We stayed a few years ago and it was not as crowded, I did it for the kids though. The pool was elbow to elbow in April with no unoccupied chairs during our entire 3 day stay. I hope you like whistles because you wil here them every 5 seconds of your trip.The mattress was just as hard as I remembered from our last trip. No comforter and we had lil diaper […] flies in our room. tv remote broken. The staff is very friendly, the hotel didnt look run down - close to locations. I think it's gonna be my choice for a hotel next trip and this won't be the one I do for a 3rd time. Do it for the kids, but not for comfort........ 더 보기

The hotel was nice and we were fortunate to be able to have a suite with 2 kids. It was the most affordable hotel in the area. We didn't get the chance to use the pools but they looked nice and wished to have more time at this hotel. On the down side, the phone didn't work when we called for room service and needed to leave the room for food. It was […] late and the kids were tired and hungry. Also the carpet was really dirty. Not the best but definately not the worst. I would go back but in the future I would not get a room on the ground floor only to avoid the foot traffic and dirty carpet. 더 보기

Wonderful accomodations, however my wife is handicapped and has problem walking and everything was so far from our suite. It was difficult for her. If we had know where room was and activites were would have chosen a closer suite.

Very good my children enjoyed every minute of our time

My overall stay was very good. There were coupler issues with our room. First, we had know wash cloths in room the entire stay. Secondly, one of the twin beds was missing a leg. I choose not to complain because l always take my own towels and wash clothes.

NO AT ALL WHAT IS ADVERTISED. ROOMS ARE EXTREMELY SMALL. HOTEL IS NOT WELL KEPT. EXPECTED BETTER QUALITY THINKING THAT THE "NICKELODEAN FRANCHISE" WAS UP TO PAR WITH DISNEY BUT I GUESS I WAS WRONG. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHATS OFFERED.

Our stay was good, and there were tons of things to do (read - retail opportunities) - but they closed all access to the big pool our last day there, except for one entrance which was the furthest away. Nice hotel, room and fabulous pool. The only complaint being that the pool opened at 9.30am and you had to have checked out by 10am. Good value hotel with regards to staying the night but when it comes to the add-ons it suddenly gets pretty pricey. Breakfast - $15 each when outside round the corner its $5.99

The hotel was nice and my 7 year old son loved it. We had a themed room overlooking the larger pool. The room was fairly clean. The toilet needed a deep cleaning, but overall it was a nice room at a decent rate. The facility is fantastic. The food offerings are typical Disney type- high fat, no health benefits, and very overpriced. Basically you will […] get fatter here. But most people didn't seem to care. We loved the amenities this hotel offered. While the rooms were not great, we didn't stay in the room long enough to care! The pools, mall, and arcade were big hits with my almost 3 year old son. The hotel is minutes away from Disney, which made it very easy to commute to the parks. I do wish they had a shuttle to Magic Kingdom at 8 & 9am. 8am was a […] little too early for us, but 10am was much too late. We ended up driving so we could make it to the park at a decent time. Aside from the resort fee being "sprung" on us at check in, the kids had a fabulous time. The rooms definitely need some TLC, but the staff was very courteous wherever we went.

Good pool, but a bit too crowded

The kids loved it. Everyone had a good time. More than 2 nights is too long. The service was great and the staff were very nice. All the rooms were too small and I can't understand why they can't put a door on the semi-private room. Food was average. Character breakfast has 2-3 times more food choices than the other breakfast.

Both of my boys ages 8&11 are wild about Spongebob do this was the perfect vacation for them. There are character breakfasts, meet and greets in the food court, nightly shows, and 4D movies. All with spongebob themes. The kids also took full advantage of the pool with water slide area. The hotel itself could definitely use a makeover and be prepared […] to pay an additional 25 a night if you want a Dora or Spongbob "theme" room. The Nickelodeon Suites Resort is a great resort for the whole family. Besides the resort, it is close to all the local attractions!!

The Hotel itself was in good working condition when we stayed (4-21-12). We took our children 4+5 for a get-a-way weekend. They loved the hotel, and were super amazed by being surrounded by nick-e-lodean. The down side to this place is the upsale of everything. We stayed in a king suite with 2 children twin beds close to the large pool (faced the parking […] lot which is nice and relatively quite). We dined in the Nick Cafe twice once for dinner and then the character breakfast. The food was ehh.. nothing note worthy for the price, but by no means bad. The Character Breakfast was actually pretty awesome don't forget to make the reservations as soon as you check in. If you can get up and go early without the crowd you can really have a great time interacting with the characters. Now the cons about the hotel - some people think when on vacation their kids are on vacation from decency and common courtesies. Don't stay if you can't stand by and watch poor parenting. I know kids get excited and loose there minds, but you have to be ready for it. Oh, visited the large pool which was well policed with lifeguards, and didn't have any urine smells or cloudy water. The rooms are outdated and need new rugs and furniture. The pool was over crowded with garbage laying all around. Yes guests would leave their dirt cups and plates on the ground but as staff walked by, no one would pick it up. Parents drinking and smoking around the pool area and kids.

I am a single dad of three a 7 yr old boy, 3yr old boy, and 9 month old lil girl. Room was great boys loved the bunkbeds and crib was already there when I got there. Food was good. Waterpark awesome, 4D movies was a new experience as well. the best part was the service wouldnt even let me carry a tray since I had the kids they did it when eating. the worst expierence of my life. Nothing is included and everything is extra. They even charge you for the usage of the pool. The charge for bus service even if you have a car or charge you for parking.

We pre-paid a luxury hotel rate per night. At check-in, we were told that we had to pay additional money to get a room with a character theme and be near the pool. We didn't buy the "upgrade" and got a room like any other hotel towards the back end of the hotel. After check-in, they steered us directly to the guest services desk where the staff tried […] to sell a timeshare presentation for property credit or universal coupons. When we got to the room, the TV's did not work properly. And to top it off, the slime was no longer "slimy" but just green colored water. Save your money and stay elsewhere. 더 보기

We booked a room in this hotel the day before we arrived online. It was supposed to be a surprise on my son's 13th birthday. What a dissappointment. First of all we have 3 kids, 6, 13, and 18. So they put us in a2 bedroom suite King bed in one and bunkbeds in the other. Not cool. My 18 year old had to sleep on the couch which is actually the size of […] a loveseat and awkwardly shaped. Then the bunkbeds are only half the size of twin beds so it was like sleeping in toddler beds! The pillows were soooooo mushy that you had to sleep with at least 2 to get any kind of support. There were NO decorations on the walls or anywhere in our room to indicate that we were at a Nickelodeon hotel. Even the room keys were plain white & no pics on them. (our kids like to keep the room keys as soueveniers) I mean you would think a picture here or there of Spongebob or Diego or something on the walls or bedspreads but they were totally blank! Not even any other pictures as well, just plain walls! Then you go inside what they call a mini mall where there is an outrageously priced food court and about 3-4 activities going on like face paint, 4-D movie (13.00/ child), and the slime show which happens like a couple times a day or something also priced per person. Then they have a tiny arcade which allows you to play games after you purchase a game card that you have to put money on and it is not the traditional 25 or 50 cents per game. Not to mention if you end up with like points under 15 on your card then you can't play anymore games because they all cost more than that so you just threw some money away! Also at 8 oclock in the morning they turned on some very loud music coming from the pool area which our room was right in front of even though no one was out there that early. I was afraid after reading all the bad trip advisor reviews but it turned out great. We spent 3 nights in the one bed room king sweet. This room included a desperate king bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds for the kids that didn't have a door. This can pose a problem if u wake up before your kids cause its hard to keep quiet. There is a microwave […] and mini fridge and coffee maker as well as a small sink area to do clean up. This is nicer than hotels that just have the fridge and microwave since it allows for clean up outside the bathroom but not as nice as a full suites type hotel like embassy suites since this area is small and doesn't have any dishes. There is a small table but only 2 chairs so the other 2 folks have to eat on the couch. The hotel has character breakfasts everyday but they cost around $20 per person so we never par took in it. They also have a regular buffet type restaurant and a subway and UNOs. We opted instead to eat cereal in our room and go off site to eat. The water park is great, the kids really enjoyed it. But it was crowded and my kids were over it by the 3rd day. They are 8 and 10. The hotel does charge a $25 a day resort fee that won't be included in the room rate you see on line. Don't pay the $20 day upgrade for a room that basically has a mural. Also they offer a $100 package when you check in for 4 wrist bands to unlimited 4d movies a 4 unlimited soda cups. We instead bought a 12 pack from the grocery store and bought the unlimited 4d wrist bands at the movie theater for about $13 each. The movies were awesome and the kids went every day several times so they are worth it. We entered to be part of the Nick entertainment and got selected, the kids loved it,. I think since they have 4 showings every night and select 8 families and they require the kids be 8 and older, you have a pretty good chance of getting picked. A lot of folks complained about the bed but we have a firm one at home so I found it comfortable. The staff was friendl 더 보기

Great hotel - if your kids love Nickelodeon, they will LOVE this hotel. Fun atmosphere, lots to do! Definitely recommend!

The hotel sofa was dirty , No comforters were on the beds, the mattresses were hard , the pool closed early !!!! 2 peices of soap for a family of five , when we arrived in the room !!! Don't be fooled by the pictures on The Internet !!!! Very Misleading!!!!!

great hotel if you have kids - a must stay- perfect location great pools -great beds in the master bedroom-hours of entertainment-bring your goldcard..

Only bad part about trip was that we requested early check-in at 2pm and they said it was ok.. Traffic was bad on the trip down and we didn't get there until 4pm. When we arrived at 4pm, they did not have any of the rooms ready until 6pm.. They did not try to compensate us or anything...

The NICK Hotel is a gold mine for children. Mine are 2 and 3 years old. They watch NickJr and enjoyed seeing the characters. The grounds were well kept and the room was clean. The bathroom was in need of major renovations. The service was just OK. The key kept malfunctioning. They were slow to respond to issues. For kids, its great! For adults, it needs […] some upgrades... Overall, we had a great time and it is highly recommended to families with small and mid aged children. 더 보기

We picked the hotel because of the water park and proximity to Disney, at a reasonable price. The water park and food court were great. The suite was nicely laid out, but the second room didn't have a door. We picked the premium kid suite with bunk beds, but the bunk beds were not comfortable - a very thin mattress on a board, so we requested a move […] to a room with twin beds which were comfortable. The front desk was always cheerful and immediate about making changes requested. We also requested the quieter Oasis pool buildings when we checked in, only to find that we'd paid extra for the louder Lagoon pool buildings. We still went to the Oasis - it is much quieter - but still noisy. The bellman was terrific - smart, helpful, and friendly. The maids were questionable. The first two nights they took all the towels and left no replacements. Which is rough when you return late at night wanting to shower. We had to call twice and got the same answer, that we had to request towels... One day they didn't clean the room at all. When they did clean, they were friendly and helpful. The shuttle only ran about five times in the morning and in the evening, so we often used a cab - which we wanted to. We found that calling the Mears Taxi ourselves was efficient and less costly, than calling the front desk to page their own limos. We got what we expected at a good price at short notice. I was very pleased with this hotel. It was a good location for everything. Great for the kids and they loved it. I would stay again.
