Good for a week's stay, but for a one - nighter you could find more comfort for the price. Mattress needed to be replaced. Dust on the bedstead and tv stand. Breakfast required a walk across the windy parking lot. Desk help friendly, but minimal housekeeping services.

Either the walls are a little thin or the man next to us was really loud. He was on the phone for about 30 minutes and it was loud enough to be a slight annoyance. Other than that it was a restful night.

My room was a small suite, with a desk, couch, widescreen TV, and full kitchen. It was so comfortable! Everything was very clean and nicely maintained. The shower was great (one of the things that makes a difference to me in a hotel room.) For the same price as a bare room elsewhere, I got this nice suite! Recommended!

We really enjoyed it and would definately stay there again. Next time wwe are in the area we will probably return.

I expect Marriott properties to be better than average. This one was only average, at best. The room did not smell fresh. The TV, although a flat panel, was poorly positioned on a table next to the bed. The room was clean, but not outstanding. Excellent location near Gardens Of the Gods, with many restaurants conveniently located.

What a pleasure it was to stay at your hotel. Very clean, quiet accommodations. I was in town to run the Pikes Peak marathon and your place was a hop, skip and a jump to the start line in Manitou Springs. I had a great view of Pikes Peak from my window. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back so I can stay there again!

This was a great, friendly place, very clean, good neighborhood, nice pool, breakfast was OK, nothing special - at least they had fresh muffins, instead of the usual dried out ones. We enjoyed our stay Would stay here again. Kinda of small (sq. ft. wise) and would of really enjoyed a second bathroom. The entire staff at this hotel were exceptionally outstanding. They were professional, friendly and very attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond. I would recommend the hotel based on the wonderful staff!

Chose this hotel because it was one of the few places in the area I could find that offered 2-bedroom family suites (wanted a seperately bedroom for my daughter). Has a decent location, near many places to eat + grocery store, not too far from main highway, but a little difficult to find at night with the main entrance, in the back not on the main road. […] The two bedroom family suite is fairly spacious and well equipped. Everything is fairly new so doesn't show signs of wear. The room floor plans and pictures didn't match the images on the TownPlace suite web site, but it was still ok. Continental breakfast is pretty weak. Went to nearby starbucks instead. Had difficulty getting my iPhone 4 to connect to the free WiFi due to their required log-in code and process. 더 보기

I LOVE this place. Pleasant decor, very comfortable bed, attentive staff, convenient location.

Very convenient to tourist locations, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Had free breakfast in the morning and cookies in the evening in the lobby.

This was a great place to stay. The staff were very curtious. The hotel was quiet, clean and secure! Easy and quick commute to the Broadmoor for the conference that I was attending. Great location to all the sights and into the Colorado Springs and Manitou. Room was wonderful and great for an extended stay. Quiet and the staff was terrific. Stay here. You won't regret it.

We had last minute plans to stay overnight and chose this hotel. It was a great choice. The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean. Our room was quite and comfortable. It was a fair price, overall a great experience.

This Hotel is not close to the freeway, which is why I rated a 3 on convience of hotel location. But, besides the distance from the freeway, our other problem with location was created because our car was vandalized in the parking lot with the rear window smashed out. Nice staff, clean room, and hotel was in a good location for shopping and fast food was close by. Overall our 2 night stay was good, but the walls are very thin. We had noisy neighbors above and beside us. Luckily they turned in early. They just started serving breakfast a few weeks ago, cold cereal, etc. - nothing cooked. Very noisy. We could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms and above our room. Room was very small and compact. No room to put luggage, no luggage racks. No "do not distub" signs.

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, close to grocery shopping to stock kitchen for a great cost-efficient stay! Continental breakfast with bagels, english muffins, few cereals, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt! Milk, OJ, Coffee and Teas too!!

I traveled on business but also took some time to see the sights. This hotel is close to plenty of activities not to mention the beautiful view of Pikes Peak just outside the entrence. The staff was cordial and everything was taken care of efficiently. I enjoyed the fact that there was a small yet decent kitchen available and the maid service was excellent. […] Any need I did have was quickly taken care of. I needed a place to sleep during a two day trip to Colo. Springs. I had stayed at other Marriott locations and this site did not disappoint me. It was clean and quiet. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful. It is located within a mile of HWY 25; near the Garden of the Gods, USAFA, downtown COS. There are coffee shops, a grocery store, office […] supply, express shipping, fast food, restaurants, gas stations within a 1/4 mile. If you want fancy, go elsewhere; it is not a resort. It is suitable for temporary living: furnished kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, internet, Pool, laundry, safe neighborhood. I would stay there again. We were very lucky to find this place. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The 24 coffee in the lobby was a nice bonus. The location was ideal. The hotel is not far from places to eat and near a main highway. Again, we were very lucky to find such a well kept place.

All associates were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and stocked upon arrival. Room was right above the pool and temperature was nice. The staff was good with directions to tourist sites and suggestions on where to eat. Laundry facilites were clean and pretty cheap. Lobby computer was fast and they had lemonade and cookies in the afternoon. I […] would have liked the housekeeping to be more thorough each day(cleaning toilets, restocking coffee and towels, etc.) We stayed for 6 nights and slept well every night. 더 보기

Our stay was for an overnight rest from air travel on our way to our final destination. Sleep was interrupted by someone who had locked herself out of her room. She was extremely disoriented and probably was suffering from some form of dementia. There was some sort of alarm button outside of the room that set off the fire alarm in our room that she […] pushed. Perhaps it was because of the "handicap" room designation. Motel may want to investigate caps/ or covers to prevent unnecessary use. Kids could pull pretty good pranks with this feature. My wife was gracious and "awake" enough to help her as she was in her night clothes. She also needed to use our bathroom. (This is why we think she confused our door once she left her own room). The front desk was helpful in resolving the issue. I fell back asleep fairly quickly but my wife's was quite a bit longer to return to sleep. 더 보기

The room was very nice. Had free internet access and 32' Flat screen. The stove wasn't the best, burners didn't seem to fit the stove properly. The hotel was in a convenient location to Garden of the Gods and the Springs in general. It was a little noisy occasionally with people walking about above of the second floor. an excellent stay - would highly reccomend to anyone.

This is a great place to stay. The view outside is breathtaking. The room was spacious and clean and well stocked with dishes, extra linen, toiletries. The bed was average. Snacks and microwavable meals were available for purchase. Our room had a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.

We so enjoyed our stay here. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Even the maintenance man help us with directions and let us know a few things about our travel to Pikes Peak. Maid service was great and they were very friendly. Always greeting us as we walked pass. We spent the week there and just so enjoyed knowing we were coming back to a safe, cleaned […] and very friendly place. Plus, they made fresh cookies in the afternoon! Small but clean and safe in an industrial / business neighborhood. It was fairly quiet in the surrounding area for a weekend stay, but the hotel looked very busy. Room was laid out very well with a full kitchen, sitting area, and queen bed. Had a huge closet and large desk with shelves for storage.
