Even though the hotel was in the middle of upgrading their rooms, it was not that inconvenient. I was advised of the upgrade upon check-in so I didn't have any surprises when getting into room. I was very disappointed that the hotel listed a pool on the hotel.com website, but when we checked in I was told that the pool was under reconstruction and was closed. This made my family very mad throughout our stay!

It could use upgrades on the plumbing and entertainment.

good location, helpful staff,not luxury-nice clean hotel

My husband and I would have been completely comfortable at this hotel if it weren't for the heater. It blew either cold air or hot. Other then this, we were very satisfied.

Great helpful desk staff. Not the best continental breakfast, we were excited to see French Toast, but it was rock hard.

Nice stay for one night, nothing extraordinary but clean, friendly and with a complimentary breakfast.

We were very satisfied with everything about the hotel. It was clean, very comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast that was included in the price. The location was also very good. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

The hotel was easy to find. Check in was fast and I was prompty waited on. The room was really nice. Two queen beds. The pillows though are something to be desired. I suggest you bring your own or the hotel should switch these pillows out. They are more decorative and useful in my opinion. The bed was too hard for me. My daughter didn't mind it. The […] buffet breakfast ....it was okay. Everything was previously frozen flat circle eggs, circle sausages, toast, dry hash browns, ....coffee was plentiful, juices, fresh fruit and cereal. just stayed 3 nts and had good experience mainly due to upgrade to rm180 due to late checkin and full house, plus free hot bkfast, wifi, USA today, pkg, pool. this rm has 2 qns, kitchenette with dining table,2 sides of windows and is in annex above bfast rm and pool, with only one adj rm (see photo of cathedral ceilinged rm on hotel website). ideal […] for family w 2 rambunctious kids. furniture was a little aged - almost garage sale-like in condition and style - and cleanliness was not up to my germaphobe standards, but considering heavy tourist traffic and hotels.com rate, I wiped everything and lived with it. mass-produced hot bkfast is a plus compared to typical continental bkfast at chains like comfort, super 8, etc - sausages and pancakes one day, bacon and french toast, waffles and western on others - just don't expect a b&b bkfast. in fact, don't expect a hotel, it's more like a motel. numerous touristy restaurants, fast food, grocery and pharmacy nearby. 더 보기

we stayed at the inn for 5 nights. The room was very clean, bed comfortable. Every day we returned to room it was immaculate, housekeepers and other staff were very friendly. This is the best lodging we have had in a long time. Everything was excellent and I feel I do not give that rating very often. We vacationed with our grandchildren and they were happy also. Great Breakfast something for all of us and out grandkids are vegans, Clean rooms, halls and pool. We will be back again.

We have stayed at this Best Western 3 times. All 3 a good experience. Easy drive to Hampton beach. Very good breakfast. Clean. Nice pool. Good neighborhood.

My hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was exelent,I would recomend this particular hotel to anyone. Also the person at the front desk at the time of cheking in was very pleasant and helpful. All in all a good expireance.

I checked in at 11:00pm. I had one request, a 5:00am wake up call, since we had chartered a fishing trip that was to depart at 6:00am from Seabrook . The wake up call never happened! You can imagine how my day went after I woke up at 5:51am . Our overall stay was quite enjoying. the room and service was excellent. the The breakfast was a plus because it was more then we expected and was free.The only down side to the experience was we thought it was closer to the beach. granted it is not that bad of a drive so it would be a pleasant upgrade to the hotels on the water any way. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The photos do not do it justice. The room was very, very clean. The bathroom, although very small, sparkled. The fixtures all new. When I went into the room I thought that I was staying in a smoking room. The room smelled like cig's. I turned on the air conditioner and it help remove the smell. Bed was good, we missed breakfast and wish that it went a little later...But overall it was nice.

I spent one night at this hotel recently while on my way to the University of New Hampshire, which is about 30 minutes away. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to find and there are several options for dining and other needs in close proximity. My only complaint would be that the heat in my room was difficult to regulate […] - it seemed to want to be either on or off without regard to where the thermostat was set. Check in and free coffee. Breakfast buffet was good, pool was nice in the morning but bed was too hard.

Was making a trip from Pennsylvania back to Canada and needed a place to stay in New Hampshire. This hotel was easy to find off the I-95, very comfortable and had a great FULL complimentary breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable, but still had slight smell of cigarette. The staff was very freindly adn hlepful. The bed was not comfortable andf the roo m showed its age- also very small with a small bathroom.

They said they had flat screens in the rooms. we're there to see the Playoffs, when we arrived...No flat screen. The swipe keys didn't work leaving us stranded outside until someone came by to open the doors. There was a Pee Wee Hockey tournament in town which meant kids running through the halls at all hours of the day and night. The rooms were nice […] though, as was the breakfast. The pool was closed the following morning, (Probably due to the screaming Brats from the night before.) I would definitely rate this hotel a 4.5. The room was clean and so nice. The people at the front desk couldn't be sweeter and more helpful. All of our needs were met; very cozy place to stay.

We got a terrific deal on the hotel price and enjoyed a spacious room, small but tasty continental breakfast, and the hot tub and pool. Room was clean, front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. it was great everything i was hoping it would be... going again.

The Best Western was a great stay for a great value. Everything was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

just checked in for one night service was very good ,rooms were clean confortable ,located close to I95,would stay at this hotel again
