Custom service is very good. The hotel is a little bit old, but maintained well. People are nice there. Breakfast is good. They have 24hour complimentrial coffee although I never tried there.

Hotel was very close to the park and nearby attractions. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, even recommending restaurants and shopping in the area.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds with great linens.

tthe room temperature was way too warm which made it hard to sleep. Pool noise also to loud.

We stayed (a group of 9 split into two suites) on Christmas day. Despite the entire area being closed for the holiday, we had a fantastic stay. We ate from the choices in the lobby store and had a delightful breakfast the next day.

This Hampton Inn is located near downtown Hershey. We went to the Rascal Flatts concert at the Giant Center. We stayed in one of the King Suites and it was very nice. I have already recommended it to friends. The breakfast was far better than some other hotel chains we have stayed at.

Once we found the hotel we were very pleased. everything was clean and nice, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous!

We stayed here for the first time and was extremely satisfied . The accomodations were wondeful. Our room was ready by 2:00 which gave us time to eat at the Hershey Pantry that was recomended by the staff. Food was great. Hotel was very clean,our king suite was very large but cozy,the staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to Arena for hockey,outlets,lots […] of restaurants,Hollywood Casino, and the great Hershey Park. The Christmas lights were beautiful. Can't wait to come back. We were happy with the hotel and very happy it allows pets. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was above average. The omly problem we had was when I asked the MANAGER for any Chinese restaurants he told me there weren't any. This was Christmas day and we knew the only restaurants open would be Chinese restaurants. He even gave us a list of restaurants […] and none were Chinese restaurants. Using my cell phone I found 18 Chinese restaurants within 6 miles. Every restaurant on the list was closed. If not for my cell phone we wouldn't have had Christmas dinner. Also the pool was rather chilly and windows allowed people wandering outside to watch us swim. Curtains at night would have been nice. 더 보기

Pool was fun for the kids. If you have gluten-free dietary concerns, you should plan not to eat the morning breakfast buffet. Could have easily had GF options with a Rice- or corn-based cereal & sausage. The hot chocolate should have been Hershey cocoa style. Despite these food concerns, this is a good place for families.

Stayed at this hotel because of location to wedding. Pleasant stay and nice rooms and environment. The breakfast spread was also very good. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing was that Hershey is under a lot of construction so traffic was slowed but that had nothing to […] do with the itself. The hotel really worked for our trip to Hershey. The hotel was close to Hershey Park and it made it really easy. The cost was a little much but our trip was well.

The location was perfect, but the room was not clean. It smelled like mold. Woke up with dew on me from the AC. If the price was lower, I could accept it. When we got there, they gave us keys to another occupied room. How embarrassing! Breakfast was good, but they kept running out of coffee. Sorry Hampton Inn, it just wasn't a good room. Overall, the hotel accommodations were fine. My only complaint is that the photos on the website are very misleading. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa. I was expecting a suite, since that is what is shown on the website. The room was very small for the two beds and the fold out sofa. very convenient to Hershey Park. I would definetly stay here again. As always clean comfortable and the breakfast is great especially for families.

We were very satisfied with the Hampton Inn. The room was comfortable, microwave and refrigerator is a plus. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was great. The only thing i saw that was not taken care of was the plants in the lobby, they really needed water. Overall we had a nice time and would use this Hampton Inn again.

For our stay at Hershey, this was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Suite is plenty of room for a family of 4 for a weekend. Proximity to Hershey Park is perfect, and surrounding areas are easy enough to navigate. Only downside was the amount of chlorine in the pool -- after 30 minutes in the pool/sauna area everyone was coughing and eyes were burning to the point of having to leave.

The hotel was very nice Staff was extremely polite Breakfast had a variety each day Only down was only 1 restaurant in walking distance and it was only open part of the day and was closed for 2 days over the holiday weekend.

Our family was traveling for a basketball tourney. This hotel was convenient and mostly comfortable. The foyer was open and clean and the courtyard was very inviting with warm weather. My only two criticisms were that this hotel allows pets so there is a chance that there will be a "pet odor" in some rooms, as there was in ours. It was not overwhelming, […] but you could tell it was there. Secondly, the room was not well-lit. It could use a couple more lights and/or stronger bulbs. Overall, for convenience to where we needed to go and Hershey attractions, I would recommend it. Also, restaurant next door (no liquor license) was enjoyed by some other people in our group. Clean, great breakfast and the staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to make you happy.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey is a great place to stay due to its location and close proximity to all of the tourist attractions. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.

The service at this hotel was excellent. There is no reason to pay the high price at the Hershey hotel. Stay here. We were there in winter so it was too cold to walk everywhere. Our only issue was there is one cab for the whole area (not a problem of the hotel). However the girl at the front desk went out of her way to help us find transportation. Nice hotel and it is obvious that the staff takes pride in the room & property's appearance. Moreover, without a doubt this hotel had the friendliest staff that I have come accross in a long time.

I requested a non-smoking room. The room smelled like smoke upon entering. I thought maybe it was just left over odor from before it had been converted to non-smoking. Up until midnight there was a fresh cigarette smell. I thought someone was smoking in the next room or right beside me. I awoke at 5:58 AM to the smell of cigarette smoke. We had a lovely stay in Hershey, PA while staying at the Hampton Inn. Location is perfect for visiting Hershey Park. The hotel is clean and roomy with a nice open lobby area for their complimentary breakfast and internet use. Breakfast included a range of food from make-your own waffles to cold cereal and fresh fruit. There was always a supply of coffee […] and hot water for tea or cocoa. We are a family of 3 and prefer to have a suite when traveling, that way our child can go to bed when we want to stay up but this hotel only offered suite rooms with single King size beds. We would have preferred one with 2 double/Queen. We all enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We ate dinner next-door at the Hershey Pantry. Their meals were generous and innovative. Very nice trip - would stay at the Hampton Inn again. 더 보기
