A very large room . The elevator was old and slow. Overall enjoyed our stay

First time I ever tripped a circuit breaker in a hotel then they could not give me power back so I had to go down the hall to get ready. Made for a hectic, rushed morning. We were just staying here on our way elsewhere. The hotel was a little difficult to reach but we made it OK. Everything was very pleasant and suited our needs.

I thought this was well worth the money. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was just okay but good if you are in a hurry in the morning. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Louisville.

Very clean. A little hard to find but once located it was very central to what we wanted.

Everyone was very nice. Someone previously had smoked in our room and wasn't supposed to but they quickly fixed it!

Average hotel. I had noticed that sometime in the past, someone had tried to break in our room by pry marks made in the door. It had been painted over so it must have happenend a while ago; still a little freaky. Staff seemed nice.

We arrived around 8:30 pm, my 11 yr old son & I came to check in. The desk lady was very nice, but we were all pretty offended by the guy sitting in the lobby talking to his woman on the phone, saying F this and F that !!! basically carrying on a very private adult conversation for the entire place to hear, but thats not really the hotels fault. The […] hallways smelled funny, but oUr roon was VERY nice !! I would not have been to happy w/the contractors doing the remodeling, they did sloppy work, but the lay out of the room, size & cost made it all better. We ordered pizza from this place & it was the BEST pizza we ever had !! I think it was Peppino's or something that started w/a P & I remember that the owners were from NJ. The pool was nice, the hot tub was REALLY hot, but both a little out dated, but they did the job. The breakfast Buffet was very good, eggs, meat, waffles, potaoes, biscuts & gravy you name it. Friendly and clean but rooms were very hot. Pool area very nice and clean. Air conditioner turned off every 30 minutes no matter what the temp setting was placed on. Breakfast was average (not a buffet) and understaffed, so there was a long wait and little variety to pick from.

Very comfortable bed and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms and hallways were quite stuffy, however. Our floor must have been an old smoking floor and could have used some new carpet and a window. All of the air felt rather pre-breathed. Other than that, we had quite a pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. However, The buffet breakfast all items were cold and filled too full with food . The lids were all open and staff should of checked the warmth of the food.. It would of worked if staff would check and stir and replace food.

The hotel met all of our needs. The room worked well for us. The staff was very helpful and the manager made it a point to make sure our stay was everything we expected. We would definitely come back when we revisit the city.

Check In was a breeze. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean, and very very spacious. The pool was small, but well kept and clean. Hotel was located in a nice area and close to restaurants & shopping. Located about 15 minutes from Churchill Downs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel front desk was very helpful and nice, but the room itself was not clean. We had to move from first room (due to bm, hair and other unrecognized fluids). Knowing this was not front desk fault, I went down to tell them the state of bathroom, they moved us immediately. And thanked me for not yelling at them. Our second room was ok, at least the […] bathroom was cleaner but it was evident the carpets needed vacuuming better but we felt it was clean enough. The hotel needs better cleaning staff and a bit more updating, we did stay and our bill was VERY reasonable (I believe he cut our price for our unconvince) which was very kind, he had not told me he was doing this so it was a surprise when we got our bill. 더 보기

I can't believe what a wonderful experience I had staying at the Best Western of Louisville off Bunsen Way. I couldn't believe what a comfortable bed and pillows that was provided. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast bar was great. I would recommend this establishment !!

We were in town for a doctor's appt. at the University fo Louisville and the day we were to return home there were severe storms in the area so we decided to stay an additional night. On the morning we were to check out I woke with a terrible migraine and was unable to return home. The room we were in was reserved for the next night but the staff and […] management went out of their way to arrange things so that we could stay that night and not have to change rooms. I was so impressed with the caring and helpful staff and the overall comfort of the motel. We will be staying here everytime we have to come to Louisville. 더 보기

A nice hotel at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again. Be sure to ask if you want a fridge or microwave in your room.

Great hotel. Rooms were large and quiet. A little hard to find but a great place to stay. Breakfast was outstanding and personnel were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again when we are heading south .

Great place to stay quiet and comfortable. Excellent service. My only issue was the young lady in the breakfast area was not very pleasant but she was swamped with people. She could have used a little help.

We found the hotel in a great location. The staff was very caring of our needs, comfort of room, and security during bad weather in Louisville. We can not say enough about the hotel staff !!

We only needed a "quick" overnight stay as we were continuing a long road trip the following day. We were very pleased with our hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

We stayed at this hotel last weekend for a mini family reunion and booked two rooms. Because we made our reservation online and the rooms were under two different names, the hotel booked the rooms on different floors. This was very upsetting to us because we had requested adjoining rooms. Their hotel did not have any adjoining rooms, which hotels.com […] did not specify. However, Tonya at Best Western worked hard to get our rooms close together. She was able to place us in rooms right next door to each other. Thanks to Tonya's efforts our stay was very pleasant. Tonya recommended calling the hotel directly anytime we make reservations online to ensure the hotel can accommodate our requests. We had not thought to do that this time but will definitely do so in the future. Our stay at Best Western was pleasant and we'd have no qualms about staying there again. The rooms were clean and well kept. A breakfast bar was provided, which was nice. Our family also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. 더 보기

We were listening to a band in the area and wanted a place closeby to stay afterwards. Only there for one night, but room was nice, clean and bed was very comfortable. Free full breakfast buffet was a big bonus!! Very happy with our choice.

I walked into the restaurant at 9am and had to wait for service. My waitress put her knee in the booth while taking my order, brought my food, never returned for a refill of coffee and disappeared after dropping the plate. Booked the flight off I-65 and called hotels.com and asked for a hotel near the highway, it was 17 miles away. Not the hotels fault […] but it was tucked behind a business complex and we would never have found it if we didn't have a garmin. 더 보기

When we checked in the lobby was clean and nice. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. When we got up to our room we were pleasantly surprised at how large our suite was and the cleanliness of the room. I had read other reviews and was a bit nervous, but I must say it was nothing like the "bad" reviews. Overall the whole hotel […] was very clean, the pool and hot tub were also clean. we travel to ky alot and this is the best quality hotel we have stayed at the olny one better was twice the price at holiday inn express

no internet service and situation not resolved-no air conditioning in fitness center-no ice-no soda in vending machine-one side of beds sloped down-would have left had I not been so tired from traveling

Hotel room was old. The tvs were old and the reception was so bad on some channels you couldn't see anything. The AC was very poor. Stayed hot the whole time.

The room was fine, no complaints. I liked the big pillows. Convenient to a lot of shopping. The restaurant needs a lot of improvements. Breakfast was served by teenagers that did not know how to cook. Lunch and dinner was fine but the service was not that great. Swimming pool was very small compared to the picture. Cet hotel n'est même pas un Sheraton, c'est un best western en fin de vie. Et bien trop cher pour ce que c'est!!!!! Lamentable.
