Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable.

I come to Springfield once a month and USED TO stay here, bug not anymore. This week I stayed there at the same time as a marge group of teenagers who were conveniently located in the rooms right next to mine. They arrived after 10 pm and were running up and down the hall, yelling and screaming and slamming doors, for at least 2 hours. I complained […] to the front desk, but it made no difference. Then I was woken up starting at 5 am as the same kids started knocking on my door after having apparently confused the room numbers each other were staying in. This all in addition to my room smelling bad from a previous smoker, horrible water pressure, and staff that were generally unconcerned about my stay. I wont be staying here anymore. 더 보기

Very satisfied with this hotel, was really looking forward to listed jetted tub, but not in room. Other than that all was A-ok!!

Not the best experience I have ever had!! Their were adjoining rooms and I could hear "EVERYTHING" they did in their room. Hot tub wasn't working and they let you find that out on your own!

Comfortable rooms, great hospitality and service. Close to everything! And, to top it off ... a great continental breakfast ... lots of breakfast items to choose from ... even sausage, egg, and waffles!

The Hotel In springfield Mo. was close to where we wanted to be, but the room was filthy My granddaughters feet were black from walking on the carpet barefoot. we had to end up laying down towels so we could walk on the nasty floor. The manager seemed will we choose your hotel, or recommend it to anyone.....

The hotel was satisfactory for a short stay but nothing to write home about.

The access to the hotel is challenging, If I had been without my Garmin I would probably not have found the way in. Exit from premise is also difficult as the final portion of the roadway to the main hwy is VERY steep. so steep that seeing over the hood of our standard pickup was difficult to clear crossing traffic. Went down for Breakfast and they were out of everything and no one was restocking. We didin't even see any staff. No yogurt, or sausage, not a whole lot of anything. Although for dinner we went to the restraunt next door and they had a great buffet.

Hotel was comfortable. I liked that the sink was outside of the bathroom and it was a nice height that didn't require too much bending over. Room was spacious and not cramped like some hotels but there was no flatscreen tv. There wasn't adequate seating for breakfast so we went to IHOP instead. This motel was recommended to us by friends in the area. It was fairly convenient to the shopping we wanted to do. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We were a bit concerned because there were so many people with dogs; however, there was a dog show in town and THESE dogs were better behaved than some people we have had for motel neighbors. I was looking for a nice hotel, near the hospitals,not expensive, and one that had a breakfast. This hotel was all of these things and more. The breakfast was great and was in a great location to get to the hospitals quickly.

This hotel was good, not outstanding but ok for the money. We had our dog with us and this hotel worked well for that need. The bed was comfortable. In the room we stayed in the sink was in the room while the tub/shower and toilet were seperate. The air conditioner unit was a little noisy but not disruptive to sleeping. This is either a new hotel, or has been recently renovated, because everything seemed new. Room was fine, breakfast had excellent choices, workout room had a new piece of "stair equipment". Hotel staff very friendly. Great hotel for the price.

I originally booked a stay online for two nights (fri and sat) and paid a normal weekend rate for each night. Plans changed and i would need to stay another night. I called the front desk to ask to pay for Sun night, and they told me no problem and quoted me a rate that was more than the weekend rate i had paid. When i asked about that, she said there […] was nothing she could do. It wasnt worth paying more per night than i already had so i just left. I felt that they didnt really want my business that much.
