The address provided was wrong -- it had the wrong compass point for the Highway (east/west was reversed) so the GPS took us to a residential neighbourhood at first. However, it was easy enough to find once we guessed that was the problem. We always stay at this hotel and 9 out of 10 times it has been a good experience. However, this last time, when we checked our room had not been cleaned and we had to check into another one. That night the people in the room next to us argued and hollered and woke us up at 3 am and kept us up. I reported it to the front desy to no avail.

Our family stayed overnight while on our travels from Michigan to Florida. Room was clean and comfortable and I you can't beat it for the price.

Upon a late evening arrival, the desk attendant could not complete the registration/check in process. Attendant just said she was new and had not been trained. Wound up having to telephone a supervisor at home to complete check-in. All told, it took 15 minutes before I could get into the room. It was December, and the room was very cold...there was […] no pre-set temperature maintained in the room. Also, main light switch was difficult to find. I found it by accident when removing pillows to go to sleep. It was on the fartest wall from the entry door and cover from eyesite by pillow/bed. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, but after the trouble checking in I wasn't about to attempt to ask for another room. Otherwise, room was clean, check-out was smooth. 더 보기

I thought our room was very clean but very small and cramped. Only room for the bed. Even the TV was on top of the wardrobe.

This room was small but clean. I wouldn't want a week-long vacation here but to just stay a short time was perfect. Good price, awesome staff, clean room.

Close to Interstate and several restaurants. Great Mexican restaurant next door. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice breafast set up. Our room was very small, but adequate for an overnight stay.

They don't have many non-smoking rooms so get there in time lest you lose your shot at a non smoking room. That said the room was nice and clean, only hallway smelled of smoke, but again what do you expect on a smoking hall. Pool wasn't bad tho not heated in spite of what it said. Nothing exceptional, but fine place to lay your head for a good value.

Staff were very friendly - rooms were very nice fir the price. Very conveniently located to local dining and shopping.

The hotel itself was great and clean. The people was very nice to us. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anybody.

Room and amenities were good. Only thing showed about the low cost of the lodging was in the room size, and the pillows were flimsy and so were pool towels. Staff was great to deal with and knowledgeable.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Had no problems when we requested extra pillows. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was great with lots of pressure and hot water. As with most Microtels, the beds were a little hard and the rooms a little small, but overall a good value for the money.

Stayed last minute passing through on a business trip. Was happy with the hotel, staff, cleanliness and price. I am 6'5" 250 and need a good quality bed. It was not bad, not great, just average. I would stay again.

The pool was nice, but no hot tub. So looked forward to it. Also when I booked this room I was told to hurry and book it as 19 of the hotels in the surrounding area were all booked up. NOT TRUE. Then found out that we could have booked it cheaper by going directly to the hotel ourselves.

I usually like Microtel, but this one just wasn't a clean as normal. The breakfast was the best part.
