The Best Western Plus was a pretty nice place to stay. The hotel is right off of I635 and Coit, but the entrance is on a much less congested street. The interior and exterior is well kept, but the rooms and elevator were smaller than the average. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

we were attending a family funeral - family lived in Plano so this was very convenient to everywhere we had to go. Breakfast was great, 2/1 drinks at night (very well needed) were great, everyone, especially the check in guy, was very very professional and friendly - makes you want to come back.

It was relaxing, I enjoyed it, should have had flat screens and clearer channels.

The rooms needs to be remodeled soon, you can see the years of a lot of use, just looking at the surroundings.

I was happy from the customer service and the breakfast was very good

I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the rooms and the hotel front desk was great. Would stay there again. We had a great stay.

location was good mcdonalds, starbuck,jack in the box and salt grass all very close. breakfast was very good hotel was clean. didn't like that in order to get to my room i had to go through the main entrance and only one set of elevators but other wise a great stary!

They also had roaches!!!!! I had problems communicating with staff they spoke only Spanish. I also had a problem keeping maid service out of our room, after I ask them not to come in the room.

The manager was fun and greeted us like we were super stars! The food was great! Room was super clean and bed and sheets were really nice. The bathroom was extra clean! Only complaint I would have was the a/c was a unit and not central and there wasn't a counter to put anything on in the bathroom. Spent 3 nights, and for what you get (breakfast...bar) the price is great. Near the interstate, so travel to the rest of the city is quick and easy. Buffet style breakfast is well thought out. Parking lot is small. And the staff aren't the best, but they get the job done.

The position is convenient and room is clean. But the second day we found a smoke hole on our blanket and it is an nonsmoking room... Bathroom is small but not bad for 2 people to live there only 1 or 2 days. They have microwave and fridge in the room which is convenient.

well, stay there for 3 days. The room is clean but is a little small the restroom is clean but.......very small however, the condition match the price

It is an older hotel that has been remodeled. Quiet bar downstairs has food and drinks. Hotel will give you a 2 for 1 coupon for drinks. Breakfast is a great buffet. Great value.

The employee that checked me in was very impersonal with a mean attitude - as if she was irritated about something. My daughter and I just wanted to stay at a clean hotel with a clean pool. Our first choice of a hotel was terrible and I cancelled the rest of our visit to relocate to this hotel based off ratings. I was dissapointed when bartender did not offer to take off he complimentary drink coupons that was given to us to use in the bar. He forgot and then said […] just come back and use them again! That sucks for service. Room was clean and staff is friendly. pool was Clean. I noticed a vagrant staying in lobby and asked manager to run him off. We did get a great rate on this hotel and we booked at the last minute. . . but still it was less than I expected. The neighborhood was sketchy plus it was a pretty rough crowd staying at the hotel. We were afraid our car might get stolen or damaged in the parking lot. Our beds were comfortable but we spotted the largest cockroach I have ever seen in […] our room and spent some time chasing it around trying to kill it. My daughters 12 and 11 were horrified and wanted to leave the hotel in the middle of the night as a result. Room was fairly clean otherwise, although I noticed dried toothepaste on the tiles above the bathroom sink. Breakfast buffet was good with a nice selection of items, although at at the risk of sounding way too critical . .. I found a hair other than my own in my scrambled eggs. Front desk was a little rude, but our rooms were very comfortable. Our neighbor was a drug dealer or something because when we walked out of our room, a man that had walked out of our neighbor's room had asked us if we wanted to buy weed?? Very strange. But the overall stay was pretty decent other than that.

We enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel if we were ever in the area again.

This hotel has a great location, great rooms, and probably the best price you'll get for the money in Dallas. I stayed 6, or 7 nights, and thought it was perfect.

I was not very happy with the motel, i requested a handicap room and did not get it , they gave my room away, what is the point of making a reservation if i did not get the room i requested

Breakfast was good, they did not charge for meat. Wished they had a hot tub. Room was small but clean. Walking Distance to several businesses was nice.

A business associate and I had meetungs at a nearby company, so I booked the hotek based more by its location than anything ekse. But I was pleased with the place based on the qulaity of the toom, the nice breakfast they served and the nice treatment we got from the staff. AOK.

I will visit dallas soon and i will definitely stay there again!! Thank you Best Western!!!

My go-to place to stay while visiting in Dallas. Location is convenient and price of room is always very reasonable.

The beds and pillows were great. The service was good. Overall it was pretty clean. The price was good compared to others in the area. Location was very convenient to the hospitals and places to eat. The bath was small and didn't have any counter top. The tub didn't drain well and by the end of your shower you would be ankle deep in water. The side […] door for guest entry was either open to all or locked to all making for a long walk from parking. No trash bags sticky floors 100$ deposit I wasn't told about just gross the surrounding area is apartments stacked on apartments

Nice generic motel. Right off of Rt 75, on the I 635 service road. The rooms were smaller than expected, but perfectly adequate. A good place to stay for seeing Dallas. The immediate neighborhood is forgettable, but the more exciting areas of town are a close drive.

I love this hotel...the room looked exactly as pictured and the breakfast buffet was the best!!! I will definitely be staying there again!!! ;))

very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, and really good food. the elevator alittle slow.only down fall was the location. I had to be at the gov building early and it was only 12 miles away but the traffic was crazy and it took almost an hour to get there both days i was there. over all the hotel itself was great!!

The pros: Great rate, comfy bed, free HBO, complimentary breakfast buffet, computers in lobby with free printing, close to shopping areas and restaurants The cons: there was trash in the bathroom receptacle when I checked in which made me question the housekeeping. room service was not available during my stay

When I stayed there the hotel was clean. The employee was very nice and welling to please. I love the bar the food was ok.

I'm still waiting for my $50 deposit to be returned to my debit card. The hotel was good for the price and the breakfast was very good. Overall a decent Hotel...assuming I get my deposit back sometime in the very near future.

This hotel has some excellent points and a few issues, some that can be resolved with better maintenance and others that are just impossible to change. But there were electrical outlets falling out of the wall and dangerously exposed, plumbing fixtures that weren't anchored down, pillows that were too small and uncomfortable, and problems with the TV, which couldn't be controlled with the remote. What's more, it was the most confusing hotel to find location of any I have ever stayed at. Between the freeways, the flyovers, the one-way streets, the necessary u-turns miles away and the confusing signage, I passed it up twice before figuring out how to weave my way in through a side entrance. On my first pass, I saw a couple of people who were also having the same problem and ended up accidentally going into an office building next door. The entrance is actually in the back of the hotel, not the front. Plus, you are right next to a series of roads that are busy all the time, and there isn't much in the immediate area in the way of restaurants. If you know Dallas like the back of your hand and don't mind dealing with these issues, you might find this a good alternative. But if you are from out of town, prepare to spend a lot of time getting frustrated, especially if you try to find it in rush hour. 더 보기
