room was adequate and close to restaurants and interstate. Wasn't noisy or crowded. Family liked the pool and spa.

The bed was hard and my back felt it the next day....The vending machine kept taking our money and the others were empty. Not a good time....

Coffee pot did not work and when asked for another I was told there were none available at this time. I asked for the manager. There was no one there at the time. So I asked is there an empty room that I can have that coffee pot. Then I got the coffee pot! So if you like coffee don't go here!

Nice hotel. Nice location. Very clean. Would stay here again.

When I booked this hotel I paid a $10.00 extra charge for a roll away bed. When we arrived at the hotel the owner charged an additional $10.00 for the bed. When I expressed that I had already paid this fee when booking he told us if we didn't like to go stay somewhere else. Nice since the funds had already been debited from our account. I'm not a smoker but my wife is. The room reeked of smoke. There was to be a micro-wave and a refigerator, not! The coffee maker had the coffee grounds left from the last user. The towels should have been in the rag bin long ago.

The price was great, but I wasn't so comforted when we walked in and the mirror was dirty....made me wonder how well the rest of the room was cleaned? Our towels and washcloths also had stains. I'm sure they were washed, but the stains make them feel dirty. It's an older hotel, so things were a bit more run down than I'm used to, and the pool room was […] disappointing. Great stay for single person! Hot tube was not working! Overall if I had to stay again I would.

The price & location of the hotel was perfect. I would have rated the experience much higher if the hotel service wasn't so bad. Our room key did not work and the man behind the counter was incredibly rude and not very helpful.

The hotel over all is a great place for the price! The only real complaint is the unfriendly desk clerk when we checked in. It doesn't seem that the front desk are very friendly people at all. All other hotels seem to have very friendly desk clerks! It is a great location, right by 3 other hotels and we will probably try one of those the next time we […] stay in Anderson. They are also newer hotels and seem to be very nice on the outside. Maybe the front desk people will be friendlier at one of them. Overall the room was comfortable, but I noticed something that appeared to be some small pieces of blown in insulation in the hallway of my room. Must have been tracked in by one other guest, which several were construction workers. Hot whirlpool was nice to have at the end of a long day.

Like I said the heater in our room squeaked terribly then the day of my departure i go to leave putting things in my truck and looked like someone tried breaking in my truck....i'll never stay here again

A very clean hotel, room and pleasant experience and the employees were very nice. Will go back to this hotel as we are in Anderson often.

The guy at the desk was nice but the hotel room was the worse I have stayed in ever!!!!!!

The sheets were dirty...even found a note in the bed from a previous occupant. Bath tub was dirty. Amy, (desk clerk), was not friendly at all! Hot tub was not hot! Continental breakfast was good!

price was good. pool was great. beds were comfy. would def. stay again!!

The first room we had was dirty with food left in the refrigerator. The room also smelled bad. The air conditioner didn't work properly (only high cool, no low cool). The second room was better but the AC had only one speed.

First thing we noticed when we opened the door was the full-length mirror on back of bathroom door was not cleaned--greasy finger prints all over! Faucet at sink had also not been cleaned--yuk!

I thought room was very clean, smelled very pleasant, quiet, I have switched from Holiday Inn, to Comfort for my hotel stays.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, and has reasonable accommodations for the price.
