방이 깨끗하게 유지되지만 너무 오래되었고 매우 작습니다. 그래도 WiFi되는 부분은 좋고, 호텔 입구가 공항셔틀이고 교통은 오사카에서 최고인 호텔이겠죠.

작년에 이어 2번째 투숙이되버렸네요..역과 가까운 이점에 호텔주위에 쇼핑할수있는 장소들까지...더군다나 호텔앞 공항행 리무진 버스정류장이 있어 이용하기 무척 좋았습니다...

이 호텔에 숙박하는 것은 멋지다! 간사이 공항에서 바로 호텔로 가는 직행 버스가 있다. 유명한 백화점과 레스토랑, 지하철역들이 모두 근처에 있어 정말 편리하다. 프론트 데스크 직원들은 말을 붙이기 쉽고 고객들에게 예의바르다. 가족과 나는 이곳에 숙박하며 멋진 시간을 보냈다. 오사카에 다시 방문하게 된다면 이 좋은 호텔에 다시 숙박할 것이고 지인들에게도 물론 이곳에 숙박하라고 추천할 것이다. 고맙다!

최근에 이 호텔에서 12일을 숙박했다. 호텔의 위치는 훌륭하다. 공항 코치가 호텔 정문 바로 앞에서 정차했기에 호텔을 찾는데 아무 문제가 없었음. 지하철과 JR역도 호텔 바로 옆에 있음. 쇼핑몰과 편의점들도 모두 호텔에서 가까움. 객실은 무료 인터넷이 연결되는 같은 수준의 일본식 호텔들에 비해 크기가 조금 컸다. 호텔의 서비스는 정말 좋았고 예상할 수 있는 것보다 더 저렴했다. 다음번에 오사카에 방문할 때 이곳에 틀림없이 다시 숙박할 의향이 있다.

Umeda에 있는 오사카역 바로 건너편에 있어 정말 좋은 위치. 직원들은 정말 친절하다. 호텔 안에 있으면 마치 큰 벙커에 있는 것 같고 객실들 또한 비슷한 가격대에 있는 다른 호텔들에 비해 상당히 작다.

The hotel's location can't be more convenient as it's right across the airport limo bus station and literally 2-3 minute walk to the Umeda train station where you can hop on to a train to nearby cities like Kyoto and Kobe. The location of the hotel is close to Umeda Station. Easy to find. The rooms were older looking. Friendly cleaning staff. We requested a none smoking room. Our first room was on the 8th floor and it smelled like cig smoke. We slept a night and it was unpleasant. I called the front desk and the lady said it's a none smoking floor so it shouldn't smell […] like smoke. I explained to her that it does. Her suggestion was to have someone open the window for fresh air. We came back at night and it still smelled like smoke. I called front desk again to request a room change. It took some time to explain that the room smelled like cig smoke and that I know it's a none smoking room/floor. The hotel is located across the street from the Umeda station which is the hub for trains and the subway in Osaka. This made it convenient to get around the Kansai area. Also the limousine bus to and from the airport stops right across the street from the hotel so you don't have to drag your luggage around the crowded streets of Osaka. The location is extremely convenience - 1st stop from the airport by airport bus, close to train station and shopping mall. Also, the staff are nice and friendly. However, the room temparture is so hot at night and we've woke up couple times to breathe fresh air. They should control the temparture of each room.

This hotel has two parts. The single rooms are in the older part. My room was cramped, gloomy and old, and the bed was unconfortable. It was expensive for what you get. The newer part of the hotel looks better.

The rooms are so small, the front desk will not let me borrow power plug adaptor. Charged me 1000 yan for that. Not a 3 and half star hotel.

Stayed here for one night before flight, airport busses leave from below the hotel. Its in a busy part of town, not a lot to see around the hotel. The rooms are a little small but clean. It´s fine if you are just passing through. Its next to the station but be careful, there are 2 stations in Osaka, check out at which station you will arrive at.

The hotel is practically connected to the train station so it could not be more convenient for commuting to anywhere! But we were disappointed with the TINY room, TINY bathroom and the hard beds.

Fantastic location of hotel - central to Hankyu line, international limousine service to airport and close by to JR Osaka. Hankyu and Hanshin Department stores also close by. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff very courteous. Only disappointing aspect is the bed mattress is so hard.

Value for money. Never expect to find such a classy hotel for the amount I paid. Very close to two train stations and shopping area. I've no difficulty in finding food. It's only two stations away to the river side where thousands of cherry blossom trees are located. I'll most certainly go back to this hotel on my next visit.

Overall very satisfied , handy location to transport and food outlets all reasonably priced so we could avoid the high cost of Hotel restaurants. Whilst the room was small we where only there to sleep and the bed was comfortable.

Stayed at Hotel New Hankyu in a single room for 2 nights. Caught the Airport Bus to the hotel arriving at 10am. Left bags there as I couldn't check in until 2pm. Good location as the hotel is surrounded by shops and malls so was easy to pass the time, however it is very easy to get lost in the underground maze as there are many different train/subway […] stations all connected and even though there are signs it is still hard to try to figure out where you are! The room had everything you need, free internet and a large bathroom. Shower pressure was good. My room had a view overlooking the main shopping centre so it was nice to see all the lights at night. 10min walk to Umeda Sky Building using the underpass, and can easily catch the subway to Shinsaibashi or Osaka Castle. 더 보기

Great location next to train station. Massive hotel tons of rooms. Average service. No wifi, tiny room, no international tv channels eg CNN or BBC would be nice. Not very good as a business hotel but okay for leisure. No friggin wifi. Can you believe that?

I wouldnt have booked this hotel if not because all hotels im central Osaka were full. I have been to Japan over 20 times. This hotel provides the worst service in Japan. Front staff was extremely unhelpful and kind of rude - when I asked them why the room was so hot even when air con was on. The hotel told me they didn't have air con, only heater […] and asked me to open the window all night long. I found this excuse strange as the hotel was air-con everywhere, but I didn't argue with them - as I saw another 2 women with the same problem in their room and were told off by the front desk! The front staff also tried to sell me an adaptor which could have been bought at Yodobashi (exact same model) at half of the price (the electronic store is within 2 mins' walk from the hotel). Japanese people used to give me the impression of being very honest, very polite and well-mannered. My experience at this hotel definitely changed my impression. It is nice hotel. The bus station is very near hotel. You can take the bus to OSAKA airport directly. Also the hotel is very near OSAKA station. You can go to any place by subway or train very easy.

Right in the heart of Umeda and literally next door to the Hankyu Rail station and JR Osaka station. You can get anywhere by train or subway from here, even right across Japan. Large, friendly hotel, frequented by all the Japanese. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around.

I stay in Osaka often, but this is the first time staying at Hotel New Hankyu. Finding the lobby of the hotel while walking through Umeda station wasn't the easiest as the signs to be fairly vague about which direction to walk ("This sign is pointing to the escalator... do I go up?"). The hotel is listed as a 3 and 1/2 star hotel so you would figure […] that the bed might be slightly softer than the majority of beds in Japanese hotels, but you would be wrong. The bed was one of the hardest beds I have slept on in Japan. On the upside, the room was one of the bigger rooms I've stayed in while in Japan. You have more space than usual.
