This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. This time I was in a Jacuzzi equipped room. The room smelled of stale water and mold. Even with the window open for 3 days the smell did not go away. The bathroom fan did not work on arrival, A bedside table was missing from the room. There was only a office chair in the room and no lounge chair for […] the second person to sit down and read a book. or just relax. The queen size bed was shoved close to the desk and desk chair. there was no reason that the bed could not have been shifted further away allowing for a standard room layout that was in the previous room I stayed in. The room looked like the Jacuzzi was installed and the bed was moved closer to the wall without regard to function. I told the hotel about all these Items but was told that nothing was missing and only the fan was fixed while we were there. Very disappointing stay. I will never go back here. 더 보기

Holiday Inn Express is my first choice when travelling. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast is satisfactory. Good value for money paid.

We went down for a Patriots game, but we would go back in a second. It was clean, people were friendly, excellent complimentary breakfast... Overall a good experience!

This hotel never disappoints... friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast.

you can see smile face in the front desk, you will be comfortable in your room...

We picked this hotel to see the Pats play at Gillette and it was great. Close by. Little traffic. Decent rates. Clean enough for me and my son. It really is perfect for what we needed. Would easily recommend for a weekend at Gillette.

Looking foward to staying in more hotels from holiday inn

We can to see the Patriots play; the hotel is just 15 minutes from the stadium. Also close by is a huge mall for my wife & daughter. The pool was well heated. Continental breakfast offered many choices and friendly conversation with the hotel staff. Only draw back was that the room smelled musty. Would stay again.

Beds and pillows are very comfortable, Registration staff are professional. Indoor pool open 6AM and warm. Breakfast tastes good. BUT- Water was leaking through the bathroom vent from an upper floor and when reported to the hotel staff nobody came to check out the problem. I questioned the clerk when I checked out and they only said the maintenance […] staff was not around! We will definately stay there again but not in the same room. 더 보기

The staff was friendly, and we were able to check in early. The room was clean and everything else about our room was great. The only thing that I found that was any problem was that there were only two luggage carts to use. Some guests kept the carts in their room till they needed them and then they were nowhere to be found for hours at a time.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express a few times as my daughter goes to college in the area, we've been very happy! I always get a good night sleep which can't be said for most hotels. It's very clean and reasonably priced:)

I was not able to rent a movie. I called the front desk and they suggested I re-boot but that did not work. I was told nothing could be done because it was the weekend and they had been having problems since "Irene". That was on Sunday the 4th of September, when was Irene again??? At least the week before.

I stay here during hot days when I want to swim in a clean indoor pool. The rooms are ridiculously affordable and a great get away. Unfortunately this hotel has a dichotomy of service. On one hand you have EXCELLENT front desk attendants like Vaneena and housekeeping staff. Then you have rude front desk attendants who I won't name. One rude attendant […] nearly made me want to check out early as she disrespected my active military service on the Fourth of July. Nonetheless, this is my go to hotel. Not happy-booked the room 6 months in advance and it was prepaid. I paid for a room with two queen beds and they gave me one king. That doesn' t work with three teen girls and a mom. I ended up on a cot that they brought in the room and when i went to get a blanket was even more upset cause they didn't have any blankets. Not much sleep!

Just a nice clean hotel to stay at. Typical HIE being a bit newer and clearner than some Holiday Inn hotels.

The room was clean, and that's the most important thing. Amazingly, though, there was no attached restaurant or bar, as advertised on the Web site!

Wouldn't recommend staying for more than one night. When we got there the lady at the desk had given the guy before us the wrong room number and then proceeded to give us the wrong room number. There was also hair on my pillows.

This hotel was wonderful. All workers were very pleasant also. Room was spotless

The room was very nice and clean. The staff very friendly. Location was close to all. Overall would stay again if in the area.

This hotel continues to impress us with its cleanliness, pool, breakfast and courteous staff.

I had the misfortune to have to eat two breakfasts on the stay I did at the hotel. Both days the hot food (eggs) was cold inside the omlet things where they were not heated all the way through. The canned sausage gravy was also barely warm and thick as if it has been sitting there for quite a while. I would not recommend eating breakfast there, as […] in this hotel you do get what you paid for as far as breakfast. The last thing is that the dinning room trash cans are very hard to open so you get other people's food on your hands as you force it open to toss in trash. 더 보기

We have had this experience before in Holiday Inn Express Hotels. The furniture in the room, particularly all the chairs, are quite uncomfortable. Also, the manner in which the TV works is not at all clear. There should be instructions in each room indicating how to turn the TV on and off, as well as a printed guide to the channels available in the […] area. 더 보기

I booked this hotel for 2 nights for my husband and myself because it was supposed to be close to Gillette Stadium and we were attending a Patriots game. The hotel WAS close, however there is another Holiday Inn Exp even closer to the stadium on Route 1. Overall, this hotel was great. Clean, smelled fresh and the staff was friendly and helpful. We even […] went to a local sports bar that the clerk recommended and had a blast there. The continental breakfast served from 5:30-9:30 was... gross. Not that is wasn't hot or fresh, but the food was disgusting. My only complaint about this hotel is the horrible tasting food. The "cheese omelettes" were a weird texture and the cheese was more of a cheese sauce. The "sausage gravy" I'm quite sure had hamburger meat in it, but I could be wrong. Either way, it tasted bad. Stick with the breads and cereals. Even the juice/water machine produced odd flavors. Maybe it's just my palatte, but my husband felt the same way. Anyways, overall an excellent hotel. As usual, Holiday Inn is a well run hotel chain. Room was huge. So was the bed. Everything was nice & clean. Only 10 miles from Patriots Place. Parking was free, I wish I could say the same about the parking at Patriots Place ($40!). I would definately stay here again.

When I checked in I was given a room on the second floor, and I set my wake up call for the next morning. I opened the door to my room and the bed was stripped, and the room was in disarray, including a sweater draped across a chair. Apparently housekeeping was not finished with the room! I went to the front desk and changed rooms, and the manager […] on duty apologized and said he would change my wake up call to my new room. I never received the wake up call. I was disappointed with several things. First, the check-in process was very slow. The bed pillows were very small and uncomfortable. The television was very old and out of date by at least 10 years. Self-serve breakfast is included but ends at 9:30 and by 8:45 they had stopped adding fresh items preferring to let it "run-out"...nothing like 45 minute […] old overheated eggs! I won't go back to this hotel and will be avoiding Holiday Inns from here on out. 더 보기

Will definately book this hotel for any future trips to sports events or concerts.
