이호텔에서 아주 잘 지냈습니다.

호텔입실전 이미 결제를 완료했음에도 호텔 front에서는 시스템이 안된다고 결제가 안된것으로 얘기해서 check out시 확인에 30분이상이 걸림. check in시 결제되었다고 하면서 check out결제 안된걸로 나와있다는건..상식적으로 이해가 안됨. 예약하시는분들은 반드시 Paid되었다는 바이처를 보관하고 계십시요. 비행기 시간이 얼마남지않았는데 이미 지불한 호텔비용때문에 싸움한걸생각하면 어이가 없음

Stay was wonderful and enjoyed some awesome crab dip!

It was great. Wonderful staff. Especially Shawn who worked the night shift he was extremely helpful and kind.

Overall ok. Needs updating. Valet was ok as long as it was daytime. Bathrooms need update. Maid service never happened in my 3 days.

We could not have been happier with the Wyndham Peabody Court. It far exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was spacious and well thought out, the restaurant was more than adequate for the meals we had there, and the cost was surprisingly good. We will return!

Room was lovely; staff was very helpful and hospitable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Mount Vernon/Arts district.

This hotel was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The view from our room looked upon a cathedral and there are so many things to do in walking distance...like the entire city! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Baltimore. Great price too!

Older, well kept downtown hotel. Room was small but well kept, clean. Curb-side service with luggage and delivery of luggage to room was prompt. Would like to have had stocked small refrigerator with water, sodas, etc. In room coffee station was fine.

The place was lovely but every time we needed something we seemed to get stuck with rude staff members. One woman working at the front desk in particular was not just not helpfull - she was mean when my finance tried to check into the room. Expect to take care of yourself if you go!

The only problem I noticed was there was water leakage around the AC vent in the bathroom. The location of the hotel, layout of the room and the quality of food in the resaurant were good.

I was a little worried when I read some reviews about the building but after staying there I was happy with our selection. It is an older building but for the price and the location it was worth the trade off of having everything being brand new. Only a few minor issues, no ice was available for two days and the soda machines sold warm soda. The shower […] would either be super hot or room temp. We also ordered food from George's and there was hair in the butter. They took the charge off our bill but it was still really gross. However, the bed was very comfortable. The hot towel rack was very nice! We had an amazing view of the Washington Monument and the staff was very helpful. When I head back to Baltimore for my friend's wedding I'll be staying there again. 더 보기

From the valet parking attendant to the front desk service was great, convenient location in the historic district, a 10 to 20 min walk to anything u need to know in Baltimore. Would def book this hotel again.

My 4 night stay at the Wyndham Peabody was comfortable. The hotel is centrally located in the Mt Vernon section of Baltimore and within easy walking distance to the entire neighborhood. The hotel restaurant serves good food and has a nice bar if you don't feel like venturing out. Those are the pluses - Housekeeping and Valet Parking at the hotel are […] in dire need of improvement. During the 4 days I stayed, housekeeping made up the room one time. The housekeeping staff is out to work early in the a.m. and not quiet - you will be woken up. Additionally, this is not a 24 hour service hotel - housekeeping leaves for the day whether your room is made up or not. Early risers - you're fine; if you're planning to sleep in - you may not get a fresh room after you wake up. The Valet Parking here is an expensive catastrophe. There is one attendant on staff for every shift and they were not readily available. It was painful waiting to drop off or pick up the car. If you can walk or take taxi service - don't bring your car. Given the daily cost of Valet Parking is one of the highest in the city - the service provided to the hotel guests trying to Valet is far, far below where it should be. 더 보기

Staff is not helpful at all. I waited 20 min at the reservation desk before someone showed up.There reservation check in computers are sitting on cardboard boxes... Poor management. Rooms are old and heating sucks. No body there has heard of customer service. Oh yeah they want to charge 35$ a day to valet your car in the hood... No thanks

Lovely old hotel, but could use an update. Excellent location if visiting Peabody Institute, but would not stay there otherwise. Surrounding neighborhood was too quiet and felt unsafe.

The staff really went out of their way to be helpful. I was greatly appreciative of the little things they did, asking me if needed directions, etc. The only drawback was that it took a taxi ride to get to where my business was. That's not the hotel's fault but it is a bit far from the main thoroughfares. Nonetheless, I would go again for a comparable […] price. 더 보기

This was my first time staying at a Wyndham Hotel. It was GREAT, good enough, in fact, to make me check for a Wyndham on my next trip. Very nice experience.

Very friendly staff and clean room. In town for a wedding and they were very accommodating!

Hotel was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The problem is that the most convenient place to part is the valet service. Well paying almost 40$ to valet park the car is ridiculous. Other then that it was a good experience.

I have 2 comments 1. The hotel overbilled me for garaging a car which I did not have. 2. The fan in the room ran all night without any visible means of turning it off. Otherwise, my stay was very nice and I would recommend the hotel to others.

We liked the decor, the marble bathroom, the great view of the Washington monument, and the very friendly service. It does not have its own parking, but there are parking lots and garages not too far you can use, rather than paying for the valet parking. This hotel is located in between the Inner Harbor and the Mt Vernon District. Inner Harbor is touristy but fun. There is the Aquarium and the Science Center with a IMAX theatre. Up from the Inner Hbr is the Mt Vernon District. It caters more to the arts. There are great museums and cafes. It is quite diversified with gay and straight bar/cafes. Both […] areas are an easy walk from the hotel. The staff is great, too. Shawn, on the the front desk at night, was a wealth of information regarding the area. The only slip up, and a minor one at that, was when I asked if they could print out my boarding pass at a specific time (Southwest Airlines). I asked if there was a place for me to do it since I had asked for a specific time, but the front desk kindly offered. However, she forgot and I had to remind her and I ended up with a later boarding pass (if you are familiar with Southwest's procedures you will understand). Other than that, it was a great stay. And I would recommend it to anyone. Given where it is situated in the Mt. Vernon District, you can get some good cardio in walking up and down the blocks(yes, the city has hills!) to the different venues! 더 보기

This is a wonder old funky hotel. The rooms are huge, and very comfortable. The room and furniture are dated, but not so much that it feels moldy/uncomfortable/unhealthy. The neighborhood is beautiful, and close to all the sites. It is worth walking to local restaurants for meals - and close enough to walk to the sites, like the inner harbor. They were helpful, kind, and very helpful, including advising that the neighborhood was safe and that we could save money by parking on the street over night rather than paying the $29 for valet parking. Great staff, no complaints except jacuzzi tub was unoperational.

Although the hotel amenities include a parking garage, when you ask the front desk clerk where it is so you can avoid the $35 valet charge, she pretends to not know if any parking garages exist in Baltimore. We sucked it up and paid the valet, which worked out OK. The first room we had was filthy. We were knee-deep in pubic hairs in the bathroom and […] there were hairs on the sheets. This was a blessing in disguise because we were offered a nicer corner room with a view. My husband saw an employee hand a friend a room key, which seemed a bit suspicious and would explain our dirty room. The hotel is old, but we didn't mind the areas of the hotel that could use some renovations - it is part of the ambiance and the modern conveniences work, even though they are 80's-modern. The hotel is a pretty cool old place if you like late 19th century-early 20th century architechture. Unfortunately, there is no security although they will tell you to use your room key to access your floor in the elevator. This is smoke and mirrors, because anyone can access any floor without a key. Try it and see. The neighborhood may be "up and coming" but it is still scary. I wouldn't suggest walking at night - take a cab and use the room safe. The restaurant was average, service was pleasant but slow. They have discount burger night on Mondays and it is a pretty good burger. Stay away from the potatos though, they are rediculously over-seasoned and under-cooked. If we had to return to John Hopkins Hospital, I am not sure if I would stay at the Wyndham again although it was close to the hospital. Next time, I will shell out the extra $100 to stay on the waterfront. 더 보기

It's a Wyndham, so there's a level of quality. Room was smallish but very pleasant. Windows are old and don't open. Neighborhood is transitional during the day, ok at night, but don't wander off. Park on the street if you can ($30 for hotel valet overnight) but watch the signs. THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR. Nice onsite restaurant & bar. Good room service […] menu. Close to a lot of stuff. 더 보기

Location is great, and the restaurant has quality food at great prices. Housekeeping could be improved, as ammenities (ie: tea and cups) in my room were not supplied after my first evening. It also would have been more helpful if the front desk had followed through with my basic requests.

Nice old hotel, great breakfast! Here on business and this was a bit of a distance from location but worth the 5 minute trip. Only blip is the street construction going on directly in front of the hotel entrance. Not exactly on their control. The valet is also a bit pricey at $35 per night.

The Peabody is a very old and very cool hotel. Only complaint is that I had no work space inmy room.

Check in service was excellent! Restaurant food was excellent, especially the mussels! Carpet a bit old but overall was good stay.
