It is silly that the stairs do not open onto the first floor. Manager was very nice

Only complaint was pool area wasn't heated, even though pool water was. Otherwise, excellent stay!

We found our stay to be comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area was well-appointed, and the room was quiet. There was a wedding party in the common areas that was loud in the evening and morning. Thankfully, we did not seem to have adjoining rooms! We would stay at this location again.

Cleanest bathroom. Totally spotless!

Couldn't beat the price, easy to get to, only 30 minute drive into Boston... it was ideal for us. The beds were comfortable, and clean. The room service took forever but the food was somewhat decent. There was a pretty good selection of pay per view movies and a convenient store area. The only disapointment for us was the indoor pool. The water was […] was too cold...and the kids were hoping for a hot tub so they could at least get warmed up before going in the pool. They lasted about 2 minutes in the pool, had to share a towel because the towels weren't stocked, ran back to our room and got in the bathtub (which took forever to fill) to warm up. Our main requirement when booking a hotel is that it has to have an indoor pool. That is my kids' only request. So I wouldn't stay here again with them. other than that, I was happy with the hotel 더 보기

Very satisfied.

Everything was great from the greeting we received at the front desk to our clean spacious comfortable room, to the breakfast staff @ the fireside grill. The staff was warm and friendly. We were pleased with the cleanliness and even had the opportunity to speak with the housekeeping staff who were super friendly and accomodated us as well. Every thing is good but only no Microwave in the room

very nice hotel, but a little hard to find. had a problem with wireless internet which they tried to fix, but it kept being a problem. Overall very nice hotel.

My husband and I stayed there for one night and for the price it was absolutely wonderful. The people at the front desk were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I totally recommend this hotel if you're visiting Boston and don't want to spend $300 on a room in a downtown hotel.

Very comfortable

The hotel was difficult to find at night, being in a corporate park. I requested no feathers/down in my room, but had down pillows upon arrival. Staff was able to replace them in a timely fashion. The location of the room, near the elevator, meant hearing it all night. Overall, I was satisfied.

It would have been hard to find except my cousin knew where it was. They should have a bigger sign for people to see when they get off the exit and another sign when they make the turn to go to the Marriott

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard. The room was well maintained, the bed was comfortable. We are not looking for a hotel close to Boston; rather one that was close to a family member's apartment. This Courtyard served our purpose very well.

With twin grandchildren in Lowell, this was the closest decent facility for our visit. Breakfast was good and reasonably price, but boring after a couple of days. Dinner selection limited but a lot of very good restaurants within and 10 minute drive. Front desk helpful, friendly. Water pressure and temperature weak but usable.

This is a great place to stay if you don't want to be right in Lowell or want to be right on the road that leads to everything (the mall is not that far away!). Good meals, trivia at the front desk on occasion and very clean!

It was a little far from the activities we planned but that was our fault in choosing this city. It was a very nice place, easyt o get to, friendly staff, comfortable bed, very clean,

I enjoyed the hotel overall, I had two complaints first the location was kind of off to itself, but they did have a nice restaurant inside of it, I didn't like the fact that there was only one way in and one way out, the rooms were very nice, they had flat screens, nice comfy beds, the only other issue I had was in the bathroom there were some hair […] strings in the tub as well as around it, other than that I would recommend this hotel... 더 보기

My friends and I went on a road trip to Boston and were satisfied of our stay at the hotel. First, the hotel is located near a highway (US 3) and it is about 20 minutes driving to the Alewife T-station (red line in the MBTA subway) to get to Boston. Second, there was a pool, a gym and board games that we could borrow. Overall, the room we had was clean […] and there is nothing bad to say about it. However, I recommend this hotel only if you travel by car because it is located in a suburb where it is hard to find a bus stop or other public transportation. 더 보기

The hotel was just remodeled and is beautiful inside and out. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and fun. Any needs you have they are quick to help out in any way they can!!

IT WASN'T AS CLEAN AS WE WOULD HAVE LIKED

If you are staying in this area, this is a great hotel to stay in. Clean hotel, new. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is central to many major roads.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean. Room service was friendly and polite. The only inconvenience is the bathroom vent is connected to the room next to us which was occupied by a girl's college rugby team. They were loud and giggly at some moments. Other than a TV connection problem that was quickly fixed once I brought it to the staff's attention, the room was perfectly fine...comfortable, spacious, clean. A wonderful home base for my Boston weekend.

Having previously paid for the hotel through hotels.com I used my credit card for incidentals and was put out 190.04 which after a period of 5 days they have yet to release from my card. They have no recollection of how the charges were incurred since the room was left in perfect order and no movies were ordered off of the TV. They claimed to fix it […] the first time I called and when I checked my credit account I found that they had not fixed it but rather had charged me a second time. The professionalism of this hotel is a joke, it is imperative for me to not have my credit card out so much money and they do not seem to care or have the will to fix a major problem that they caused. I will never stay at another hotel of this chain again they are far more hassle than they are worth. 더 보기
