Good location just steps away to BTS and a 5 minute walk to MTR. Hotel room is a little small for a 5 star and unlike the other starwood propoerties that I stayed, the 'double' bed is actually a super single. hotel and staff very nice. Location great right inthe middle of the action, great little bar accross the road called "The Black Swan" Only criticism is the bar prices in the hotel were very high, small bottle of beer around £6.00!!

Hotel so far is ok - but 5stars is different! Some small things like a small dead cockroach on the floor, no Ballpen in the room provided. Internet quite expensive extra charge. I know 4 stars Hotels in BKK they are much better, cheaper, free Internet (fast) and clean.

The hotel is well located and overall also well maintained. It is a bit of a hassle the fact that the reception is on the 7th floor. What is not very pleasing is the rigidity of the front desk staff: i had asked for a late check-out, delayed of two hours vs. what they were offering and, despite being an SPG members, they did not agree to that. great location, nice and big lobby, decent room and very nice service. However, personally i see the hotel room needs to be renovated, it seems outdated and not up to other Westin's experience. Overall, it is a nice hotel, and i got a very good rate.

we really loved our stay at the westin - the skytrain and metro is at the door of hotel, and many restaurants, malls and markets are at walking distance. The staff was very friendly, we would definitely stay there again at our next visit.

We just stayed here again recently having stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon 10 years ago when it was the Grand Pacific. It's still great. Very convenient location for the skytrain and airport rail link, friendly, helpful staff, and quite possibly the best hotel breakfast buffet I have ever encountered anywhere. It's a good bit cheaper than a lot of the more tourist-oriented high-end places. We liked it as much as we did on our honeymoon in 2001! Arriving at midnight, it was wonderful to have a friendly helpful staff sweep us to our room. Very comfortable basic room for two of us. Great service! I even got a bouquet and birthday cake from the hotel on my birthday!

HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT ROOM WAS EXCELLENT - HOWEVER DURING MY 3 DAY STAY THE REFREIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING. I WAS SURPRISE THE HOTEL STAFF DO NOT MAKE REGULAR CHECK AND MAINTANANCE OF THE REFREGERATOR. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS 100% EXCELLENT.

I had an excellent time during my stay at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was gorgeous with an extremely comfortable bed. The majority of the staff were helpful and accommodating. The one criticism I have about the hotel is the internet service. On two occasions I couldn't get my computer to access the free wireless […] in the hotel lobby. I inquired at the concierge desk, only to be told they would immediately send up an internet technician to help me. On both occasions I waited 30 minutes, no one arrived, and I had to leave. Good location, good service, hotel is a bit old, the pool is small and the buffet is average for a five star establishment.

This hotel was beautiful. It was close to the train and truly amazing.

The staff was outstanding and helpful in every way. The food was superd, the pool and gym were spotless and staff in both were very helpful. We are looking forward to returning to the Weston in the near future.

部屋自体はバンコクであればもっと安くて快適なホテルがあります。もちろんホテル自体は他の国のWestinと同じグレードで快適ですが、バンコクですとビジネスホテルを広くしたような風に感じてしまいました。バーは非常に満足でした。

出張で初めて宿泊しました。 スタッフの応対やサービス、部屋の質感・清潔さもまずまずといったところでした。 立地からも比較的お勧めのホテルです。 次回も使おうと思っています。

今回が２回目の利用でしたが、スターウッドクラブのフロアーに空きが無く、１０階のスタンダードに宿泊。 部屋の仕様自体は前回宿泊の２３階と変わりませんでしたが、１０階は全体がきわめて古く、エアコンがカビ臭かったです。バスルームも清潔にはしているのでしょうが、２３階のピカピカから比べると数ランク下の評価でしょう。 他の方のレヴューのとおりリノベーションの済んでいない フロアーはどうやらかなり古臭い（実際にも臭い）ようです。　部屋の変更を希望しましたが、スイートも含めて満室とのことでかなわず、残念でした。　（どうやら中国の大手コンピュータ会社と米国の大手ソフトウエア会社の研修と重なっていたみたいです。） ただ、ホテル自体の利便性は良いですし、隣に巨大なショッピングモールが完成していました。ここ […] は地下鉄とも 直結しているので、電車利用の利便性は前回滞在に比べ向上していますので、お勧めです。 今回はジム、サウナ、屋外プールも利用しました。それなり、という感じです。　（ドライサウナの電球が割れて散乱したままだったので、片づけともらいました。） もし、予算に余裕があればスクンヴィット駅をはさんで反対にある、同じグループのホテル、シェラトン・グランデの 方が快適性は高いと思います。　（ウェスチンに空きがなく同僚がこちらに宿泊しました。） また、空港で時間を持て余すような時はゲート付近にあるマッサージ店はお勧めです。市内よりは割高ですが、 リラックスできます。 더 보기

ウェスティン、シェラトンと並んである割には近隣は怪しい、危険な地域のような感じでした。 マッサージから出てくるとかつあげなどもされてて、ヤバイエリアかもと思いました。 でも地下にはスーパーマーケットあるので、お土産買うのには便利です。また繁華街にも電車ですぐに出れるので、楽チンではありました。

喧騒の街、バンコクの中心にあって、その落ち着いた雰囲気は、本当に安らぎます。バンコク滞在は初めてでしたが、次回はもっと長期の滞在をしてみたいと思います。 空港からは各駅停車のシティライナーを利用。ＢＴＳのＡｓｏｋ駅で降りるとホテルは眼の前。　夕方の到着で道路は大渋滞が予想されたので、電車の利用がベストでしょう。　ちなみに駅構内、社内のアナウンスは日本語もありました。 ホテルの食事は、朝食も夕食もブッフェでしたが、タイ料理にあまり慣れていない私にも、美味しく、十分に楽しめました。さすがウェスチンという感じです。 エグゼクティヴ　フロアの宿泊でしたが部屋清潔で、文句のつけどころははりません。高速インターネットも無料。 エグゼクティヴ　ラウンジでのバータイムフリードリンクや 簡単な朝食もとれ […] るサービスがあり。　事前にチェックしていなかったので、スゴク得した感じです。 次回はジムやプールも利用してみたいと思います。 더 보기

ウェスティンはどこで利用しても満足度は非常に高いのですが、インターネットが別料金はちょっと困りました。

トイレのウォッシュレットは必要だと思います。

部屋に入ると大変カビ臭く、タオル類もかなり使い古した感じ、バスタブのタップはこわれてて、持ち上げてみると見るに恐ろしい状態。すべてがかなり古い感じ。間〜毎日ゴルフで部屋はシャワーと寝るだけだけだったけど、タオルの古さと臭いにはちょっと６泊したけど慣れなかった。これでデラックスルームなんて言えないでしょう。やっぱり、サイアムのあたりのホテルの方が、おすすめです。

Second time I stay att this Hotel thats placed in the middle of business and entertainment district of Bangkok. Good location but "expensive" extras such as the minibar or restaurant.
