We were sorry the inside pool wasn't open as advertised. My daughter could not find someone to open the exercise room in the evening or morning. It was well worth the money.

name change to the hotel, overall stay was ok, but if your looking for East Suite you will not find it.

WAS ONCE A NICE HOTEL. VERY ROOMY AND NICE ACCOMODATIONS. NEIGHBORHOOD DECLINING AND FACILITY IS RUN DOWN AND IN DISREPAIR. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. BREAKFAST OK. VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. WOULD PROBABLY NOT GO BACK.

This was ridiculous. Headboard broke, nasty spots on the bed spread....and disgusting large brown spots on the blanket. We had to request for them to be changed. Pillows were for a child...very small. The room smelled. Very dimly lite. The second morning...light bulb out in the bathroom. Again..had to call for that to be fixed. I would never stay there […] again...price (cheap) should not be a factor for a nasty experience in a hotel room. 더 보기

The hotel entrance is a little hidden, if you don't know what your looking for you might miss it. They need to update to signs to match the hotel name.The pool at first looks green, but thats because they painted it green. Very dissatisfied with this hotel. It was dirty, and almost everything was broken. Everything in the fitness center was broken and the hotel staffs' only response was "we can't help it if people break things". The surrounding area is very dirty as well. I do have to say that the inside of the room was very clean and nice. HOWEVER, WE STAYED THREE NIGHT […] AND NEVER RECEIVED MAID SERVICE. This was an adequate place to stay, and the service was nice. It is tucked behind some other businesses, and if you are looking for a view, you will be disappointed, lol! The parking lot was very icy. Breakfast was a bit spartan, to be honest.

The "east suites" is difficut to find if you don't know.you are really looking for the "comfort suites" sign in the building. The first impressing is the strong smell of urine coming from the first floor men's room...just next to the lobby. There was an "out of order" sign on the door. it made me wonder how long it had been like that. Once I got to […] my room, I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were especially nice. The room was perfect for a business traveler with its two desks. The TV reception was horrible, so don't count on hi def. The shower was relatively clean with the exception of the shower head which definetly needed to be cleaned with a brush. There are plenty of restaurants down the street and its close to the interstate. The mini fridge was nice, but my microwave was missing. Not a big problem because the kitchen off the lobby had a microwave oven for public use. Don't expect to be well fed for breakfast. There is very little selection including: sausage patties, hard boiled eggs, mini muffins, apples, milk and cereal and apple juice. The orange juice dispenser has been broken for a long time...but what do you expect for.free? All in all, it was not bad for the money. 더 보기

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was convenient to the interstate. The breakfast was good, there was only an apple left on the fruit stand. The staff was polite.

The hotel was really nice from the hotel staff the pool the room was really nice , and I do not remember her name but the one in charge of the breakfast buffect was great she was always making sure there was item replaced when they where low and she was very helpful and made sure to clean up any mess that might have happened. When our family was looking to book a hotel for our trip to Columbus we were looking for 2 main things. We wanted a nice breakfast and a pool that our children could swim in. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were salty and the waffles were not good either. The main disappointment was when we got our 2 young children and ourselves in our swimsuits […] and took them downstairs to swim during the pool's open swim hours. Much to our surprise the pool was closed. We were told that due to a large group of kids swimming the night before it had to be cleaned. It is my opinion that since the pool does close at 10 pm that should be done then. We were told that the pool would open up again in 3 to 4 hours (after the 12 pm check out time.) the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was okay for the price. I didn't feel real comfortable outside the hotel due to lots of people wandering around. The hotel wasn't too clean--particularly the elevator, stairwells and outside windows. The bathrooms were showing their age; cracks and mold were in appearing in our hotel room.

The room accomodations were great for the money, but if you are staying for the other features then you might think once or twice. The indoor (heated) pool was downright chilly. The included breakfast was a bonus, but if you don't get down at the beginning items run out quickly. I booked through hotels.com, but the hotel also charged me. NOT HAPPY!

Very pleasant stay.

Location good. Room had a funny smell to it....like trying to cover cigarette smoke. Room could have been cleaner. Good breakfast and excellent staff.

Hotel rooms could use some work. The "chain" lock was broken and the door looked like someone had defaced it and it had been painted over in spots.

For the money the room was adequate. I will be staying in Columbus alot more and this will on my list of hotels to stay at.

Good room for the rate. The sofa was way too soft I had to pull my friend 'out' of it because she sank into the cushions. The bed was okay, I liked the complimentary breakfast. The staff were really polite especially Paul.

When we got to our room it had a wierd smell so I called and asked to be moved to another room. They moved us but the new room had the same smell. When we went to the pool the water was cloudy and the paint on the bottom of the pool and on the walls was peeling. It was obvious that the maintence had not been kept up. Finding correct driveway was a little difficult. Sofabed was uncomfortable and small.
