This hotel is very convenient if you are staying one night. It's Right off I4 and easy to get to. We checked in without a problem but when we got to our room, one of the bed's sheets smelled awful - like someone had been smoking in the sheets, but worse. I called the front desk and they told me they didn't have housekeeping but she would give me new […] sheets. What?! I'm on vacation, I'm not changing sheets mysf. I asked if she could give us a different room and she said no, she could give us new sheets. She was apologetic about it, but I just didn't feel it was my place to have to change sheets. She eventually moved us to a new room but not without some hassle. This hotel is on need of some updating and it's cleanliness and customer service leave a little to be desired, but overall for one night, it was ok. 더 보기

Didn't like the smell of Cigarrete at the time to walk in the Room,it was incomfort smell.Bathroom didn't have a place to put anything,just the sink no couter top.Respecting att. very good,and Breakfast very good.

Daily breakfast was ok. Hotel is clean and located close to everything, but our beds were uncomfortable. Not sure if this is the case in every room.

Rooms smell horrible because they are leaking from the ceiling. The elvators are slow and noisy.There is not enough room for breakfast; small plastic and cheap dishes and silverwear. We absolutly don't recommend this hotel for any family.

Great location - once you find it. It sits just off International Drive and is easily accessed from Lake Sands Drive. Few motels would have easier access to I-4. It is an older motel in need of a face lift, but it was clean. The linens were not top quality, more in the OK category. Pillows were nice. The Hotel was conveniently located around many restaurants and the Convention Center. I was dissapointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. I would suggest to charge alittle more but have the rooms smelling fresh and clean like home.

There were bedbugs. My wife was bitten more than one hundred times. In addition, there was no apology and no compensation.

Hotel is not new, but it´s in very good conditions. Staff is very good and friendly. Location could not be better if you into orlando atractions.

We stayed one night for just a place to sleep. The room was fine except for the smell. The smell was bad and throughout the whole floor. It smelled like mold and dog. The rate was good, but would not recommend to anyone looking for a long stay. Also the breakfast in the morning was crazy. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great and the price was right. A lot of great places to eat very close by and close to Seaworld. Would stay there again.

This was the nicest, cleanest hotel I've seen in a long time. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the hot breaksfast was a definite olus. The hotel had nice staff and is close to everything-1 block from the Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum and tons of restaurants and shopping venues, amusement parks, etc.

we went to Orlando the passed Christmas. There are two comfort inns very close to each other, and we regret to choose this one. It is hard to find, and much smaller than another one. And it is more expensive, with old equipment and smelly bed sheets....

It is quite a good hotel, but elevator is old and has some problem. (weird noise and stopped short period. It is a kind of roller coaster ride)

Excellent location , very clean , very friendly staff .. Great experience , and close to sea world and universal definitely a great place to stay.

The hotel was fine, the room and beds comfortable, everything was clean and the service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and plentiful although it was hard to find a table in the mornings because of all the people that were there. Maybe it was because of Thanksgiving weekend. Location is great , near sea world and universal , great customer service , all employees were very polite. Room was clean, it was great.

very convenient location. close to pretty much everything. pool was not too big but wasn't there for the pool. easy to miss but all that you need is a watchful eye. beds were nice. friends enjoyed stay as well. great stay, would recommend.

The room felt pretty clean. The staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was great. They had eggs, sausage, waffles, and more. Can't complain for the price. Flat screen TV was a plus!

Only being there for 2 nights we really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, no bugs, and a/c worked great. will stay there again next visit to Orlando. Staff very friendly.

This hotel was very difficult to find. It's located behind a shopping center with no sign on International to tell you where it is. My GPS kept telling me I had arrived at my destination but it took me repeatedly driving the stretch of International (not the easiest thing to do in 5 o'clock traffic to finally spot it behind the shopping center. very nice but needs to be more clean but good for the price!!

It is Older.. But very near to the main streets, restaurants , shopping, Orlando streets. Breakfast is Okay.

We have stayed at several comfort inns and this has been the best one over all. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed, almost felt like home. I am asthmatic and was glad to have a real smokless room.many attractions and restaurants are walking distance, great variety. We were there on business and left very satisfied. The hotel was nice and clean, room had a fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Breakfast was cereals, breads, muffins, juice, egg and waffles. Rooms have safe that does not work yet they charge for it ! Cable tv had HBO. WIFI and wired internet access in rooms did not work for the entire stay. Courtesy internet access terminals […] were always crowded. There is a outside pool and coin operated laundry and vending machines which we did not use. Overall stay was nice and if internet access is fixed I will stay again. 더 보기

The staff of this hotel is amazing. They are the nicest, hardest working staff I have come across in all my travels. The front desk staff especially. The breakfast started after a lot fo the convention goers needed to leave in the morning. Bad idea, that means the majority of people in the hotel DON'T get breakfast from you. I checked in late at night […] and they said there was no WiFi and they 'hoped' it would be up in the morning. It wasn't. During my 2 nite-3 day stay, there was never WiFi and they had no in-room availability for internet. This is 2011. Fix it. Your hotel is not a tourist based market. It is economy and had very little families in it. Mostly filled with business travelers. Get good internet. 더 보기

I'm very satisfied with the service in this hotel. The check-in process was easy and the breakfast good. The room was comfortable and with all the equipment necessary to have a pleasant stay. For the price this hotel was quite nice. The rooms were comfortable and large enough to handle what we needed. The bathroom had a large sink, vanity area to accomodate many toiletries, cosmetics, etc. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel is close to many restaurants with a variety of cusisine. The hotel does sit back off the road […] and can be missed if you are not paying attention. The breakfast is the typical for this kind of hotel, but nicely presented and certainly enough to give you a good start on the day. We would come to this hotel again. 더 보기

I would not recommend staying here. The hotel has a bad smell throughout and the carpet was dirty. Furniture in the room was old and in poor condition. Better value elsewhere on International Drive.

The hotel was great! I took a group of teenagers from our youth group for a conference in Orlando, and we stayed here part of the time. The rooms were large, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast each morning was very nice. The first part of our stay was at another hotel by the convention center--we paid twice as much for the room and preferred the […] Comfort Inn's size and quality at less than half the price! I needed a last minute, fairly inexpensive hotel (2 rooms) in the Sea World vicinity. I didn't need a lot of amenities as we would jut be sleeping there after a late night at the park and then leaving first thing in the morning. This hotel fit the bill. Very convenient to Sea World - just a couple of miles down International Drive. The breakfast is […] the usual - muffins, cereal, etc. plus make your own waffles. Certainly fine, though not fancy. Computer in the lobby for printing out boarding passes, directions, etc, was not printing properly so the staff immediately offered to print what I needed in the office. This hotel was across the street from the convention site where I needed to attend, had better convenience that the convention site, and was cheaper than the convention site.

The name says it all. The hotel wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. It was clean & affordable, the rooms were quiet and the staff was pleasant. However, nothing "wowed" me at all. If you are on business and by yourself, this is probably the place for you. But, if you are vacationing with your family, you might want to consider a higher-end hotel.
