The Regency offers an excellent value and location. You can easily walk to anything in Midtown and the MARTA is right next door if you want to explore further afield. There is a Publix two blocks away and since the rooms have kitchenettes you can save on meals. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. ..not exactly what I expected. The breakfast included was minimal. Service was okay. Some of the staff were friendly, others not so much. I don't know why I was expecting a pool, or at least room service. Next time I go to Atlanta I'll be sure to research other hotels cause for the price we paid the Renessaince was not really worth it.

Hotel parking is high and you have a 1 car entry/exit that is 2 way traffic. The parking spots are not easily accessible. The rooms are comfortable and have a nice bathroom and kitchenette. It is difficult to get to the hotel due to it being on a one way street. The price of the room is higher than what I would have expected from my experience. Apparently […] there is no hotel security seeing that there were people yelling up and down the hallways at 345 am. For the money, I would go to a well known hotel and have better service. 더 보기

i definitely enjoyed this stay....the room was nice..bed was comfy.. will definitely be back in the future!!! ooo and i loved the breakfast they served!!!! :)

I was working in the Midtown area for one week. This hotel was a great location for the work place, easy walk to many office buildings. Hotel rooms are older but clean and maintained. Peachtree Street is a couple of blocks and there are several restaurants including Taco Mac.

Over all expirience was great. Reasonable rates, clean rooms and very helpful and friendly staff!!! Very satisfied and plan on staying their again.

My stay was excellent. I just wish they would renovate the parking garage. It is entirely too small.

Regency Suites was fabulous! Front desk clerk Sharon, kitchen staff and cleaning staff were all extra tops. For the holiday, the smiling wonderful kitchen lady made sure everyone got their free breakfast, with water for tea and Starbucks at the ready in canisters all day. I'd gotten food to bring in to my kitchenette, which was complete with microwave, […] mini fridge and sink, for Christmas as I knew most all places close that holiday. Good food, nice gym on the first floor to work off some calories and a very comfortable room. I think I will make this my holiday tradition! And hotel is right in back of MARTA station N4 so very convenient to run around to malls for shopping. Note Lenox at N7 stop for great post-Christmas day shopping. 더 보기

We were in Atlanta for vacation. Centrally located, clean and well maintained. Morning staff polite and professional. Area around the hotel did have some restaurants. Would have liked better breakfast. Great parking!!

The location is perfect since it's literally right next to the Midtown Marta station and only 2 or 3 blocks from Great restaurants and the beautiful Piedmont Park. Very convenient being next to MARTA Station. Was a long walk to GA Tech, however after walking it one time, GA Tech folks told me about a free trolly that picked up and dropped off at MARTA station... very convenient (I wish the hotel folks told me about this when giving me walking directions). The people were very professional and helpful. Brakefast could have been better and I was not aware before hand there was a parking fee. I would go back.

The experience was overall good. They charge $ 18 for parking which is low compared to others in that area. It is very close to Marta Midtown station (2 mins walk). The WiFi was really fast and good. Good location in city.

The hotel is well located around Georgia Tech and close to the MARTA. The hotel is older but pretty well maintained and the suites make for a nice room. The only issue we had was that when we tried to go to bed at 11:00pm the sheets had a sticky spot. Good hotel that was easy to get to from airport via Marta (Midtown stop only a block away from hotel) and is only 0.5 miles from Georgia Tech campus. I was disappointed that after reserving a crib through hotels.com and calling the hotel directly the week of my stay to confirm they had cribs available, that when i arrived (after a delayed flight with […] an overtired baby), the Regency didn't have any more cribs. They only have 2 cribs available and only 1 high chair for breakfast time. In addition, the cribs are available 1st come, 1st serve (doesn't matter how far in advance you requested it). Don't they know ahead of time that they're going to have a certain # of children? I know that most hotel booking sites have you put the # of guests and children. Fortunately, the Regency Suites (Paul) came through and were able to obtain a crib from another hotel which we definitely appreciate. 더 보기

Had no trouble with the room or the staff. The parking is pretty crazy though. The parking deck is tiny and hard to get in and out of. They also charge $18 a night to park in it. Otherwise it was a good place to say: location is nice, places to eat and drink nearby, room was clean and fairly roomy. I would stay there again.

This hotel is in a great location. Just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown, but in a neighborhood that is still very active and walkable. Plus, it's right next door to a MARTA station, so is convenient to get to other parts of the city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was large. I didn't like that the outer layer of […] curtains didn't close to shut out the light from the street lamp just outside my window, but the bed was so comfortable I slept well anyway. I also would have liked a wider selection of choices at breakfast and would have felt better if the room I left my luggage in after checking out but before heading to the airport had been locked. Stayed at this hotel for a weekend stay-cation. I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff. Our room was as expected and very clean. I like that they gave us plenty of extra towels and even pillows. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Many of the reviews complained about the parking. Yes, the garage is a bit scary and difficult to maneuver. […] The price however, is very cheap compared to other hotels. I book rooms all over Midtown for my job and this one has the most affordable parking by far. Perhaps those complaining about it don't realize that the majority of hotels with an in-town location in a city as big as Atlanta charge a premium for parking (usually $25 or more). Great location in midtown, spacious room and friendly staff. Breakfast is nothing to brag about but the location really makes up for anything it lacks! Wonderful restaurants within walking distance and downtown attractions are less than 5 mins by car (CNN/Coke/GA Aquarium).

Fantastic location next door to Midtown MARTA rail station. Restaurants and shopping a few blocks SE and Piedmont Park a short walk NE. Breakfast not great and room is small for a suite (no separate rooms) but does have mini fridge, microwave, toaster, etc.

This place was conveniently located and the rooms were pretty big. The continental breakfast was adequate. The next time I come to ATL I will ask for a room that does not face the street....the street is noisy.

The room was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Marta station directly behind hotel made getting to the Braves game easy. Limited eating opportunities within walking distance. Would stay at this hotel again

We stayed at this hotel while in Atlanta to see a Braves game. The manager at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is located in a very safe part of town, and is within walking distance of many restaurants. Also, the MARTA station is right behind the hotel, which made getting to the game […] quick, easy, and was less expensive than driving and parking. Keep in mind the hotel is located on a street that is very busy 24 hours a day; so you may want to pack some ear plugs because the room was a bit noisy from street traffic. We had a great time. It was conventient to everything we wanted to do. If I had a complaint about anything it would be the parking. It was 2 way in and out, but there was barely enough room for one.

We stayed here one night because it's location was good, and it cost less than most in this area. We checked in and the host was very friendly and accomodating. We went to the room, and the key did not work. We carried our bags back down, and got new keys. We went back to the 9th floor and got into our room. There was a wet towel still on the couch, […] a reciept and wrappers on the floor, and the ironing board and iron were still out. We went back down and they gave us a new room. We went to the new room, and go in. It was larger and looked nice. Once we got settled, my wife used the bathroom (#1 only) and the toilet would not flush. We went down and told them about this on our way out. When we got back we checked to see if it had been fixed. They sent another maintenance man in to check on it. He solved the problem. The bed was very hard, and each time I woke up I had to roll over because my side was hurting. All in all, it was not a very satisfying stay at this location. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, but I will not stay here again. 더 보기
