After learning our son could not get a long Christmas weekend off of work, we decided to meet him half way between Minneapolis and central Wisconsin. The hotel experience started with a very kind and upbeat person at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to several restaurants and a movie theater.

Good value for basic hotel room. Easy access to Hwy 94 and mall. Had everything we needed for stay, would stay again. Great value if you don't need a pool but do want comfort and decent breakfast.

There were major spider webs in the light fixture on the ceiling fan and the toilet still had feces in it from a prior guest. ICK.

Great place to stay, Clean, Quite, My only coment is it would be nice to have a protien sorce at breakfast other than milk. Overall very pleased.

Great hotel for a short stay not lasting more than a few days. Right off highway, easy to shopping areas. Free breakfast and wifi.

I, my/ daughter, Son & niece came for a wedding in Eau claire, We came to your hotel because of the proximity to the recepttion. Which was only 3-4 miles from the reception. this really worked out to be an excellent idea. We would recommed your hotel again to any of our friends or relatives.

Front desk associates were not welcoming, nor rude, as it was just a transaction to them. Used to receiving a more friendly welcome, but maybe they were having a bad day. The rooms are pretty big, with a nice two person table, which was nice for me to use as a work station. The furniture is outdated but functional. The bathroom wasn't very clean as […] their was some hair from another guest, and the toilet seemed to leak water. The shower drain must have been plugged as the water drains at a very slow pace. By the time I was done showering, I had water past my ankles. The walls are thin as I could hear a guest's cell phone and you hear every room door when it closes as they kind of slam. I turned on the bathroom fan so it would drown out the noises. Next time I stay here, I will bring a noise machine with me. I would stay here again, but it would not be my 1st choice. The room was clean and comfortable and the person at the front desk was very helpful. The bagels were fresh and I would stay there again at any time.

Very clean.Hotel service was very good . Quiet neighborhood for being right off the interstate. I would definately reccomend this hotel for future stays.

clean motel and friendly staff

we stayed overnight while on the road across country. very comfortable, great price, will stay there again if we're back out that way.

This was a good spot for a quick one night stop over on a short business trip. Easy access to the interstate and clean. No frills, but none were needed.

This hotel was great to stay at. The whole hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Although just off the interstate it was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The staff was very nice, although the first morning the maid was knocking on the door to clean at 7:30. I would definately stay here again.

We arrived to the hotel a little after midnight tired and ready for bed. Check-in took way way way to long. It took almost 10 minutes to check in one of our rooms after he re-put in all our info and credit card stuff. Then atleast 5 to 7 minutes for the next room. I have never stood at a front desk for so long. We ordered a roll away which didnt get […] to our room until after 1am, in which i was woken up by the other room & told i needed to prepay $10 on my card for it. the next morning, i went to pay cash and was informed my card had already been charged, and could not reverse it, so then i asked for a receipt, and was told since i booked it online they could not print off a receipt. the hotel itself was great, very comfortable and quiet rooms, but unfortunately the low level of customer service ruined the entire stay for me and the people i was with. 더 보기
