The hotel, though a short 5 min walk from the regular Sprinter bus might as well be on Mars. No sidewalks along Little Rock Blvd connect it or the adjacent Hampton Inn or Courtyard by Marriot. Once you give up on the hotel restaurant staff tells you that on the other side of the overpass there are some restaurants but you'd be run over if you walked […] that way. The interior is drab w an inaccessible check in counter. Carpets though vacuumed aren't clean. The "accessible" room we had violated almost every tenet of accessibility code. The bathroom tiles were visibly dirty and the carpet in our room had tons of long hair on it. Pillows were labeled hard/soft but there was no difference. Though the hotel is under the flight path, the windows weren't insulated...Need we say more? 더 보기

Horrible! 30 minutes to check in. room smelled. room service food was awful and tray was never picked up. Priority cub breakfast was a joke. amenities were minimal. 8:30 shuttle to airport didn't leave until 8:50 when manager drove in absence of driver.

Pictures not showing actual rooms a big negative. Other than that okay.

I booked this room at the last minute because of a flight cancellation. Although I booked a room that did not say "smoking" I ended up in a smoking room because that was all the hotel had left. It was quite smelly. But the hotel staff were quite nice, the on-site restaurant and bar were very convenient, and I was delighted with the offering of ONE Hope […] wines! All in all a good experience. Just wish it was an all nonsmoking hotel. :-) 더 보기

This hotel is very large, and is probably the better one of all the hotels near the Charlotte Airport. It was only a 10 min cab ride to the stadium, which was perfect for us. Great location, but not right in the city. I even stayed in a smoking room, which I did not request, but it didn't smell bad at all. Staff was pleasant as well.

Rooms are in terrible condition and look nothing like the pictures posted (tube tv instead of flat panel, for instance). The furniture in the room seems extremely old and in disrepair. If you can stay at either the Comfort Inn (across the street) or Hampton Inn (next door), I would recommend it because they appear to be in much better condition.

I had an unexpected overnight due to a plane delay, rolled the dice and picked the Holiday Inn. Staff couldn't have been more pleasant and efficient, including the van driver, front desk staff, and restaurant staff. Food was nothing to write home about, but it was fine. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. If I ever get delayed in Charlotte again […] I will stay here. 더 보기

Great hotel. We had a minor problem with the bathroom, but it was handled quickly. I problem would not stay here again because it is a bit further out from the race shops and Charlotte Speedway. However, it is extremely close to the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

Pleasantly surprised at the overall experience of the hotel. The personnel was friendly, outgoing, and very helpful in all areas. Loved the room and choice of pillows and great shower! The hotel was easy to find... easy on and off the main highway.
