIt's a great place to walk around the lake; close to the Wooden Boats and several upscale restaurants.Although my room did not face the lake, I did have a view of the Space Needle. Unfortunately there is limited parking in this area of Seattle, and parking at the hotel was $20.00 per night. […] Room was small but clean. Overall my experience was good, however the food service/quality was not up to this hotel chain's standards. I paid $12.00 for a Ceaser Salad and most of the lettuce had brown edges. The service took an extremely long time. Additionally the coffee pot in the room was covered in dust. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. 더 보기

Hotel was average. No bar fridge, construction, access was not great. We only stayed there because it had a pool. Pricey overall. Ended up paying $47 for parking with tax. Way too much! Front desk never, and I mean never, answers the phone.

That was the worst experiece I had in my life I was in your hotel in Stambule Turky ,I was in Victoria B.C. it was wonderful but your hotel in Seattle was the Worst specially you do have a woman ther as assistant manager she is very rude

Wonderful location; lots of opportunity to run / walk in the neighborhood. Nice views of the lake and activity on the lake.

The hotel was ok. Clean, good size rooms. The staff was friendly. The big issue here is the $20 parking that is not mentioned when we made the reservation. There is free parking across the buys street, but you take your chances, as it was told to us cars get broken into over there. Tacking on another $20 just for parking should be mentioned as it changes […] the overall cost significantly. 더 보기

Despite booking through hotels.com, the staff was nice enough to upgrade the room to a water front view, so I got to watch the sail boats and sea planes come and go. All of the amenities, including the pool, gym, bar and restaurant, were quite nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but perhaps a little over priced, as were the drinks at the bar. […] Overall, I was pretty stoked on the hotel. The price to location was great, so I will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to Seattle. 더 보기

Liked the room, but the service was terrible. At night, no one answers the front desk phone (it rand 22 times before I hung up). Very inconvenient for wake-up calls and to get outside hotel information. It actually ruined the whole experience at the hotel.

Very limited and expensive parking. Access is very poor due to construction that is going to last for at least a year. No breakfast at this room rate is to much.

The bed was amazingly comfortable; the pillows not so much. Scratchy towels! But otherwise it was good. Our second floor room looked out over a concrete roof, and we couldn't see the lake, so if that's important, ask for a higher level room. It was good for what we needed and I'd go back again.

We stayed 4 nights and it was fantastic! We loved the proximity to our son and the sights!

Hotel was nice enough. Pool was small though. There is street construction going on outside which is obviously out of their control. Staff was pleasant, rooms were nice and clean. I would consider this a solid 3 star hotel.

The room was great but the service was TERRIBLE. Upon arriving, I was happy with the gentleman that helped us check in and it went downhill from there. There was a very rude clerk who angrily knocked on our door and told us we were being loud. We had the TV on at a decent level and we talking at a normal level as well. OK, I got over that quickly and […] turned the TV down and closed the window thinking that was the problem. We had no more issues with that. HOWEVER, the next day before check out I had to call the front desk and the woman who answered not only rushed me on the phone and didn't listen to what I was asking but was the rudest person I have spoken to in a long time. I don't usually complain but have to because I was shocked at the poor level of customer service for a 3 star hotel that cost more than what I usually pay for a 4 star hotel. This Marriott has the same fine service we have received at other Marriott Courtyards across the country. A real bonus is being across the street from a new Seattle park with walking trails beside Lake Union. The Wooden Boat Museum is at the waterfront and Argosy Cruises is just a couple blocks away. You can also ride on a paddlewheel steamboat or take […] the ice cream tour on the lake. Nice location for hanging out by the hotel plus lots of restaurants in the area. Hopefully Mercer Street repairs will be completed by the next time we stay here. 더 보기

My room was consistent with what I have come to expect form Marriott. The only major disappointment was the restaurant was closed. This was due to lack of business. SO if you stay there don't plan on dining facilities, as it depends on how full they are whether it's open. Two things to be forewarned about- There is a lot of construction, making access […] a bit difficult. This Hotel is not in he centre of Seattle but is so near to the streetcar you think you are in the centre

Lovely room great view of lake union.Hotel staff friendly great pool and hot tub.Loved the flat screen t.v.in the room.Across the street nice park close to several restaurants. Parking across the street free on the weekends added bonus.

Close to down town and reasonably priced. Only issue that we had was there was no fan in the bathroom, and therefore the room smelled a little stale on initial entry.

I am a single mom who brought my two little boys for a weekend of fun in Seattle. We booked on Expedia. After I booked the first night, I decided I wanted to stay an additional night. So, I called the hotel to ask to extend my stay about 2 days prior to our arrival. I was told they couldn't do this because I had booked online, so I should go back online […] and book the next night. So, I did. When we checked in, I was told because I had two separate reservations, we would have to MOVE after the first night into another room. With two little ones, this was a pain. I don't understand why they could not let us stay in the same room. I even spoke with the manager- the answer "We can't touch hotels.com reservations. There is nothing we can do." So, rather than move, we LEFT the hotel for the second night and went somewhere else. They were so nasty to us that I wasn't about to spend my money there so we moved up the street to the Residence Inn where we had a lovely second night. WON'T go back. 더 보기

It was hard locating the hotel but the over all stay an buffet breakfast was totally awesome. Looking forward to another visit, plus I had great customer service with an employee Austin, thanks for everything.

Ask for a room with view of Lake Union, got a view of a parking lot..

Unfortunately, there was road construction directly in front of the hotel which made access difficult. The room was adequate but the least attractive of any I've stayed in during my lifetime. It was very dated. The room was very clean, as was the fitness room I utilized. I was extremely unhappy that the restaurant closed on weekends. I would never have […] stayed there if I knew that. The positive aspect was that the trolley to downtown was $2.50 and was only a two block walk to ride. I loved that!. 더 보기

For a Courtyard Marriott the room in this hotel seemed below standard. Not as clean and comfortable as we expected it would be. The area was so-so also. You'd think being on Lake Union in Seattle it would be nice, but the neighborhood really isn't that nice. Have to pay for parking too.

Gorgeous view and very comfortable, good location. Free internet WIFI.

I have stayed in this hotel in the past and it is relaxing. Waterfront views are nice to look over Lake Union. Walk accross the street to many dinning options at all different price levels. Great lineup very close. I have stayed here in the past a few times. Will stay there again.

The Hotel in general was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The biggest problem was accessiblity. Most of the major streets to get to the hotel were closed or blocked and therefore it made it difficult to navigate being from out of town and not knowing the location very well. The lakeview was nice but having rooms facing an apartment building […] and calling that a city view was not exceptable to us. Overall we had a nice stay. 더 보기

My children and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and children friendly. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a nice view on the lake and close to everything. Only drawback was hearing the kids screaming next door. Garage parking is expensive ($20) but you also have the option of parking for free across […] the street. The restaurant had good food even though expensive. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It would be nice to include breakfast in the price though... The swimming pool and spa were favorites for the kids! I would definitely go back there. 더 보기

The hotel was standard in almost all aspects except for 2- the location was great (right next to Lake Union) and workout facilities. Other than that, nothing spectacular...

We had a wonderful romantic weekend and loved every minute of it . We were treated wonderfully from the begining and loved the time we spent there Thank you for giving me what I will concider my second honeymoon.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Seattle Center and all its attractions for both adults and kids. It's a little hard to access now, with construction going on outside, but the gated parking made me feel secure. Desk staff were outstanding and helpful. The only caveat is to buy your food like snacks elsewhere and bring them in. The hotel […] store is very expensive, as is the restaurant in the hotel. Nice pool and hot tub.
